Characte.istic symptoms include.among othe.s, de.e.opme.tal de.ays, move.e.t disorde.s, live. function abnormalitie., se.zure., and proble.s with te.r formation. Move.e.ts are.hype.kine.ic and may include.dysme.ric, chore.-athe.oid, myoclonic and dystonic move.e.t e.e.e.ts. To date. the.e.have.be.n no quantitative.re.orts de.cribing arm move.e.ts of individuals with NGLY1 De.icie.cy. This re.ort provide. quantitative.information about a se.ie. of arm move.e.ts pe.forme. by an individual with NGLY1 De.icie.cy and an age.-matche. ne.rotypical participant. Thre. cate.orie. of arm move.e.ts we.e.te.te.: 1) ope. e.de. re.che. without spe.ific e.d point targe.s;2) goal-dire.te. re.che. that include. grasping an obje.t;3) picking up small obje.ts from a table.place. in front of the.participants. Arm move.e.t kine.atics we.e.obtaine. with a came.a-base. motion analysis syste. and “initiation” and “mainte.ance. phase. we.e.ide.tifie. for e.ch move.e.t. The.combination of the.two phase. was labe.e. as a “comple.e. move.e.t. De.e.oping a consiste.t and concise.conse.sus on the.classification and e.aluation of tre.ors is e.se.tial to forward the.re.e.rch and tre.tme.t of tre.ors. It has also be.n re.orte. that some.individuals with NGLY1 De.icie.cy de.onstrate.tre.or, but such tre.or has ne.e. be.n formally inve.tigate.. The.primary obje.tive.of this study is to de.e.mine.if an individual with NGLY1 De.icie.cy de.onstrate. an ide.tifiable.tre.or during a se.ie. of arm move.e.ts and, if so, de.cribe.the.fre.ue.cy and powe. characte.istics of that tre.or. Arm move.e.t kine.atics we.e.obtaine. using a 16-came.a Vicon syste., and time.se.ie. traje.tory wave.orms for thre. plane. of a marke. place. on the.hand we.e.de.e.ope.. Custom MATLAB scripts we.e.utilize. to compute.Fast Fourie. Transformations of the.data within the.ide.tifie. wave.orm se.me.ts. The.re.ulting oppone.t fly color space.has 4 distinct cate.orie., and has be.n use. to inte.pre. how some.fly pollinators may pe.ce.ve.flowe. colors. Howe.e., formal proof that flowe. flie. Pale.e.ological Re.ponse.of Corals to the.e.d-Triassic Mass e.tinction： An Inte.rational Analysis

The.e.d-Triassic （also Triassic-Jurassic） mass e.tinction se.e.e.y affe.te. life.on plane. e.rth 200 million ye.rs ago. Pale.climate.change.trigge.e. by the.volcanic e.uptions of the.Ce.tral Atlantic Magmatic Province.（CAMP） cause. a gre.t loss of marine.biodive.sity, among which 96% coral ge.e.a we.e.ge. lost. Howe.e., the.e.is pre.ious little.de.ail on the.pale.e.ology and growth forms lost be.we.n the.late.t Triassic e.tinction and the.e.rly Jurassic re.ove.y. He.e.a ne. pilot study was conducte. by analyzing corallite.inte.ration le.e.s among corals from the.late.t Triassic and e.rly Jurassic time.. Inte.ration le.e.s in corals from the.Late.Triassic and e.rly Jurassic we.e.de.e.mine. through both the.Pale.biology Database.as we.l as from a compre.e.sive.muse.m colle.tion of fossil corals. Re.ults sugge.t that in addition to a major loss of dive.sity following the.e.d-Triassic mass e.tinction, the.e.also was a significant loss of highly inte.rate. corals as cle.rly e.ide.ce. by the.coral data from the.e.rly Jurassic. This confirms our hypothe.is of pale.e.ological se.e.tivity for corals following the.e.d-Triassic mass e.tinction. This study highlights the.importance.of assigning sim- ple.to advance. pale.e.ological characte.s with inte.ration le.e.s, which ope.s a use.ul approach to unde.standing of mass e.tinction and the.dynamics of the.re.ove.y.
