Hyperoside and quercetin are similar in molecular *** this study,the antioxidant regulatory targets of hyperoside and quercetin are mainly in the nuclear factor(erythroid-2-derived)-related factor 2(Nrf2)pathway predicted by network *** the antioxidant effect and mechanism of hyperoside and quercetin were measured and compared in H_(2)O_(2)-induced Hep G2 cells and Caenorhabditis *** findings indicated that quercetin was more effective than hyperoside in reducing oxidative damage,which was proved by improved cell viability,decreased reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,decreased cellular apoptosis,and alleviated mitochondrial *** addition,quercetin was more efficient than hyperoside in enhancing the expression of Nrf2-associated m RNAs,increasing the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT),and reducing the cellular malondialdehyde(MDA)*** was superior to hyperoside in prolonging the lifespan of worms,decreasing the accumulation of lipofuscin,inhibiting ROS production,and increasing the proportion of skn-1 in the *** the Nrf2 inhibitor ML385,we verified that quercetin and hyperoside primarily protected the cells against oxidative damage via the Nrf2 signalling ***,molecular docking and dynamics simulations demonstrated that the quercetin-Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap1)complex was more stable than the hyperoside-Keap1 *** stable structure of the complex might hinder the binding of Nrf2 and Keap1 to release Nrf2 and facilitate its entry into the nucleus to play an antioxidant ***,quercetin had a better antioxidant than hyperoside.

With the development and regulatory approval of immune checkpoint inhibitors and adoptive cell therapies,cancer immunotherapy has undergone a profound transformation over the past ***,therapeutic cancer vaccines have shown promise by eliciting de novo T cell responses targeting tumor antigens,including tumor-associated antigens and tumor-specific *** objective was to amplify and diversify the intrinsic repertoire of tumor-specific T ***,the complete realization of these capabilities remains an ongoing ***,we provide an overview of the current landscape of cancer vaccines in this *** range of antigen selection,antigen delivery systems development the strategic nuances underlying effective antigen presentation have pioneered cancer vaccine ***,this review addresses the current status of clinical trials and discusses their strategies,focusing on tumor-specific immunogenicity and anti-tumor efficacy ***,current clinical attempts toward developing cancer vaccines have not yielded breakthrough clinical outcomes due to significant challenges,including tumor immune microenvironment suppression,optimal candidate identification,immune response evaluation,and vaccine manufacturing ***,the field is poised to overcome hurdles and improve patient outcomes in the future by acknowledging these clinical complexities and persistently striving to surmount inherent constraints.

Ammonia storage and slip under steady and transient state in close-coupled SCR

The close-coupled selective catalytic reduction(cc-SCR)catalyst is an effective technology to reduce tailpipe NOx emission during cold *** paper investigated the optimal ammonia storage under steady and transient state in the *** study showed that a trade-off between NOx conversion efficiency and ammonia slip is observed on the pareto solutions under steady state,and the optimal ammonia storage is calculated with ammonia slip less than 10μL/L based on the ChinaⅥemission *** rapid temperature increase will lead to severe ammonia slip in the transient test cycle.A simplified 0-D calculation method on ammonia slip under transient state is proposed based on kinetic model of ammonia adsorption and *** addition,the effect of ammonia storage,catalyst temperature and temperature increasing rate on ammonia slip are *** optimal ammonia storage is calculated with maximum ammonia slip less than 100μL/L according to the oxidation efficiency of ammonia slip catalyst(ASC)downstream *** was found that the optimal ammonia storage under transient state is much lower than that under steady state in cc-SCR at lower temperature,and a phase diagram is established to analyze the influence of temperature and temperature increasing rate on optimal ammonia storage.

The biomimetic construction of a microstructural–mechanical–electrical anisotropic microenvironment adaptive to the native cardiac tissue is essential to repair myocardial infarction(MI).Inspired by the 3D anisotropic characteristic of the natural fish swim bladder(FSB),a novel flexible,anisotropic,and conductive hydrogel was developed for tissue-specific adaptation to the anisotropic structural,conductive,and mechanical features of the native cardiac extracellular *** results revealed that the originally stiff,homogeneous FSB film was tailored to a highly flexible anisotropic hydrogel,enabling its potential as a functional engineered cardiac patch(ECP).In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated the enhanced electrophysiological activity,maturation,elongation,and orientation of cardiomyocytes(CMs),and marked MI repair performance with reduced CM apoptosis and myocardial fibrosis,thereby promoting cell retention,myogenesis,and vascularization,as well as improving electrical *** findings offer a potential strategy for functional ECP and provides a novel strategy to bionically simulate the complex cardiac repair environment.

The environmental behavior of and risks associated with nanoplastics(NPs)have attracted considerable ***,compared to pristine NPs,environmental factors such as ultraviolet(UV)irradiation that lead to changes in the toxicity of NPs have rarely been *** evaluated the changes in morphology and physicochemical properties of polystyrene(PS)NPs before and after UV irradiation,and compared their hepatotoxicity in *** results showed that UV irradiation caused particle size reduction and increased the carbonyl index(CI)and negative charge on the particle ***-aged PS NPs(aPS NPs)could induce the generation of hydroxyl radicals(·OH),but also further promoted the generation of·OH in the Fenton reaction *** pathological damage was more severe in mice exposed to aPS NPs,accompanied by a large number of vacuoles and hepatocyte balloon-like changes and more marked perturbations in blood glucose and serum lipoprotein,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase *** addition,exposure to PS NPs and aPS NPs,especially aPS NPs,triggered oxidative stress and significantly damaged the antioxidant capacity of mice *** with PS NPs,exposure to aPS NPs increased the number of altered metabolites in hepatic and corresponding metabolic pathways,especially glutathione *** research suggests that UV irradiation can disrupt the redox balance in organisms by promoting the production of·OH,enhancing PS NPs-induced liver damage and metabolic *** study will help us understand the health risks of NPs and to avoid underestimation of the risks of NPs in nature.

Elaborative collection of condensed combustion products of solid propellants:Towards a real Solid Rocket Motor(SRM)operational environment

A novel constant-pressure and constant-quenching distance Condensed Combustion Products(CCPs)collection system was developed,coupled with a timing control system,to collect the CCPs formed in the course of burning of aluminum-based composite *** effects of adiabatic graphite plating,collection zone,quenching distance,time series of collection,and propellant burning rate on the microscopic morphology,particle size distribution and unburned aluminum content of CCPs were *** was verified that the graphite plating can provide a high-fidelity high-temperature environment for propellant *** combustion efficiency is improved by 2.44% compared to the bare propellant *** time series of collection has a significant effect on the combustion efficiency of aluminum,and the combustion efficiency of aluminum in the thermal state(1.2-2.4 s)is 2.75% higher than that in the cold state(0-1.2 s).Similarly,the characteristics of the CCPs in different collection zones are *** the quenching distance of 5 mm,the combustion efficiency of aluminum in the core zone(85.39%)is much lower than that in the outer zone(92.07%),while the particle size of the CCPs in the core zone(172μm)is larger than that in the outer zone(41μm).This indicates that the core zone is more likely to produce large-sized and incompletely burned agglomerates during the propellant combustion *** burning rates also lead to a significant difference in particle size distribution and combustion *** burning rates result in higher combustion efficiency.A detailed sequence of the elaborative collection process of CCPs is proposed,mainly including the setting of ignition delay time,burning rate,working pressure,plating length and time series of *** findings of this study are expected to provide a reliable tool for the evaluation of the combustion efficiency of solid propellants.
