Au hierarchical architectures with special morphology and structures are strongly desired in varied ***,a simple synthesis method was developed for the one-step preparation of Au micronails(MNs)at the planar liquid-liquid interface under mild *** well-defined Au MNs were grown and constructed at CHCl_(3)-H_(2)O interface at room temperature using aniline in CHCl_(3)as reducing agent and HAuCl_(4)in H_(2)O as precursor and no surfactant or seed is *** intriguing Au MNs with rough surface consist of big heads and thin rods,just like iron nails in ***,through simple changing the reagent concentrations,the length and surface roughness of Au MNs can be adjusted *** effects of a series of factors on the morphology and structure of the products are studied in *** p-aminothiophenol as a molecular probe,the as-obtained Au MNs all exhibit dramatically improved surface enhanced Raman scattering sensitivity and high reproducibility,the enhancement factor and limit of detection of Au MNs are 5.4×10^(5)and 1.0×10^(-10),respectively.

Background The genotype of epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） is associated with tyrosine kinase inhibitor and effectiveness of therapy, but its role in cytotoxic chemotherapy is still unknown. Previous studies indicated that certain EGFR mutations were associated with response and progression free survival following platinum based chemotherapy. Our recent studies have identified that EGFR genotypes in the tumour tissues were not associated with response to the first-line chemotherapy in Chinese patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. In this study, we investigated associations of EGFR genotypes from plasma of patients with advanced NSCLC and response to first-line chemotherapy and prognosis. Methods We enrolled 145 advanced NSCLC patients who had received first-line chemotherapy in our department. We examined plasma EGFR genotypes for these patients and associations of EGFR mutations with response to chemotherapy and clinical outcomes. Results There were 54 patients with known EGFR mutations and 91 cases of wild types. No significant difference was detected in the response rate to first-line chemotherapy between mutation carriers and wild-type patients （37.0% vs. 31.9%）. The median survival time and 1-, 2-year survival rates were higher in mutation carriers than wild-types （24 months vs. 18 months, 85.7% vs. 65.7% and 43.7% vs. 25.9%, P=0.047）. Clinical stage （Ⅳvs. Ⅲb）, response to the first-line chemotherapy （partial vs. no） and EGFR genotype were independent prognostic factors. Conclusion Plasma EGFR mutations in the Chinese patients with advanced NSCLC is not a predictor for the response to first-line chemotherapy, but an independent prognostic factor indicating longer survival.

Two-dimensional(2D)InSe and WS2 exhibit promising characteristics for optoelectronic ***,they both have poor absorption of visible light due to wide bandgaps:2D InSe has high electron mobility but low hole mobility,while 2D WS2 is on the *** propose a 2D heterostructure composed of their monolayers as a solution to both *** first-principles calculations show that the heterostructure has a type-Ⅱband alignment as ***,the bandgap of the heterostructure is reduced to 2.19 eV,which is much smaller than those of the *** reduction in bandgap leads to a considerable enhancement of the visible-light absorption,such as about fivefold(threefold)increase in comparison to monolayer InSe(WS2)at the wavelength of 490 ***,the type-Ⅱ band alignment also facilitates the spatial separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs;i.e.,electrons(holes)reside preferably in the InSe(WS2)*** a result,the two layers complement each other in carrier mobilities of the heterostructure:the photogenerated electrons and holes inherit the large mobilities from the InSe and WS2 monolayers,respectively.

To reduce switch numbers and voltage stress in semiconductor devices,this paper proposes a novel single-phase converter combined Active Power Factor Correction(APFC)with switched-capacitor *** addition,dynamic voltage regulation and voltage gain are improved by integrating the boost converter and switching capacitor *** interstage bulk capacitor is no longer *** average current control with redistribution of voltage in cells is proposed to obtain voltage lift ability of the switching capacitor cells and maintain a high-power *** study and verify the proposed converter preliminarily,theoretical analysis and simulation are presented in the ***,a 50o W prototype with two different configurations is built for experimental *** proposed converter can reach 95.62%of maximum efficiency,0.99 of power factor,and 3.55%of THD with 600 V output voltage,simultaneously.

提出了一种基于X射线衍射增强成像(DEI)断层计算机X射线层析术(CT)图像的物体尺寸精确测量方法。X射线衍射增强成像是一种基于相位衬度的成像技术。通过建立DEI的简化模型,研究衍射成像过程中晶体转角、投影图像谷点位置、成像系统等效模糊等因素之间关系,由此具体探讨了系统模糊效应对圆物体边界成像带来的位置偏移,并以圆形被测样品为例,提出可精确测定直径的简单有效算法。通过理论仿真模型数据和北京同步辐射装置上的实测数据验证了该算法的精度。该方法实现了利用DEI图像对被测物体几何尺寸的精确测量,可用于对生物组织样品等物体内部微小结构的尺寸的精确测量。

物联网的理论、技术和应用已成为学术界的研究热点,拓展物联网的研究,需要来自各个领域的创新.近年来,基于社交网络与物联网相融合的研究,逐渐形成了物联网领域内一个新的研究主题——社交物联网.社交物联网从物联网的不同层面来应用社交网络的研究成果,进而解决物联网研究中的具体问题,为物联网的发展带来了新的机遇.当前,社交物联网的概念并不统一,研究内容也较为分散.该文通过对社交物联网的系统性梳理,进一步总结归纳了社交物联网的主要研究内容.首先该文给出了社交物联网的一般性定义,并探讨了社交物联网的研究意义和主要研究方法,然后分析了社交物联网的模型,并讨论了社交物联网的实现方法,接下来介绍了社交物联网的应用,最后展望了社交物联网的研究重点.该文总结了社交物联网的理论体系,为物联网的理论、技术和应用提供了新的研究视角.

Capacitor Voltage Imbalance Mechanism and Balancing Control of MMC When Riding Through PTG Fault

Modular multilevel converter (MMC) based fault ride through (FRT) control is a promising solution to deal with the pole-to-ground (PTG) fault in high voltage direct current (HVDC) system. However, when MMC switches to the FRT control, capacitor voltage imbalance between upper and lower arms will occur, resulting in the deterioration of FRT performance. This letter provides a comprehensive analysis for the imbalance issue from the perspective of fundamental frequency circulating current (FFCC). It is found the imbalance during FRT stage will not expand continuously, but converge to a certain value gradually. The specific imbalance degree is closely associated with the amplitude of FFCC. In order to solve the imbalance issue, an open-loop balancing control is proposed. By introducing a fundamental frequency feedforward item to the inherent circulating current control, the proposed method can not only balance the capacitor voltages, but also minimize the amplitude of FFCC, and consequently the power loss of MMC during FRT process can be reduced. Finally, simulation results of PSCAD/ EMTDC verify the validity of theoretical analysis.

Polymer composite fibers with superior properties such as excellent combined strength and toughness and biocompatibility can be used in high-tech applications of braided protective devices and smart wearable,however the research of high-performance polymer composite fiber remains in the infant *** we present a strategy to produce strong and tough anisotropic polymer nanocomposite fibers with orientedly aligned salt rods using mechanical stretching-assisted salting-out *** prepared nanocomposite fibers have a tensile strength of up to 786±2.7 MPa and an elongation at break of 81%,and the anisotropic fibers exhibit good transmission of mechanical vibration in the longitudinal direction with high *** the fabrication process,the salt builds up into oriented rods during the directional salting process,and the polymer is confined to the 150 nm domain between the rods after the solvent is completely evaporated,giving the nanocomposite fibers superior mechanical *** presented strategy can be applied to the continuous mass production of nanocomposite fibers and is also generalizable to other polymer nanocomposites,which could extend the applicability of nanocomposite fibers to conditions involving more demanding mechanical loading and mechanical vibration transmission.

With the increasing precision of guidance,the impact of autopilot dynamic characteristics and target maneuvering abilities on precision guidance is becoming more and more *** order to reduce or even eliminate the autopilot dynamic operation and the target maneuvering influence,this paper suggests a guidance system model involving a novel integral sliding mode guidance law(ISMGL).The method utilizes the dynamic characteristics and the impact angle,combined with a sliding mode surface scheme that includes the desired line-ofsight angle,line-of-sight angular rate,and second-order differential of the angular *** the same time,the evaluation scenario considere the target maneuvering in the system as the external disturbance,and the non-homogeneous disturbance observer estimate the target maneuvering as a compensation of the guidance *** proposed system’s stability is proven based on the Lyapunov stability *** simulations reveale that ISMGL effectively intercepted large maneuvering targets and present a smaller miss-distance compared with traditional linear sliding mode guidance laws and trajectory shaping guidance ***,ISMGL has a more accurate impact angle and fast convergence speed.
