＜正＞In this paper,a motion retrieval system is investigated from a multiple-instance learning *** retrieve similar motion data,each human joint’s motion clip is regarded as a bag,while each of its segments is regarded as an *** 3D temporal-spatial features and their keyspaces of each human joint are ***,data driven decision trees based on ensemble multiple instance are automatically constructed to reflect the influence of each point during the comparison of motion similarity. Last,we use the method of multiple instance retrieval to complete motion *** results show that our approaches are effective for motion data retrieval in agriculture informatisation.

＜正＞In this paper,a novel approach is presented for motion information retrieval based on a reference index that reduces the number of costly distance computations for similar *** to high dimensionality of motion’s features,the nonlinear principal Component Analysis（PCA）dimension reduction is *** algorithmic framework is used to approximate the optimal mapping function by a Radial Basis Function（RBF）for handling new data. Then,a reference index is built based on selecting a small set of representative motion clips in the database. This way we can get a candidate set by abandoning most unrelated motion clips to reduce the number of costly similarity measures significantly. Experimental results show that our methods are effective for data processing in large-scale databases of agriculture informatisation.

Data mining techniques can be applied in CRM because there are many connection points between them. There are three kinds of CRM and all of them can work more effective by combining with the technique. Typically, data mining circle is composed of four steps including determination of mining objects, data selection and preparation, model building and evaluation, model identification and update. With the development of economy, data mining and CRM will be combined more tightly, and fast development of data mining techniques is making CRM more practical and valuable.

Elastase had broad application in food industry,medicinal industry and cosmetics ***,the stability of microbial elastases was the greatest obstacle to affect its activity and *** on this problem,this study is to investigate the acid mutation of Bacillus licheniformis ZJUEL31410 that produced elastase and to improve its acid-tolerant property and other *** methodology adopted was the simulated human intestine tract(low pH environment SHITES)The effects of different pH from pH 2 to pH 6 on elastase-producing strains were *** results demonstrated that S4 mutant was the best stable and acid-tolerant strain considered the elastase activity and elastase stability under acid *** is evident that pH 4 is very efficient for improving the acid-tolerance of elastase and no negative effect on elastase *** secretion mode of the protein was analysed by SDS-PAGE. Experimental results suggested that the secretion mode of mutant under pH 4 was different from that of the control *** elastase characteristics produced by mutant strain were investigated and compared with the *** showed that *** ZJUEL31410 strain was very stable under pH 6 and high temperature environment in comparison with the control and pH 2 *** of the aboved data indicated that the elastase produced by mutant strain was capable for practical industrial ***,the mechanism supporting improved characteristics of elastase under acid-condition was needed to be investigated in the future research.

Objectives A clinical isolate of Enterobacter cloacae exhibiting reduced susceptibility to carbapenem and a positive EDTA-disc synergy test was studied for carbapenemase production. Methods MICs were determined with standard *** focusing of cell extracts was used for detection ofβ-*** assays with primers specific for the blaIMP-26 gene and the conserved segments of class 1 integrons and sequence analysis were carried out to identify the gene and to map the metallo-β-lactamase encoding *** of the gene was assessed with conjugation *** identify the location of the blaTEM-1 gene,conjugation experiments and plasmid electrophoresis were carried out,amplified by PCR. Results A carbapenem-resistant *** was found to carry IMP-26 metallo-β-lactamase in class 1 integron and TEM-1 extended-spectrumβ-lactamase in conjugative plasmid. Conclusions Existence of multiple resistant genes on plasmids and integrons may have important clinical implications.
