This paper investigates the occurrence of sulphonamide and diaminopyrimidine antibiotics in wastewater and sludge from wastewater treatment plants. In our experiment, they were isolated from wastewater using the solid phase extraction method. In the case of sludge, pressurized solvent extraction techniques were used followed by solid phase extraction. The solid phase extraction method was used for purification and concentration. Sulphonamide and diaminopyrimidine antibiotics were determined using high performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection. The selected antibiotics were determined in real sludge samples collected from the wastewater treatment plant in Brno-Mod^ice and in real wastewater samples collected from the wastewater treatment plant located on the grounds of the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Brno, using the developed and optimized method. Analyses showed that real samples of wastewater contained sulphathiazole 11.82μg/L at the inflow （7.1 μg/L at the outflow）, sulphapyridine 18.57 ***/L （12.2 μg/L）, sulphamethazine 13.52 μg/L （8.44 μg/L）, sulphamethoxazole 14.06 lag/L （9.34 Ixg/L） and trimethoprim 521.4 lag/L （422.29 μg/L）. Here it is demonstrated that drugs are removed through the wastewater treatment procedure only partially.

Background and objectives:Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)techniques provide rapid detection of *** pilot study evaluated the diagnostic utility and clinical impact of multiplex real-time PCR(mRT-PCR,SeptiFast)*** microbial culture(CMC)in bile samples of patients with chronic cholestatic liver diseases(cCLDs),endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography(ERCP),and peri-interventional-antimicrobial-prophylaxis(pAP).Methods:We prospectively collected bile samples from 26 patients for microbiological analysis by CMC and *** of the results of both methods was determined by Krippendorff's alpha(α)for inter-rater reliability and the Jaccard index of ***:mRT-PCR_(bile)and CMC_(bile)results were concordant for only Candida albicans(α=0.8406;Jaccard index=0.8181).mRT-PCR_(bile)detected pathogens in 8/8 cases(100%),CMC_(bile)in 7/8(87.5%),and CMCblood in 5/8(62.5%)with clinical signs of ***_(bile),CMC_(bile),and CMCblood had identical detection results in 3/8(37.5%)with clinical signs of infection(two Klebsiella *** one Enterococcus faecium).The total pathogen count was significantly higher with mRT-PCR_(bile)than with CMC_(bile)(62 vs.31;χ^(2)=30.031,p<0.001).However,pathogens detected by mRT-PCR_(bile)were more often susceptible to pAP according to the patient infection/colonization history(PI/CH)and surveillance data for antibiotic resistance in our clinic(DARC).Pathogens identified by mRT-PC_(Rbile)and resistant to pAP by PI/CH and DARC were likely to be clinically ***:mRT-PCR in conjunction with CMCs for bile analysis increased diagnostic sensitivity and may benefit infection management in patients with cholestatic *** of mRT-PCR in a bile sample-based diagnostic routine can support more rapid and targeted use of antimicrobial agents in cCLD-patients undergoing ERCP and reduce the rate/length of unnecessary administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics.

商业模式创新是通过改进现有业务流程来规划和设计新的经营方式,包括内部和与外部合作,以创建全新工作流程,从而增加利益相关者的附加值。商业模式的创新有助于企业为消费者创造价值,提升企业绩效。本研究采用定量和定性相结合的方法,以中小微企业为主要的研究对象。通过问卷调研的方式更好地了解2019年新型冠状病毒流行期间商业模式创新的情况。通过问卷调研的方式收集了印度尼西亚110家中小微企业的数据,采用SPSS软件来对问卷数据进行了信效度检验、描述性分析、多元回归分析,对假设进行检验。研究结果揭示了创新商业模式的变量陈述,即价值主张、价值链和收入逻辑。从实证分析结果来看,印尼中小微企业目前有两种类型的商业模式,即创业商业模式和转型商业模式,这表明印尼中小微企业在新冠大流行期间创造了各种策略来维持业务。研究结果表明,通过线上和线下结合的运营方式,中小微企业在维护商业模式方面没有困难。此外,中小微企业最大限度地利用应用程序、社交媒体、网站和市场,来对市场进行细分,增加客户的了解。不仅如此,印度尼西亚的男性受访者通过创造力和独特性,发挥了他们作为国家经济支持者的作用,例如:存在涉及该国传统模式或特征的产品和服务变体,这些产品和服务具有吸引力,受到了客户和市场欢迎。战略商业模式的制定,其创新和适当实施具有良好的影响,这意味着商业模式战略的制定及其在商业运营中的实施发生了变化,需要调整所拥有的各种资源。在新冠病毒大流行期间,在政府的援助下,中小微企业逐渐习惯于寻求正确的创新商业模式战略以满足客户需求,为企业提供发展机会。通过以上研究可以为印尼中小微企业发展提供一些建议,作为产品或服务类别或新商业模式战略开发的主要处理方式,这些新商业模式有望改变市场并为中小微企业形成新的价值。为了保持运营的稳定性,企业需要及时对商业模式进行创新。创新商业模式战略向企业主提出了挑战,政府要支持中小企业的发展为他们提供社会化基础设施和资本援助,提升中小微企业的竞争力,建立政府与中小微之间的密切合作。

Predicting Pepper Fruit Yield Based on Temperature and Solar Radiation

Two separate experiments were conducted in bell pepper （Capsicum annum L.） in order to evaluate the effects of temperature and radiation on fruit yield. The results of the temperature experiment were integrated into the radiation experiment to give an overall empirical model for potential pepper fruit yield grown in greenhouse. In the temperature experiment, pepper plants were planted during the summer time of Israel in the Arava region in a commercial, one hectare greenhouse, equipped with a cooling wet-mat system. Eleven plots were assigned along the 80 m down the row from the wet mat. Air seasonal temperatures were affected by the distance from the wet-mat and linearly increased at the rate of 0.036 ℃/m, while relative humidity was not affected. Fruit yield dropped from 19.4 kg/m at a distance of 20 m, to 13.1 kg/m2 at 80 m away from the wet-mat, respectively. Yield regression decreased linearly with increased temperature at -11%/℃. In the radiation experiment, during the summer time of Israel in the Western Negev region, three sweet pepper varieties were grown under six radiation treatments, which accumulated to the following relative global radiation fractions （lint/lout）： 0.72, 0.61, 0.46, 0.38, 0.32 and 0.21 from outside radiation. The three varieties did not differ in their response to radiation. The seasonal temperature normalized yield response to radiation quantity at 21 ℃ （Y21） yielded a linear regression formula with a slope of 7.6 × 10^-3 kg/m^2/MJ. The multiplicative model of temperature and radiation on fruit yield was found to predict well the potential fruit yield for various locations and seasons in Israel.

Prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan: A hospital-based study

Background: Congenital hydrocephalus, an important cause of neurologic morbidity and mortality in children, is a medical condition characterized by an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. It can be caused by abnormal brain development, obstruction of the cerebral aqueduct flow, Chiari malformations, and Dandy-Walker malformation. The prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus is 2.2 to 18 per 10,000 live births. Objectives: To determine the prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus among livebirths in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (HKJ). Methods: Clinical data were collected from medical records of all livebirths with congenital hydrocephalus born at Al Bashir Hospital, Amman/The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 2004-2005 and 2008-2011. Descriptive analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS 20). Results: The prevalence of hydrocephalus was 0.092% with a relative predominance among males. Conclusion: The study concluded that the prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus is comparable to that of developed countries. The efforts made by the Ministry of Health seem to have paid off. More research on stillbirths is recommended.

Safflower Evaluation under Contrasted Environment Conditions and Selection of Promising Genotypes

Development of stable crops cultivars adapted to environmental constraints is very important for food security. Safflower, an oilseed crop which tolerates environmental abiotic stresses, is suitable for marginal lands relatively dry and deprived from fertilizer inputs or irrigation. A set of Moroccan and introduced cultivars as well as international accessions were conducted at Oujda （Eastern of Morocco） during 2009-2010 for late and conventional sowing under two water regimes, in a field experiment using a completely randomized design, with three replications. The objective was to evaluate the effect of genotype and contrasting environment on safflower behavior and to select genotypes with large adaptation to the contrasted environmental conditions. Morphological, physiological and agronomic traits, as well as the stress susceptibility index （SSI）, were recorded in this study. Results showed significant effect of genotype, year （sowing time）, water regime and their interaction on most of the studied parameters. Late sowing and drought affected negatively all the parameters except seed oil which lightly increased under drought stress. Number of heads per plant （NHP） had the strongest association with seed yield under both drought and non-drought conditions, and hence could be taken as selection criterion for safflower seed yield improvement. Five accessions showed the highest overall mean seed yield （~ 1,000 kg/ha） and four accessions exhibited the highest overall mean seed oil content （〉 310 g/kg）. For late sowing, the accessions P1262421 and PI537604 produced the highest seed yield （〉 800 kg/ha） and the highest seed oil content （〉 290 g/kg）. For conventional sowing, the accessions PI250076 and PI250523 were the most performant, with a seed yield 〉 1,300 kg/ha and a seed oil content 〉 330 g/kg. Based on their mean productivity across environments, their SSI and their MDA, P1271073 and P1250076 could be selected and used as promising germplasm in safflower breeding
