Chiral coordination molecular cages/capsules with discrete nanoconfined chiral cavities demonstrate significant potential applications across various fields. In this study, we utilized Tr?ger's base as the building block to design and synthesize two pairs of enantiopure ligands. These ligands were then self-assembled with Pd(II) ions through chiral self-sorting coordination, resulting in the formation of two pairs of homochiral M2L4-type coordination molecular capsules. Notably, due to differences in the substitution positions on the Tr?ger's base, these two pairs of enantiomeric coordination molecular capsules exhibited distinct levels of cavity closures, cavity sizes, and host-guest recognition properties. This research offers valuable insights into the construction of novel chiral molecular capsules and the regulation of confined cavities.

Study on the Preparation of Decellularized Scaffold of Bovine Pericardium

Objective： To search for the best procedure on preparation ofacellular bovine pericardium,so to provide scaffolds for constructing tissue-engineering Methods： The bovine pericardiums were treated with 5 methods, which were divided into 6 groupsGroup A： Fresh bovinepericardium; Group B： Trypsin-detergent group;Group C： Freeze-thaw-detergent 24 h group; Group I）： Freeze-thaw-detergent 48 h group; Group Fz Freeze-thaw-nuclease group; Group F： Detergent-nuclease group. Then, by HE staining and scanning electron microscope to observe the effects ofdecellularization and fibrous changes among the 6 groups; by water content testingonechanical testing to observe the changes in physical properties of the matrix; by detecting the DNA content of each group to determine the effect of deeellularization qualitatively; by eytotoxieity test to detect the biocompatibility of bovine pericardium in each group. Results： The 5 methods can all remove the cellular components effectively, compared with the fresh bovine pericardium,the water content of each deeellularized group were increased （P〈0.05）, while the DNA content decreased （P〈0.05）, with statistically significant differences. Of group E, the fibers were a little disorder, with the largest tension and the elastic modulus increased, while the rupture tensile rate decreased. Compared with fresh bovine pericardium,the largest tension of the other decellularization groups were all decreased （P〈0.05）. The fibers of group B, group D were irregularly arranged and also with ruptures, both the elastic modulus and the rupture tensile rate decreased（P〈0.05）. In group C and F, the fibers were dense and their direction was normal, the elastic modulus and the rupture tensile rate were similar to the fresh bovine pericardium （P〉0.05）. Cytotoxicity results showed that the cell toxicity of group B, group C, group D, group E and group F were respectively 0.9, 0.6, 1.0, 1.0 and 0.5, each group were qualified toxicity test, in which group C and group

Neural tract tracing is used to study neural pathways and evaluate neuronal regeneration following nerve ***,it is not always clear which tracer should be used to yield optimal *** this study,we examined the use of Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated cholera toxin subunit B(AF488-CTB).This was injected into the gastrocnemius muscle of rats,and it was found that motor,sensory,and sympathetic neurons were labeled in the spinal ventral horn,dorsal root ganglia,and sympathetic chain,*** results were obtained when we injected AF594-CTB into the tibialis anterior *** morphology and number of neurons were evaluated at different time points following the AF488-CTB *** was found that labeled motor and sensory neurons could be observed 12 hours *** intensity was found to increase over time,and the morphology appeared clear and complete 3-7 days post-injection,with clearly distinguishable motor neuron axons and ***,14 days after the injection,the quality of the images decreased and the neurons appeared blurred and *** and immunohistochemical staining showed that the AF488-CTB-labeled neurons retained normal neurochemical and morphological features,and the surrounding microglia were also found to be ***,these results imply that the cholera toxin subunit B,whether unconjugated or conjugated with Alexa Fluor,is effective for retrograde tracing in muscular tissues and that it would also be suitable for evaluating the regeneration or degeneration of injured nerves.

To improve the resilience of railway stations,a typical station was selected as the research object,and an isolation design was ***-four groups of near-fault pulse-like ground motions were *** seismic resilience of the no-isolation railway stations(NIRS)and the isolation railway stations(IRS)were compared to provide a numerical result of the improvement in *** results show that in the station isolation design,the station's functional requirements and structural characteristics should be considered and the appropriate placement of isolation bearings is under the waiting *** the action of a rare earthquake,the repair cost,repair time,rate of harm and death of the IRS were decreased by 8.04 million,18.30 days,6.93×10^(-3)and 1.21×10^(-3),respectively,when compared to the *** IRS received a seismic resilience grade of three-stars and the NIRS only one-star,indicating that rational isolation design improves the seismic resilience of ***,for the design of stations close to earthquake faults,it is suggested to utilize appropriate isolation techniques to improve their seismic resilience.

Forestry waste(FW)is a significant renewable energy source in *** substitution of coal blends(BC)with forestry waste to produce metallurgical coke was investigated aiming at expanding alternative resources and reducing CO_(2)emissions in ironmaking *** BC with different ratios of FW were carbonized in a fixed bed reactor,and the physicochemical structure of the coke derived from FW/BC co-carbonization was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,solid-state^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance,optical microscopy,and scanning electron *** results reveal that the suitable incorporation of FW in BC is 10 wt.%,and the index of coke quality exhibits a good correlation with the optical anisotropy index and the aromaticity of the as-obtained *** partial substitution of BC with FW exhibits potential benefits for colloid formation,owing to the higher hydrogen in ***,as the substitution ratio of BC with FW increases,it inhibits coke agglomeration due to more tortuous stacked structures formation during volatile releasing ***,it was identified that the substitution of higher BC ratios with FW results in the partial replacement of aromatic carbons by oxygenlinked carbons and aliphatic *** substitution leads to a reduction in the aromaticity of the as-obtained coke.

Carbon emissions resulting from energy consumption have become a pressing issue for governments *** estimation of carbon emissions using satellite remote sensing data has become a crucial research *** studies relied on statistical regression models that failed to capture the complex nonlinear relationships between carbon emissions and characteristic *** this study,we propose a machine learning algorithm for carbon emissions,a Bayesian optimized XGboost regression model,using multi-year energy carbon emission data and nighttime lights(NTL)remote sensing data from Shaanxi Province,*** results demonstrate that the XGboost algorithm outperforms linear regression and four other machine learning models,with an R^(2)of 0.906 and RMSE of *** observe an annual increase in carbon emissions,with high-emission counties primarily concentrated in northern and central Shaanxi Province,displaying a shift from discrete,sporadic points to contiguous,extended spatial *** autocorrelation clustering reveals predominantly high-high and low-low clustering patterns,with economically developed counties showing high-emission clustering and economically relatively backward counties displaying low-emission *** findings show that the use of NTL data and the XGboost algorithm can estimate and predict carbon emissionsmore accurately and provide a complementary reference for satellite remote sensing image data to serve carbon emission monitoring and *** research provides an important theoretical basis for formulating practical carbon emission reduction policies and contributes to the development of techniques for accurate carbon emission estimation using remote sensing data.
