Cyberbullying(CB)is a challenging issue in social media and it becomes important to effectively identify the occurrence of *** recently developed deep learning(DL)models pave the way to design CB classifier models with maximum *** the same time,optimal hyperparameter tuning process plays a vital role to enhance overall *** study introduces a Teacher Learning Genetic Optimization with Deep Learning Enabled Cyberbullying Classification(TLGODL-CBC)model in Social *** proposed TLGODL-CBC model intends to identify the existence and non-existence of CB in social media ***,the input data is cleaned and pre-processed to make it compatible for further *** by,independent recurrent autoencoder(IRAE)model is utilized for the recognition and classification of ***,the TLGO algorithm is used to optimally adjust the parameters related to the IRAE model and shows the novelty of the *** assuring the improved outcomes of the TLGODLCBC approach,a wide range of simulations are executed and the outcomes are investigated under several *** simulation outcomes make sure the improvements of the TLGODL-CBC model over recent approaches.

Mud wasps are one of the most important problems that many archaeological sites suffer from in Egypt, especially in southern Egypt. Wasp’s growth increases, especially on the surface of stones or on mud-brick buildings, which represents a major challenge to these archaeological sites. It works to hide the stone surfaces and archaeological inscriptions found on them in addition to that it works to damage the stone surfaces themselves through the nests that they build on these surfaces. It works on weakening the structure of sandstone and the study that included a study on mud wasps and Analysis of nests and studied through the use of various devices and methods, the damage and its nature have also been studied as a result of the presence of wasp nests and the reasons for their existence. Various treatment methods and the best appropriate methods for treating sandstone and stopping wasp activity have also been studied.

The increasing use of fossil fuels has a significant impact on the environment and ecosystem,which increases the rate of *** the high potential of renewable energy sources in Yemen and other Arabic countries,and the absence of similar studies in the *** study aims to examine the potential of wind energy in Mokha *** was done by analyzing and evaluating wind properties,determining available energy density,calculating wind energy extracted at different altitudes,and then computing the capacity factor for a few wind turbines and determining the *** speed was verified as the closest to the average actual wind speed using the cube root,as this was verified using 3 criteria for performance analysis methods(R^(2)=0.9984,RMSE=0.0632,COE=1.028).The wind rose scheme was used to determine the appropriate direction for directing the wind turbines,the southerly direction was appropriate,as the winds blow from this direction for 227 days per year,and the average southerly wind velocity is 5.27 m/s at an altitude of 3 *** turbine selected in this study has a tower height of 100m and a rated power of 3.45 *** capacitance factor was calculated for the three classes of wind turbines classified by the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)and compared,and the turbine of the first class was approved,and it is suitable for the study site,as it resists storms more than *** daily and annual capacity of a single,first-class turbine has been assessed to meet the needs of 1,447 housing units in Mokha *** amount of energy that could be supplied to each dwelling was around 19 kWh per day,which was adequate to power the basic loads in the home.

Role of nickel alloying on anodic dissolution behavior of zinc in 3.5% NaCl *** II:Potentiodynamic,potentiostatic and galvanostatic studies

Zinc is common metal used for steel protection from *** addition of further element,such as Ni,can modify the corrosion rate and maintain sacrificial *** anodic dissolution behavior of Zn,Ni and Zn-Ni alloys with different Ni contents（from 0.5% to 10%,mass fraction） in 3.5% Na Cl solution was investigated using potentiodynamic,potentiostatic and galvanostatic *** composition and microstructure of the corrosion layer on Zn,Ni and Zn-Ni alloys were characterized by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis（EDX） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.The galvanostatic curves show that the anodic behavior of all investigated electrodes exhibits active/passive transition and the tendency of the alloys to passivity decreases with the increase in Ni content,except for 99.5Zn-0.5Ni *** the potentiodynamic curves exhibit active passive transition only for pure *** analysis reveals the presence of oxides,chlorides and metal hydroxide chloride in corrosion products,and very small cracks are observed for 90Zn-10 Ni alloy compared with that of Zn.

目的:比较林格液和乳酸林格液(RL)在超声乳化术中作为冲洗液的差异,并探讨其对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:这是一项前瞻性介入性双盲临床研究,包括100例(100眼)年龄在50~65岁之间的年龄相关性白内障患者。随机分为两组(每组各50眼)。组1使用林格液,组2使用乳酸盐林格液冲洗液。结果:组1患者平均年龄57.5±8岁,组2患者平均年龄58.6±9岁。3mo后,组1内皮细胞密度平均下降8.5%,组2平均下降3.6%(P=0.013)。此外,组1中央角膜厚度平均增加6.9%,组2平均增加1.5%(P=0.006)。通过将测厚仪和高光显微镜参数的变化率与灌水量相关联得出两者间无显著相关性。结论:与乳酸盐林格液相比,使用林格液作为冲洗液可减少术后内皮细胞的损失,也可减轻术后水肿。

Heat shock reduces HCV replication via regulation of ribosomal L22 in Alu-RNA molecule dependent manner

Aim: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a global health problem that affects more than 180 million people worldwide. HCV is associated with several hepatic and other hepatic disorders including malignancies. HCV is a small enveloped positive-single strand RNA virus that belongs to Hepacivirus in the family Flaviviridae. Here we aim to provide a new therapeutic strategy via treatment of infected HepG2 cells with heat shock (HS). Methods: The potential inhibitory effect of HS on HCV replication was assessed by the relative gene expression of NS5A and its corresponding protein by flowcytometry which has been additionally used to monitor other cellular factors. Results: HS treatment of infected HepG2 cells has the ability to disturb HCV replication possibly via stimulation of the Alu non-coding element which inhibits gene expression of ribosomal L22. Ribosomal protein L22 (RPl22) is one of the abundant RNA-binding proteins that are known to facilitate synthesis and translation of viral RNA and to participate in balancing the protein components of the ribosome itself. Conclusion: HS treatment of infected cells leads to up-regulation of long RNA-Alu molecule that regulates the expression of RPL22 and subsequently reduces HCV replication in HepG2 cells.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the leading causes of death induced by cancer in the modern world and majority of the cases are related to chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)***-encoded X protein(HBx)is known to play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of viral induced *** is a multifunctional protein of17 kDa which modulates several cellular processes by direct or indirect interaction with a repertoire of host factors resulting in *** might interfere with several cellular processes such as oxidative stress,DNA repair,signal transduction,transcription,protein degradation,cell cycle progression and apoptosis.A number of reports have indicated that HBx is one of the most common viral ORFs that is often integrated into the host genome and its sequence variants play a crucial role in *** mutational or deletion analysis it was shown that carboxy terminal of HBx has a likely role in protein-protein interactions,transcriptional transactivation,DNA repair,cell,signaling and pathogenesis of *** accumulated evidence thus far suggests that it is difficult to understand the mechanistic nature of HBx associated HCC,and HBx mediated transcriptional transactivation and signaling pathways may be a major *** article addresses the role of HBx in the development of HCC with particular emphasis on HBx mutants and their putative targets.
