长时程细胞成像及分析在生物医学研究中具有重要意义。然而,由于荧光显微镜存在光漂白和光毒性等问题,其应用受到一定限制。非标记成像技术为克服这些限制提供了可行的解决方案。研究了干涉光谱分析技术作为解决非标记长时程活细胞监测问题的潜在方法,并提出了一种基于高光谱干涉重构的非标记定量显微成像技术。通过建立描述干涉信号的数学模型,设计样本定量重构算法,从而获取活细胞纳米结构和干质量分布的定量信息。系统采用自反射式干涉结构,不依赖复杂的光学调制元件,结构简单、操作便捷。此外,本文还在光学显微成像的基础上集成了具有细胞培养能力的微型细胞培养箱,实现了原位长时程成像。利用该系统,研究了不同细胞全细胞周期内的纳米结构定量和干质量变化,展示了本工作在生物医学领域的应用潜力。

In non-equilibrium nonlinear region, the nonlinear equations of time dependence of perturbation amplitude at the solid/liquidinterface during solidification of a dilute binary alloy are established on the base of assuming that there is local equilibrium at the solid/liquid interface and considering that curvature, temperature and composition at the solid/liquid interface which are related to the perturbation amplitude are nonlinear. As a result, patterns at the solid/liquid interface during solidification process, which is from nonsteadystate to steady state can be controlled by these nonlinear equations.

A continuous unidirectional solidification equipment with the advantages of electric slag remelting, induction heating, continuous casting and unidirectional solidification was built to study the QAl9 4 Cu Al alloy. The results show that the electro slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification process can be used for the steady continuous unidirectional solidification of QAl9 4, and revitalizes the down pulling continuous unidirectional solidification process; that the temperature distribution in the mold wall reflects that of the molten metal in the mold, thus the temperature distribution in the mold wall can be used to control the electric slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification process; and that the mutual matching of the technological parameters is the key to stabilize the solidification process.

In this Paper,interaction coefficients among Al,Ti and C in Al-Ti-C ternary system and actual free energy of Al_3Ti,TiC and Al_4C_3,were calcutated via ternary alloy thermodynamic *** rsults show that,at low temperatures,Al_3Ti forms through the reaction of aluminium with titanium,and at high temperatures,the TiC forms hy the reaction of carbon with Al_*** reaction mechanism was verified by the experimental results.

The stresses in laser cladding of Ni3Al-WC composite coating co and in heat affect zone (HAZ) σh have been induced based on considering the influences of laser processing parameters power P and beam traverse speed *** to the calculated results, certain limits of P and v are necessary in order to obtain crack free coatings. It agrees well with the experimental results.

The distribution of N and morphology of graphite in gray cast iron containing N were studicd by adopting the man-made specimens of Fe-C-Si-Mn alloys with some N added. The N adsorbed along the interfaces between graphite and matrix together with solid- solutioned in graphite is believed to be the principal cause of morpholongical variation of graphite.

Substituting boron for carbon can improve the corrosion behavior of Fe-based amorphous significantly especially in acid solution with saturated H_2S. XPS analysis proves that boron enriches in the surface layer of amorphous and reacts with hydrogen to form B_(10)H_(14) . It efficiently prevents the intrusion of hydrogen to the sample, thus the destructive effect of hydrogen can be decreased greatly.

The effect of trace elements with zero self-interaction coefficient on crystallization temperature of iron carbon alloys was studied and the mathematic equation was developed based on thermodynamics in the present researeh. With the equation developed in this paper, the effects of nitrogen on crystallization temperature of Fe-3.45C-2.15Si0. 16Mn and Fe-3.45C-2. 15Si-0. 80Mn alloys were discussed.
