Separators play a critical role in lithium-ion ***,the restrictions of thermal stability and inferior electrical performance in commercial polyolefin separators significantly limit their applications under harsh ***,we report a cellulose-assisted self-assembly strategy to construct a cellulose-based separator massively and *** an ultrahigh ionic conductivity in electrolytes of 3.7 mS·cm^(-1) and the ability to regulate ion transport,the obtained separator is a promising alternative for high-performance lithium-ion *** addition,integrated with high thermal stability,the cellulose-based separator endows batteries with high safety at high temperatures,greatly expanding the application scenarios of energy storage devices in extreme environments.

Highly efficient photocatalytic reduction of CO2 is essential for solving the greenhouse effect and energy *** this paper,the Sm-TiO2 nanocomposites were successfully prepared via sol-gel *** CO2 photoreduction activities of synthesized samples were tested under irradiation for 6 h and the results indicate that the 0.5% Sm-TiO2 catalyst has superior performance and *** CO and CH4 yields of0.5% Sm-TiO2 catalyst are 55.47 and 3.82 μmol/g·cat respectively,which are 5.02 and 2.67 times the yield of *** possible mechanism of Sm doped TiO2 was investigated through comprehensive characterization and photoetectrochemical analysis,After the Sm doping,the photo-generated electrons in TiO2 could migrate to Sm 4 f,and some of them can be captured by reducing Sm3+ o Sm2+,which can lower the recombination rate of electron and hole ***,the enhanced photocatalytic performance could be ascribed to large specific surface area,fast separation rate of electron-hole pairs and high visible light *** report provides some meaningful attempts in researching the CO2 photocatalytic reduction.

A new quaternary rare-earth sulfide, Cs0.75（6）Er443（5）In3.32（6）S12 （1）, is discovered by high temperature solid state reactions with a slight excess of CsCI flux. The structure is characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, while crystallizes in hexagonal space group P63/m （No. 176） with a = 12.0329（6）, c = 3.8693（5）A, V= 485.18（7） A3, Z = 1, Mr = 1606.57, Dc = 5.499 g/cm3,μ = 25.457 mm-1, F（000） = 752, the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0904 for 328 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. Its structure features a three-dimensional framework with hexagonal channels that are centered by Cs cations. Such channels are formed by double chains of edge-sharing M（1）S6 （M（1） = Er（1）/In（1）） octahedra and single chains of Er（2）S6 triprism interconnected by corner-sharing. The syntheses, single-crystal analyses, optical band gap and magnetic property are reported.

Double bubbles near a rigid wall surface collapse to produce a significant jet impact,with potential applications in surface cleaning and ultrasonic ***,the dynamic behaviors of near-wall bubbles remain *** this study,we investigate the jetting of a near-wall bubble induced by another tandem *** define two dimensionless standoff distances,γ_(1),γ_(2),to represent the distances from the center of the near-wall bubble to the rigid wall and the center of controlling bubble to the center of the near-wall bubble,*** observations reveal three distinct jetting regimes for the near-wall bubble:transferred jetting,double jetting,and directed *** further investigate the jetting mechanism,numerical simulations are conducted using the compressibleInterFoam solver in the open-source framework of OpenFOAM.A detailed analysis shows that the transferred jet flow is caused by the pinch-off resulting from the axial contraction velocity at the lower end of the near-wall bubble being greater than the vertical contraction velocity,leading to a maximum jet velocity of 682.58 m/*** the case of double jetting,intense stretching between the controlling bubble and the wall leads to a pinch-off and a double jetting with a maximum velocity of 1096.29 m/*** directed jet flow is caused by the downward movement of the high-pressure region generated by the premature collapse of the controlling bubble,with the maximum jet velocity reaching 444.62 m/s.

An novel identification method of the environmental risk sources for surfacewater pollution accidents in chemical industrial parks

The chemical industry is a major source of various pollution accidents. Improving the management level of risk sources for pollution accidents has become an urgentdemand for most industrialized countries. In pollution accidents, the released chemicals harm the receptors to some extentdepending on their sensitivity or susceptibility. Therefore, identifying the potential risk sources from such a large number of chemical enterprises has become pressingly urgent. Based on the simulation of thewhole accident process, a novel and expandable identification method for risk sources causingwater pollution accidents is presented. The newlydeveloped approach, by analyzing and stimulating thewhole process of a pollution accident between sources and receptors, can be applied to identify risk sources, especially on the nationwide scale. Three major types of losses, such as social, economic and ecological losses,were normalized, analyzed and used for overall consequence modeling. A specific case study area, located in a chemical industry park （CIP） along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, China,was selected to test the potential of the identification method. The results showed that therewere four risk sources for pollution accidents in this CIP. Aniline leakage in the HS Chemical Plantwould lead to the most serious impact on the surroundingwater environment. This potential accidentwould severelydamage the ecosystem up to3.8 kmdownstream of Yangtze River, and lead to pollution over adistance stretching to 73.7 kmdownstream. The proposed method is easily extended to the nationwide identification of potential risk sources.

In the harsh service environment of high temperature and intense neutron irradiation in water-cooled nuclear reactors,the austenitic stainless steel weld overlay cladding on the inner surface of the reactor pressure vessel suffers from thermal aging and irradiation damage simultaneously,which can induce microstructural evolution and hardening of the *** it is quite difficult to achieve this simul-taneous process out of the pile,two kinds of combined experiments,i.e.,post-irradiation thermal aging and post-aging irradiation were performed on 308 L stainless steel weld metals in this *** interactive effect of thermal aging and proton irradiation on microstructural evolution and hardening ofδ-ferrite in 308 L weld metal was investigated by combining atom probe tomography,transmission elec-tron microscopy and nanoindentation *** results revealed that thermal aging could eliminate the dislocation loops induced by irradiation and affect the phase transition process by accelerating spinodal decomposition and G-phase precipitation,thus enhancing hardening of irradiatedδ-*** the effect of irradiation on the microstructure and hardening of thermally agedδ-ferrite,however,intensive collision cascades can intensify G-phase precipitation and dislocation loop formation but decrease spinodal decomposition,leading to a limited effect on hardening of thermally agedδ-***,the interaction of thermal aging and irradiation can promote G-phase ***,the interaction can causeδ-ferrite hardening,which is mainly influenced by spinodal decomposition,followed by G-phase and dislocation loops,where spinodal decomposition and G-phase cause hardening by inducing strain fields.

Rare refractory metals(RRMs)play a significant role in fundamental industries,including electronics,chemical industry,machinery,etc.,and future advanced fields,such as aerospace and ***,the traditional production processes of RRMs based on high-temperature thermal reduction cannot meet the requirements of low-energy *** dilemma could be addressed efficiently by using a low-temperature electrodeposition strategy in ionic liquids(ILs).This review summarizes a panoramic view of the latest developments on the electrodeposition of RRMs in ILs after a brief review on the current industrial production methods of *** on this,the electrochemical mechanism occurring at the cathode during the electrodeposition process of RRMs in different electrolytes and under different conditions is thoroughly discussed,because it is crucial for the successful production of pure *** addition,this review not only analyses the main challenges that hinder the industrial application of the electrodeposition of RRMs in ILs,but also proposes corresponding *** hope this review can provide a valuable guidance for the fundamental research and industrial development of lowtemperature electrodeposition of RRMs.

CFD-DEM study on the synergistic effect of coke consumption and particle dynamics in the blast furnace raceway

In this study,the gas-solid flow process in the blast furnace raceway is numerically simulated using coupled computational fluid dynamics and the discrete element method(CFD-DEM).The coke reaction kinetics data are imported into the DEM model to reproduce the consumption process of each coke *** effects of inlet gas velocity and angle on the morphology of the raceway,coke consumption rate,coke bed temperature,and particle size distribution in the blast process are systematically investigated and *** results show that the consumption of coke particles promotes the formation of raceways during the blast *** the same time,a coke mixture layer is produced at the edge of the *** higher the inlet gas velocity,the thicker the coke mixture layer in the middle and upper parts of the raceway region,and the larger the proportion of small particles in the coke mixture *** effect of the inlet gas angle on the raceway region is less than the inlet gas ***,with the increase in the inlet gas angle,the high-temperature region of the coke bed extends downward gradually,which is conducive to activating the hearth.
