This review attempts to delineate the effects and roles of fermented foods on allergic responses(AR),specifically from milk,plant,and meat *** for AR alleviation and aggravation were noted for many different fermented food *** outcomes on AR through fermented foods could be linked to microbial hydrolysis of food allergens,improvement in gut microbiota robustness,and modulation of the immune system that promotes a balance between T helper 1(Th1)and Th2 *** on plant-based,non-protein rich fermented foods tend to show more favourable results compared to those on meat-based or protein-rich *** usage of specific and known starter cultures are helpful in alleviating AR,as in the case for many yogurt,Kefir or Dahi *** fermentation time was also deemed important,exemplified in studies that showed inefficient AR reduction through consumption of fresh ***,formation of new allergens through fermentation of certain meat-based foods,or by using specific fermenting microbes(*** sp.),is ***,combination of starter cultures and food substrates must be considered in preventing or eliminating AR from intake of these *** review may aid consumers to make informed decision during the consumption of fermented food.

This review attempts to delineate the effects and roles of fermented foods on allergic responses (AR)， specifically from milk， plant， and meat sources. Evidence for AR alleviation and aggravation were noted for many different fermented food groups. Positive outcomes on AR through fermented foods could be linked to microbial hydrolysis of food allergens， improvement in gut microbiota robustness， and modulation of the immune system that promotes balance between T helper 1 (Th1) and Th2 cells. Studies on plant-based， non-protein rich fermented foods tend to show more favourable results compared to those on meat-based or protein-rich group. The usage of specific and known starter cultures are helpful in alleviating AR， as in the case for many yogurt， kefir or dahi products. Sufficient fermentation time was also deemed important， exemplified in studies that showed inefficient AR reduction through consumption of less aged cheese. However， formation of new allergens through fermentation of certain meat-based foods， or by using specific fermenting microbes (e.g. Penicillium sp.)， is possible. Thus， combination of starter cultures and food substrates must be considered in preventing or eliminating AR from intake of these foods. This review may aid consumers to make informed during the consumption of fermented food.

Clinical outcomes of radiofrequency catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation in octogenarians lO-year experience of a one high-volume center

Background Prevalence of atrial fibrillation （AF） increases with age. Radiofrequency catheter ablation （RFCA） is an establishedtreatment option superior to antiarrhythmics （AAs）. In this study, we investigated safety and efficacy of RFCA of AF in *** From our database, we extracted procedural and follow-up data for patients 〉 80 years with symptomatic AF undergoing RFCAand compared this population to RFCA patients 〈 50 years. All patients underwent pulmonary vein isolation （PVI） supplemented by linearlesions in PVI-nonresponders. Arrhythmia-free survival was assessed using seven day Holter every three months post procedure. All patientscompleted their 12 months follow-up. Results Fifty patients aged ≥80 years （80.5 ± 1.6 years） were compared to 259 patients aged 〈 50years （43.5±5.5 years）. The RFCA complication rate did not vary between groups. No differences in procedural characteristics were seenafter being analyzed by type of AF. Among patients with paroxysmal AF, 71.4% octogenarian vs. 84.7% young patients was free of anyarrhythmia, without AAs, after single procedure. For non-paroxysmal AF, arrhythmia-free survival without AAs, was considerably lower（58.6% octogenarians vs. 81.2% younger patients, P = 0.023）. If AAs were used, arrhythmia-free survival for paroxysmal AF increased to90.5% and 92.1% in octogenarians and younger patients, respectively; and in non-paroxysmal AF it increased to 79.3% vs. 88.4%. ConclusionsRFCA is a safe and effective strategy to achieve normal sinus rhythm in a highly selected group of octogenarians. Paroxysmal AF ablation inoctogenarians has similar clinical effectiveness as that seen in much younger patients. Non-paroxysmal AF ablation has lower, but still rea-sonable clinical effectiveness.

A New Sine-Ikeda Modulated Chaotic Key for Cybersecurity

In the recent past,the storage of images and data in the cloud has shown rapid growth due to the tremendous usage of multimedia *** this paper,a modulated version of the Ikeda map and key generation algorithm are proposed,which can be used as a chaotic key for securely storing images in the *** distinctive feature of the proposed map is that it is hyperchaotic,highly sensitive to initial conditions,and depicts chaos over a wide range of con-trol parameter *** properties prevent the attacker from detecting and extracting the keys *** key generation algorithm generates a set of sequences using a designed chaos map and uses the harmonic mean of the gen-erated sequences as the seed ***,the control parameters are modi-ﬁed after each *** change in the control parameters after each iteration makes it difﬁcult for an attacker to predict the *** designed map was tested mathematically and through *** performance evaluation of the map shows that it outperforms other chaotic maps in terms of its parameter space,Lya-punov exponent,bifurcation *** the designed chaotic map with existing chaotic maps in terms of average cycle length,maximum Lyapunov exponent,approximate entropy,and a number of iterations,it is found to be very *** existence of chaos is also proved mathematically using Schwartz’s derivative *** proposed key generation algorithm was tested using the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST)randomness test with excellent results.

直喷发动机燃油喷雾撞击壁面形成油膜,导致燃烧效率降低,颗粒物排放增加。伴随撞壁的动态传热过程对油膜蒸发具有重要影响。本文针对正戊烷、甲醇、甲醇汽油混合燃料瞬态喷雾撞击壁面,研究了不同条件下蒸发性对燃油瞬态喷雾撞击壁面动态传热影响。结果表明,提高喷油温度可促进燃油雾化,增大喷油压力或降低喷油距离可提高液滴撞壁强度,缩短液膜存在时间。撞壁瞬态温度与热流密度动态变化特征受燃油蒸发性与喷雾条件联合影响。

The potential of standardized quassinoid-rich extract of Eurycoma longifolia in the regulation of the oestrous cycle of rats

Objective: To evaluate the effects of Eurycoma longifolia(E. longifolia) standardized extract on the oestrous cycle, levels of reproductive hormones and histology of the ovaries of Sprague-Dawley ***: Female rats were orally treated with E. longifolia standardized extract at the dose levels of 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 mg/kg of body weight over 5 *** smears were monitored daily within the duration and after withdrawal of the treatment before being sacrificed. The body weights of the females were recorded before and after the 5 days treatment. At the end of the experiments, blood samples were collected for determination of testosterone, oestradiol and progesterone levels. Ovaries were removed, weighed and examined for histomorphological ***: The administration of E. longifolia standardized extract did not significantly alter the oestrous cycle of the rats during the 5 days treatment and after withdrawal of the treatments. This was supported by normal testosterone, oestradiol and progesterone levels as well as normal morphology of the ***: The data obtained showed that E. longifolia standardized extract did not exhibit any toxic effect on reproductive activities of female rats suggesting potential use in the management of infertility.

Carbon Dioxide Fixation Method for Electrosynthesis of Benzoic Acid from Chlorobenzene

Carbon dioxide fixation technique was developed as an alternative dechlorination method of chlorobenzenes. Electrolysis of chlorobenzene was carried out in a one-compartment cell fitted with an aluminium anode and a platinum cathode. Electrolysis in N, N-dimethylformamide （DMF） solution containing 0.1 M of tetrapropylammonium bromide （TPAB） at 0 ℃, 100 ml/min of CO2 flow rate and 120 mA/cm^2 of current density was found to be the optimum conditions of this electrocarboxylation, which gave 72% yield of benzoic acid from chlorobenzene. These conditions were then applied to 1,2-dichlorobenzene and 1,3-dichlorobenzene in order to convert them to their corrcsponding benzoic acids.

GIS市场逐步发展,以适应GIS在广泛应用领域的一般功能及定制化功能。过去的二十年间,GIS被应用于更智能、更安全的交通运输网络。一个新兴的焦点出现了,即高效利用科技和智能交通系统(ITS)。GIS技术作为一个融合大量信息的平台,在交通运输中扮演着日渐重要的角色。这类系统将不同传感器和自动化系统的信息融合到一起,提供一个单一的数据源,目的在于更好地实现交通管理、事故管理和紧急事件响应等功能。很多公司,尤其是业务建立在运输基础上的公司,都拥有汽车、货车等车队,他们需要一个高效的管理方式。这个系统通过资源的智能分配帮助相关的组织机构有效且高效地管理汽车车队。车队管理系统是一个高速发展的行业,任何需要送货、前往客户办公室、运输设备、或者通过大地测量和水准测量服务获得基准和测量点的公司都拥有材料和车队,他们需要一个车队管理方式来提高生产力,降低运输和人员的总成本,消除或最小化与车辆投资有关的风险,及帮助进行决策等其他好处。本项目提出并设计了一个车队管理系统的安卓APP。它包含了GPS和GSM定位系统以及基于网络的后台管理。支持移动车辆监控和用户通讯功能。它可以实现任何车辆任何时间的位置追踪、任务通知和人员通讯。用户发送的所有数据都通过互联网传到服务器上。所有数据都存储在一个MYSQL数据库中,顾客可以通过任意安装了本应用的安卓设备接收到数据,且用户都是经过认证的。使用移动电话代替GPS接收器作为终端,虽然准确度有所降低但更加高效且便宜。用GPS硬件系统来追踪车辆要贵得多,因为公司需要投资一大笔钱使得每一辆车都配备GPS追踪系统,而目前的智能手机都有内嵌的GPS。此外,智能手机的应用使得追踪和通讯任务能以较低的成本结合起来。该APP已获得成功的实施和评估,试验结果表明,用户可以通过该移动应用监控和追踪车辆的实时位置及车辆状况,且可联网的车辆管理移动应用可以帮助用户实现更高效的车队管理。

Chicken Eggshell as an Innovative Bioflocculant in Harvesting Biofloc for Aquaculture Wastewater Treatment

Implementation of biofloc technology(BFT)system in aquaculture industry shows high productivity,low feed conversion ratio,and an optimum culture *** study was divided into two *** first phase involved maintaining the water quality using the optimum carbon-to-nitrogen ratio by manipulating pH in culture *** second phase examined the performance of harvesting biofloc(remaining phytoplankton and suspended solids in the system)using chicken eggshell powder(CESP).This study showed that pH 7 to 8 were the best biofloc performance with high removal percentage of ammonia(>99%)with a remaining ammonia concentration of 0.016 mg L^(−1)and 0.018 mg L^(−1),*** second phase of this study was performed to determine the optimal formulation and conditions of using CESP as a bio-flocculant in harvesting excess *** use of eggshell showed a higher harvesting efficiency of more than 80%under the following treatment conditions:0.25 g L^(−1)of eggshell dosage;with rapid and slow mixing rates of 150 and 30 rpm,respectively;30 min of settling time;settling velocity of 0.39 mm s^(−1)and pH of 6 to ***,the results indicated that biofloc would be the best green technology approach for sustainable aquaculture wastewater and the CESP is an organic matrix that environmental-friendly bio-coagulant for biofloc harvesting.

Objective:To determine lethal median dose(LD_(50)) and histopalhological toxicity of water extract of Hololhuria atra(H,atra) in ***:The behavioral changes,mortality and histopathology examination on liver were assessed in mice 14 d after the administration(i.p.) of *** water *** doses 110,20,30,50.100.150 and 200 mg/kg) of *** were *** control group was treated with normal saline,Results:In the acute study in mice,the water extracts of H,atra caused dose-dependent general behavior adverse affects and *** main behavioral sign of toxicity was hypoactivity,noticed immediately after administration of the extract which was more obvious at the higher doses and persisted until *** increased with increasing doses,the calculated LD_(50)was 41 mg/kg in *** liver toxicity was confirmed by histopalhological examination,which indicated the presence of abnormal hepatocytes with a distorted shape and undefined cell lining as well as enlarged nuclei in low doses *** doses groups indicated a more prominent distortion of the polyhedral hepatocytes with undefined cell lining,massive cytoplasm,*** and karyolytie nuclei(necrosis of hepatocytes).Control group showed polyhedral hepatocytes with defined cell lining arranged in cords and normal round nuclei,with granular ***:Because of the relatively low LD_(50) value in the acute study in mice,it may be concluded that the *** water extract is toxic.
