Existing unsupervised person re-identification approaches fail to fully capture thefine-grained features of local regions,which can result in people with similar appearances and different identities being assigned the same label after *** identity-independent information contained in different local regions leads to different levels of local *** address these challenges,joint training with local soft attention and dual cross-neighbor label smoothing(DCLS)is proposed in this ***,the joint training is divided into global and local parts,whereby a soft attention mechanism is proposed for the local branch to accurately capture the subtle differences in local regions,which improves the ability of the re-identification model in identifying a person’s local significant ***,DCLS is designed to progressively mitigate label noise in different local *** DCLS uses global and local similarity metrics to semantically align the global and local regions of the person and further determines the proximity association between local regions through the cross information of neighboring regions,thereby achieving label smoothing of the global and local regions throughout the training *** extensive experiments,the proposed method outperformed existing methods under unsupervised settings on several standard person re-identification datasets.

To solve the problem of low broadband multi-directional vibration control of fluid-conveying pipes, a novel metamaterial periodic structure with multi-directional wide bandgaps is proposed. First, an integrated design method is proposed for the longitudinal and transverse wave control of fluid-conveying pipes, and a novel periodic structure unit model is constructed for vibration reduction. Based on the bandgap vibration reduction mechanism of the acoustic metamaterial periodic structure, the material parameters,structural parameters, and the arrangement interval of the periodic structure unit are optimized. The finite element method(FEM) is used to predict the vibration transmission characteristics of the fluid-conveying pipe installed with the vibration reduction periodic structure. Then, the wave/spectrum element method(WSEM) and experimental test are used to verify the calculated results above. Lastly, the vibration attenuation characteristics of the structure under different conditions, such as rubber material parameters, mass ring material, and fluid-structure coupling effect, are analyzed. The results show that the structure can produce a complete bandgap of 46 Hz–75 Hz in the low-frequency band below 100 Hz, which can effectively suppress the low broadband vibration of the fluidconveying pipe. In addition, a high damping rubber material is used in the design of the periodic structure unit, which realizes the effective suppression of each formant peak of the pipe, and improves the vibration reduction effect of the fluid-conveying pipe. Meanwhile, the structure has the effect of suppressing both bending vibration and longitudinal vibration, and effectively inhibits the transmission of transverse waves and longitudinal waves in the pipe. The research results provide a reference for the application of acoustic metamaterials in the multi-directional vibration control of fluid-conveying pipes.

Iridovirus poses a substantial threat to global aquaculture due to its high mortality rate;however,the molecular mechanisms underpinning its pathogenesis are not well ***,a multi-omics approach was applied to groupers infected with Singapore grouper iridovirus(SGIV),focusing on the roles of key *** showed that SGIV induced obvious histopathological damage and changes in metabolic enzymes within the ***,SGIV significantly reduced the contents of lipid droplets,triglycerides,cholesterol,and *** analysis indicated that the altered metabolites were enriched in 19 pathways,with a notable down-regulation of lipid metabolites such as glycerophosphates and alpha-linolenic acid(ALA),consistent with disturbed lipid homeostasis in the *** of transcriptomic and metabolomic data revealed that the top enriched pathways were related to cell growth and death and nucleotide,carbohydrate,amino acid,and lipid metabolism,supporting the conclusion that SGIV infection induced liver metabolic *** integrative transcriptomic and proteomic analysis indicated that SGIV infection activated crucial molecular events in a phagosome-immune depression-metabolism dysregulation-necrosis signaling *** note,integrative multi-omics analysis demonstrated the consumption of ALA and linoleic acid(LA)metabolites,and the accumulation of L-glutamic acid(GA),accompanied by alterations in immune,inflammation,and cell death-related *** experimental data showed that ALA,but not GA,suppressed SGIV replication by activating antioxidant and anti-inflammatory responses in the ***,these findings provide a comprehensive resource for understanding host response dynamics during fish iridovirus infection and highlight the antiviral potential of ALA in the prevention and treatment of iridoviral diseases.

Rock mass quality serves as a vital index for predicting the stability and safety status of rock tunnel *** tunneling practice,the rock mass quality is often assessed via a combination of qualitative and quantitative ***,due to the harsh on-site construction conditions,it is rather difficult to obtain some of the evaluation parameters which are essential for the rock mass quality *** this study,a novel improved Swin Transformer is proposed to detect,segment,and quantify rock mass characteristic parameters such as water leakage,fractures,weak *** site experiment results demonstrate that the improved Swin Transformer achieves optimal segmentation results and achieving accuracies of 92%,81%,and 86%for water leakage,fractures,and weak interlayers,respectively.A multisource rock tunnel face characteristic(RTFC)dataset includes 11 parameters for predicting rock mass quality is *** the limitations in predictive performance of incomplete evaluation parameters exist in this dataset,a novel tree-augmented naive Bayesian network(BN)is proposed to address the challenge of the incomplete dataset and achieved a prediction accuracy of 88%.In comparison with other commonly used Machine Learning models the proposed BN-based approach proved an improved performance on predicting the rock mass quality with the incomplete *** utilizing the established BN,a further sensitivity analysis is conducted to quantitatively evaluate the importance of the various parameters,results indicate that the rock strength and fractures parameter exert the most significant influence on rock mass quality.

Developing non-precious metal-based bifunctional electrocatalysts capable for both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is essential to achieve efficient water electrolysis for mass hydrogen production,however it remains ***,we report the synthesis of hierarchical nanorod arrays comprising core-shell structured P-doped NiMoO4@NiFe-coordination polymer(denoted as P-NiMoO4@NiFeCP)as bifunctional electrocatalysts for water ***,we systematically investigate the influence of NiFeCP shell thickness on electrocatalytic activity,manifesting the presence of strong interfacial synergetic effect between P-NiMoO4 and NiFeCP for boosting both the HER and *** advantageous hierarchical architectures and unique core-shell structures,optimized P-NiMoO_(4)@NiFeCP-7.3(7.3 is the shell thickness in nm)requires overpotentials of merely 256 and 297 mV to yield a current density of 1000 mA·cm^(−2)for the HER and OER in 1 M KOH,*** importantly,it can serve as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for efficient and sustainable overall water electrolysis,delivering large current densities of 500 and 1000 mA·cm^(−2)at low cell voltages of 1.804 and 1.865 V,along with high stability of over 500 h at 1000 mA·cm−2,demonstrating the great potential of this electrocatalyst towards practical applications.

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a potentially fatal condition with no targeted treatment *** inhibiting xanthine oxidase(XO)in the treatment of AP has been studied in several experimental models and clinical trials,whether XO is a target of AP and what its the main mechanism of action is remains ***,we aimed to re-evaluate whether XO is a target aggravating AP other than merely generating reactive oxygen species that trigger *** first revealed that XO expression and enzyme activity were significantly elevated in the serum and pancreas of necrotizing AP *** also found that allopurinol and febuxostat,as purine-like and non-purine XO inhibitors,respectively,exhibited protective effects against pancreatic acinar cell death in vitro and pancreatic damage in vivo at different doses and treatment time ***,we observed that conditional Xdh overexpression aggravated pancreatic necrosis and *** mechanism analysis showed that XO inhibition restored the hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha(HIF-1α)-regulated lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA)and NOD-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3)signaling pathways and reduced the enrichment of^(13)C_(6)-glucose to^(13)C_(3)-***,we observed that clinical circulatory XO activity was significantly elevated in severe cases and correlated with C-reactive protein levels,while pancreatic XO and urate were also increased in severe AP *** results together indicated that proper inhibition of XO might be a promising therapeutic strategy for alleviating pancreatic necrosis and preventing progression of severe AP by downregulating HIF-1α-mediated LDHA and NLRP3 signaling pathways.

Electricity Theft Detection Method Based on Ensemble Learning and Prototype Learning

With the development of advanced metering infrastructure(AMI),large amounts of electricity consumption data can be collected for electricity theft ***,the imbalance of electricity consumption data is violent,which makes the training of detection model *** this case,this paper proposes an electricity theft detection method based on ensemble learning and prototype learning,which has great performance on imbalanced dataset and abnormal data with different abnormal *** this paper,convolutional neural network(CNN)and long short-term memory(LSTM)are employed to obtain abstract feature from electricity consumption *** calculating the means of the abstract feature,the prototype per class is obtained,which is used to predict the labels of unknown *** the meanwhile,through training the network by different balanced subsets of training set,the prototype is *** with some mainstream methods including CNN,random forest(RF)and so on,the proposed method has been proved to effectively deal with the electricity theft detection when abnormal data only account for 2.5%and 1.25%of normal *** results show that the proposed method outperforms other state-of-the-art methods.

There are many theories and tools for human or robot motion simulation,but most of them require complex *** LNZN model(a simplified model named by the proposers)simplifies the human model and facilitates simulation of the Ground Reaction Force(GRF)of body landing by spring damping model and ignoring joint rotation movements,which can reduce the amount of computation *** this paper,the LNZN model of human running is selected as the basis and is modified to obtain the LNZN model of a robot,which expands the application of the LNZN *** to the structure of the human foot,a foot structure is then added to the simplified model to reduce the *** also applied driving forces to the new model to simulate the whole high jump motion of the robot to expand the functions of the LNZN *** obtained GRF data were anastomotic to the actual experimental *** addition,the effects of variables,such as the mass,hardness,and damping,of the foot on the GRF at the moment of landing were also ***,based on the guidelines obtained for the design of the robot’s foot structure,we fabricated new robot’s feet and installed them on the actual robot and achieved a better cushioning effect than the original foot in experiments.
