For renewba.e energy, photovolta.c (PV) power is one of the most effective solutions for energy crisis a.d it is showing grea. potentia. for serving customers in microgrid. a.three- pha.e PV source model is esta.lised a.d integra.ed a. different loca.ions in order to observe the impa.t of ha.monics on a.microgrid a.d power qua.ity (PQ). a.composite loa. is modeled using Crossed Frequency a.mitta.ce Ma.rix theory. a.pra.ticda. microgrid loa.a.ed a. Ga. USa.is used a. a.study system. The microgrid, PV model a.d nonlinea. loa. model a.e simula.ed in Ma.La./ Simulink environment. The results show the impa.t of insta.ling PV sources a. two types of loca.ions considering linea. a.d composite nonlinea. loa.s. In a.dition, three PQ indices a.e discussed to show the numerica. impa.ts with va.ious perspectives.

Ba.kground: Ecchinococca. disea.e is still a.serious problem in certa.n pa.ts of the world, with liver a. the most a.fected orga.. Surgery rema.ns the ma.nsta. of trea.ment of hyda.idosis, but the optima. surgica. procedure rema.ns unsettled. Objective: Sa.ety a.d effica.y of ma.or hepa.ic resection in multiple a.d gia.t hepa.ic hyda.idosis. Pa.ients & Methods: 63 pa.ients ha. hepa.ic hyda.idosis a.socia.ed with spleen, lung, a.d supra.ena. hyda.idosis were ma.a.ed by ma.or hepa.ic resection between a.ril 2005 to a.ril 2011. 43 (68%) ma.es a.d 20 (32%) fema.es, a.e ra.ge 8 - 56 yea.s. Cysts were found in the liver only in 51 (81%) pa.ients, liver with spleen in 5 (8%), liver, spleen with lung in 2 (3.1%), liver a.d lung in 4 (6.3%), liver a.d supra.ena. in one pa.ient (1.6%). Results: Multiple cysts were found in 38 (60%) a.d solita.y cyst in 25 (40%) with Cysts dia.eter ≤5 cmin 22 (35%), 5 - 10 cm in 16 (25%), a.d 10 - 38 in 25 (40%). Right hepa.ectomy in 24 (38%), right trisectionectomy in 2 (3.2%), right hepa.ectomy with Segment III in 4 (6.3%), right hepa.ectomy with Segment I in 2 (3.2%), left hepa.ectomy in 12 (19%), left la.era. sectionectomy in 6 (9.5%), left hepa.ectomy with Segment VI in 3 (4.8%), left la.era. sectionectomy with right posterior sectionectomy in 2 (3.2%), right hepa.ectomy with splenectomy in 7 (11%) a.d right hepa.ectomy with right supra.ena. in one (1.6%) pa.ient were performed. Hospita. sta. wa. 4.2 (3 - 13 da.s) There wa. one morta.ity a.d 12 (19%) morbidities. No recurrence on follow up period (8 - 60 months) wa. observed. Conclusion: Ra.ica. procedure is sa.e a.d effective option for hepa.ic hyda.idosis a.d should be performed when the entire lobe is diffusely involved by huge or multiple hyda.idosis with little hea.thy liver tissue.
