In an experiment performed on the Shenguang-III prototype laser facility, collective Thomson scattering (TS) is used to study the spatialgrowth of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in a gas-filled hohlraum by detecting the SBS-driven ion acoustic wave. High-quality timeresolved SBS and TS spectra are obtained simultaneously in the experiment, and these are analyzed by a steady-state code based on theray-tracing model. The analysis indicates that ion–ion collisions may play an important role in suppressing SBS growth in the Au plasma;as aresult, the SBS excited in the filled gas region is dominant. In the early phase of the laser pulse, SBS originates primarily from the high-densityplasma at the edges of the interaction beam channel, which is piled up by the heating of the interaction beam. Throughout the duration of thelaser pulse, the presence of the TS probe beam might mitigate SBS by perturbing the density distribution around the region overlapping withthe interaction beam.

Two-dimensional(2D)InSe and WS2 exhibit promising characteristics for optoelectronic ***,they both have poor absorption of visible light due to wide bandgaps:2D InSe has high electron mobility but low hole mobility,while 2D WS2 is on the *** propose a 2D heterostructure composed of their monolayers as a solution to both *** first-principles calculations show that the heterostructure has a type-Ⅱband alignment as ***,the bandgap of the heterostructure is reduced to 2.19 eV,which is much smaller than those of the *** reduction in bandgap leads to a considerable enhancement of the visible-light absorption,such as about fivefold(threefold)increase in comparison to monolayer InSe(WS2)at the wavelength of 490 ***,the type-Ⅱ band alignment also facilitates the spatial separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs;i.e.,electrons(holes)reside preferably in the InSe(WS2)*** a result,the two layers complement each other in carrier mobilities of the heterostructure:the photogenerated electrons and holes inherit the large mobilities from the InSe and WS2 monolayers,respectively.

A nine cyclic peptide(TCP-1)showed excellent specificity for colon ***-1 binds with human tumor tissues at early stages and mice tumor with diameters of 1-4 mm,suggesting that TCP-1 may be used for early diagnosis of colon *** mechanism of the targeted binding of TCP-1 to colon cancer was also studied using immunoprecipitation,LC-MS and *** screening and identifying of the possible binding target proteins of TCP-1,keratin,typeⅡcytoskeletal 5 was speculated to be the specific binding target protein of TCP-1 in human tumor *** studies were conducted to investigate the target-mediated drug disposition of the new tumor-specific peptide by LC-MS/*** tissue distribution study showed that TCP-1 was found only in colon tumors(the target site)in tumor mice did not bind to any other *** TCP-1 to tumor markedly increased its removal rate from blood circulation but mildly extended its staying time in *** tumor mice,a lower AUC of TCP-1(reduced by almost 35%)and 2-fold higher clearance were found compared to that of normal *** proposed metabolic pathway of TCP-1 in the kidney was also determined using LC-MS^(n)-*** high specificity and low toxicity of the peptide may be caused by its extremely tight binding to the *** applications for future clinical use,including MRI and PET/CT were also explored,and this research may promote the development of colon cancer diagnostic technology research and provide new ideas and technical routes for tumor diagnostic technology.

Purpose: Angiotensin 1–7 [Ang-(1-7)] has been identified as an important anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic factor. This study determined how the ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas axis affected M1/M2 macrophage polarization and thus contributed to anti-inflammatory processes in the cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced inflammation *** and Methods: ELISA, western blotting, and qRT-PCR were used to verify that Ang-(1-7) decreased the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increased anti-inflammatory cytokines. The differentiation of M1/M2 macrophages was assessed by flow cytometry for assessing the cell-surface markers, CD86 and CD206. The related key receptors and pathways were analyzed by Western blotting, qRT-PCR, and immunofluorescence. CLP-induced inflammatory mice models were used for in vivo studies. Hematoxylin and eosin and immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence staining protocols were used to analyze histological changes in the spleen, and the related key pathway proteins were analyzed by western ***: Ang-(1-7) decreased the expressions of the TNF-α and IL-6 pro-inflammatory cytokines and increased the expressions of the IL-4 and IL-10 anti-inflammatory cytokines. INOS and TNF-α, which represented M1 macrophage polarization, were decreased by Ang-(1-7). ARG1 and CD163, which represented M2 macrophage polarization, were increased by Ang-(1-7). Both Mas receptor and ACE2 are expressed on macrophages. Furthermore, the ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-MAS axis modulated macrophage polarization by ameliorating TLR4 expression and regulating the NF-кB and MAPK pathways. In addition, splenomegaly and macrophage infiltration were observed in the spleen of the CLP-induced mouse models and macrophages in the spleen suspension of CLP models were shifted to M1 phenotype and were effectively inhibited by Ang-(1-7) via the TLR4-mediated NF-кB and MAPK pathways, which could be partially rescued by ***: Ang-(1-7) inhibited inflammatory responses in vivo

犬布鲁氏菌病是一种世界范围内导致家畜流产和人波状热的人畜共患病,最近随着相关宿主动物如犬类饲养数量的增多,家庭儿童的感染案例报道屡见不鲜,所以研究犬布鲁氏菌具有重要公共卫生意义。使用了全球的91个菌株,利用贝叶斯方法对菌株分群,基于core-SNPs和分子钟模型构建进化树进行种群结构和时空分布分析,使用COG功能聚类进行功能差异研究。发现的4个系统发育群(PG)与它们的地理来源显著相关,PG1~3中,存在亚洲到非洲及欧美间的传播;PG4定殖于北美,且耐药基因逐渐缺失。功能基因在4个PG中的存在/缺失谱不同,PG3功能最完整,其他PG各具独特的功能基因缺失,特别是PG2大多缺失ABC型转运系统组分。掌握犬布鲁氏菌在全球的分布和传播,理解其基因组变异有助于开发新的诊断和疫苗靶点,以对抗由犬布鲁氏菌引起的人类流行病。

Retrospective Study of 2508 Cases of Kidney Transplantation

Objective To improve transplant effect and increase the long-term survival rate of allografts, we summarized our experience in renal transplantation. Methods 2508 cases of renal transplantation were performed in recipients with end stage renal failure in our transplant center from Jan. 1979 to June 2008. Am~ong them 186 cases received living related renal transplantation. All the possible factors that could influence transplantation results, including general situation, donor kidney, HLA matching, PRA level, surgical procedure, complica- tions and immunosurppressive therapy, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total survival rate of patient/kidney was 81.4% / 76.3%. The survival rates of of patient/ kidney in 1, 5, 10 years were 96.5% / 93.2%, 88.6% / 81.6% and 74.7% / 71.3% respec- tively. Hyper- acute rejection rate was 0.7%, acute rejection 13.7 % and acute rejection 7.4% in recent 10 years. After transplantation, 787 recipients suffered from various infections, 275 from acute ATN, 590 from drug toxicity, 19 from renal artery disorders and rupture of transplant kidney, 39 from advanced stage of obstruction and 28 from various kinds of malignant tumors. The death causes were infections, cardio cerebral vascular diseases and hepatic failure, and the percentages were 47.3%, 34.8% and 10.9% respectively. Conclusions Careful preoperative preparation, PRA negative and high grade HLA matching are essential to a successfsd transplantation. The high quality of donor kidney and perfect surgery technique are also necessary. The combined medication can effectively prevent rejection and decrease drug toxicity. Low-dosage of either CsA or FK506 with MMF and Pred is the ideal regimens of immunosuppressive therapy. Early monitoring and prophylactic treatment are important to control infection after renal transplantation. Strict discharge follow-up is also valuable to the long-term survival of patient/kidney.

目前国内主动配电网还缺乏统一的综合能量管理。在研究综合能量管理平台技术、区域能量综合预测技术和多级能源协调控制技术基础上,设计并开发了一种针对主动配电网的综合能量管理系统。系统综合考虑电源—电网—用户三个方面的需求,集成配电网已存在的信息和自动化系统,对配电网海量信息数据深度挖掘、高度整合和综合应用,最终实现能量合理分配、多元互补、综合利用,有效提高了可再生能源渗透率,降低了配电网能量损耗。系统在天津生态城示范区域部署应用,运行结果验证了所述主动配电网综合管理技术的可行性及有效性。

Endoscopic ultrasound-guided deep and large biopsy for diagnosis of gastric infiltrating tumors with negative malignant endoscopy biopsies

AIM: To assess the diagnostic yield and safety of adeep and large biopsy technique under the guidance of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) for diagnosis of gastric infiltrating tumors with negative malignant endoscopy ***: From January 2009 to March 2014, 36 patients in whom gastric infiltrating tumors had been diagnosed by EUS received negative results for malignancy after endoscopic biopsies. The deep and large biopsy technique combined bite-on-bite technique with or without endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) to obtain submucosal tissue from lesions. EUS was used to select the appropriate biopsy sites. If the lesion protruded into the cavity, EMR was performed for removal of the overlying mucosa and then bite-onbite technique was conducted in the resected area to obtain submucosal tissue. If the lesion appeared to be flat or was difficult to lift by injection, the bite-on-bite technique was directly ***: Twenty-eight of the 36 patients were treated by EMR followed by bite-on-bite technique, while 8 patients only underwent bite-on-bite technique. Histological results showed 23 of the 36 lesions were poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas, 2 diffuse large B cell lymphomas, 4 mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue-type lymphomas, and 7 undiagnosed. The deep and large biopsy technique provided a definitive and conclusive diagnosis in 29(80.6%) of the 36 patients. The 12 gastric linitis plastica and 6 lymphoma patients received chemotherapy and avoided surgery. Minor oozing of blood in 2 mucosal resection wounds was managed by argon plasma coagulation and in 5 cases after deep biopsies by epinephrine(0.001%).
