在InGaN发光二极管中 ,尽管存在着大量的位错 ,但其效率还是相当高的。用InGaN作为有源层是很重要的。在InGaN基LED的情况下 ,为产生光发射需要较高的激发功率。横向大面积外延生长的GaN激光二极管 (LDs)是在厚的GaN衬底上外延制备成的。在温度 2 5 0℃、30mW输出的连续工作状态下 ,其工作电流小于 4 2mA ,6 0 0℃、30mW输出的连续工作状态下的寿命约为1 5 0 0 0小时。这些结果表明 ,螺旋位错密度的降低延长了激光二极管的寿命。此外 ,良好的散热也是很重要的。

Hayabusa2 is an asteroid sample return mission carried out by the Japan Aerospace Exploration *** spacecraft was launched in 2014 and arrived at the target asteroid Ryugu on June 27,*** the 1.5-year proximity phase,several critical operations(including two landing/sampling operations)were successfully *** were based on autonomous image-based descent and landing *** paper describes an imagebased autonomous navigation scheme of the Hayabusa2 mission using artificial landmarks named target markers(TMs).Its basic algorithm,and the in-flight results of the first touchdown and its rehearsal,are shown.

Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)-producing colorectal cancer is extremely rarely reported until now. All of the reported cases harboring synchronous hematogenous spread including liver and/or lung metastasis had a poor prognosis and died within 12 mo. We here describe a 71-year old man with AFP-producing colon cancer who presented with an unusual bulky lymph node metastasis instead of hematogenous spread. He underwent adjuvant chemotherapy in addition to curative surgical resection, which prolonged his survival.

A Case of Giant Epidermoid Cyst in the Floor of the Mouth That Caused Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

We describe here, a case with a giant epidermoid cyst in the floor of the mouth that caused severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). A 37-year-old man was referred to our clinic because of a swelling in the floor of his mouth and sleep apnea syndrome. The occurrence of breathing disorders and daytime drowsiness was monitored to evaluate his OSAS 1 day before and 7 days after surgery. Before surgery, the apnea-hyponea index (AHI) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) were 45.7 and 22, respectively. The clinical diagnosis was a dermoid or an epidermoid cyst that caused severe OSAS. Under general anesthesia, the patient underwent intraoral surgical removal of the cyst, along with aspiration to reduce the mass. After surgery, his sleep apnea syndrome was significantly improved. The postoperative AHI and ESS were 5.5 and 7, respectively. As of 2 years after the operation, there was no evidence of recurrence.

＜正＞Background Psoriasis represents one of the Th17-mediated autoimmune diseases,which has been already shown to be associated with metabolic *** adipokines and Th17-related cytokines have been reported to be altered in patients with *** aim of the present study is to investigate the correlations of adipokines with Th17-related cytokines in psoriasis patients. Methods Serum adipokines and Th17-related cytokines were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays （Th-17 related cytokines:TNF-alpha,IL-6,IL-17,IL-21,IL-22,IL-23,adipokines:resistin,retinol-binding protein-4 （RBP-4）,chemerin,leptin,total adiponectin,high molecular weight adiponectin） from 30 psoriasis patients and 30 normal *** between each adipokine and each cytokine was determined using Pearson correlation analysis. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that chemerin levels were highly positively associated with resistin levels in normal ***,adiponectin and high molecular weight adiponectin showed a strong positive correlation in normal *** psoriasis patients,resistin levels were significantly positively associated with TNF-alpha,whereas RBP4 and IL-6 levels showed a highly negative ***,a remarkably positive correlation between IL-22 and adiponectin was found in psoriasis patients. Conclusion These data suggest that distinct interaction between adipokines and Th17 cytokines is involved in psoriasis.

Changbaishan volcano,400 km away from Pacific subduction zone,has long been regarded as significant source of carbon released by episodic eruptions since Quaternary and magma-related geothermal activities at present(*** springs and soil microseepage).Soil CO flux measurements following accumulation chamber method indicate that average soil CO flux of western flank of the Changbaishan volcano is 9.4gm d,which suggests relatively quiescent status of diffuse soil microseepage and might be informative for volcanic *** gases from hot springs close to crater are characterized by arc-like He/He ratios(2.7-6.33 R) and δC values(-3.5‰ to-7.5‰),whereas the sample far away from crater has lower He/He ratio(0.85 R) and δC value(-12.3‰).Three-component C-He isotope coupling model reveals that,upper mantle(MORB),slab carbonate(CAR) and organic metasediments(ORG) from both subducted Pacific slab and overriding continental crust are involved in origin and evolution of the Changbaishan volcanic *** with evidences from geochemical and geophysical studies,we propose that CO-rich volcanic gases released by Changbaishan volcano might originate from stagnant subducted Pacific slab in the mantle transition zone(MTZ).The MTZ-derived volatiles mixed by components from upper mantle,slab carbonate and subducted organic metasediments underwent variable degrees of contamination by organic metasediments in continental crust during transportation from magma chamber to the *** Pacific slab-derived materials contribute over half of the total carbon inventory at Changbaishan volcano,which could shed light on the significance of carbonatitic and carbonated silicate melts on liberating carbon from Earth’s interior to the exosphere.

The bubble disintegration is of great scientific importance in metal refining, In order for further improvement, Research on bubble disintegration and dispersion becomes necessary, The intensification of bubble disintegration experiment that we have done in cold water model by study absorption rate,The purpose is to research bubble disintegration under difference experimental condition. In this paper, we use mass transfer coefficients stand for absorption rate, we also study utilization rate, we want to research the best experimental condition which can enhance mass transfer coefficients and utilization rate. On the basis of experimental result, Provided a scientific and experimental basis to high-temperature experiment of bubble dispersion and *** results show:the rate of absorption of CO2 injected in aqueous Na OH solution can be increased greatly by mechanical stirring when the positive-reverse rotation mode is adopted. Dispersion of small bubbles in the liquid is very effective for increasing the absorption rate.
