Mitochondria-targeting drug conjugates for cytotoxic, anti-oxidizing and sensing purposes:current strategies and future perspectives

mitochondrial-targeting moieties to anticancer drugs, antioxidants and sensor molecules. Among them, the most widely applied mitochondrial targeting moiety is triphenylphosphonium(TPP), which is a delocalized cationic lipid that readily accumulates and penetrates through the mitochondrial membrane due to the highly negative mitochondrial membrane potential. Other moieties, including short peptides,dequalinium, guanidine, rhodamine, and F16, are also known to be promising mitochondrial targeting agents. Direct conjugation of mitochondrial targeting moieties to anticancer drugs, antioxidants and sensors results in increased cytotoxicity, anti-oxidizing activity and sensing activity, respectively,compared with their non-targeting counterparts, especially in drug-resistant cells. Although many mitochondria-targeted anticancer drug conjugates have been investigated in vitro and in vivo, further clinical studies are still needed. On the other hand, several mitochondria-targeting antioxidants have been analyzed in clinical phases I, II and III trials, and one conjugate has been approved for treating eye disease in Russia. There are numerous ongoing studies of mitochondria-targeted sensors.

Carbazole moiety-based 2PACz([2-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)ethyl]phosphonic acid)self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)are excellent hole-selective contact(HSC)materials with abilities to excel the charge-transferdynamics of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we report a facile but powerful method to functionalize the surface of 2PACz-SAM,by which reproducible,highly stable,high-efficiency wide-bandgap PSCs can be obtained.The 2PACz surface treatment with various donor number solvents improves assembly of 2PACz-SAM and leave residual surface-bound solvent molecules on 2PACz-SAM,which increases perovskite grain size,retards halide segregation,and accelerates hole extraction.The surface functionalization achieves a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.62%for a single-junction wide-bandgap(~1.77 e V)PSC.We also demonstrate a monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cell using surfaceengineered HSC,showing high PCE of 24.66%with large open-circuit voltage of 2.008 V and high fillfactor of 81.45%.Our results suggest this simple approach can further improve the tandem device,when coupled with a high-performance narrow-bandgap sub-cell.

We have developed a novel method for co-adding multiple under-sampled images that combines the iteratively reweighted least squares and divide-and-conquer algorithms.Our approach not only allows for the anti-aliasing of the images but also enables Point-Spread Function(PSF)deconvolution,resulting in enhanced restoration of extended sources,the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio,and reduced ringing artefacts.To test our method,we conducted numerical simulations that replicated observation runs of the China Space Station Telescope/the VLT Survey Telescope(VST)and compared our results to those obtained using previous algorithms.The simulation showed that our method outperforms previous approaches in several ways,such as restoring the profile of extended sources and minimizing ringing artefacts.Additionally,because our method relies on the inherent advantages of least squares fitting,it is more versatile and does not depend on the local uniformity hypothesis for the PSF.However,the new method consumes much more computation than the other approaches.

Robust free-space optical frequency transfer in time-varying link distances conditions

Future inter-satellite clock comparison on high orbit will require optical time and frequency transmission technology between moving objects.Here,we demonstrate robust optical frequency transmission under the condition of variable link distance.This variable link is accomplished by the relative motion of a single telescope fixed on the experimental platform to a corner-cube reflector(CCR)installed on a sliding guide.Two acousto–optic modulators with different frequencies are used to separate forward signal from backward signal.With active phase noise suppression,when the CCR moves back and forth at a constant velocity of 20 cm/s and an acceleration of 20 cm/s^(2),we achieve the best frequency stability of 1.9×10^(-16) at 1 s and 7.9×10^(-19) at 1000 s indoors.This work paves the way for future studying optical frequency transfer between ultra-high-orbit satellites.

我国的航磁三分量勘查系统于2017年研制成功,但是利用大面积性航磁三分量数据开展地质解释研究尚处于起步阶段,通过研究认为垂向分量、东向分量和北向分量数据需要进行化极,虽然相关文献和教材开展了航磁三分量中三个分量的化极理论公式的推导但并不是最终结果,本文经过深入的理论公式推导首次获得了三个分量的化极理论公式,同时将化极后的三个分量数据得到的磁异常总强度矢量数据的相关意义进行了深入分析,得出磁异常总强度矢量图可以较好地指向磁性地质体的赋存位置,在此基础上设计了单一异常体的简单模型和4个异常体的复杂模型开展理论分析,对不同纬度的三个分量数据化极效果进行了分析,得出虽然在低纬度地区三个分量的化极效果并不理想,但是所绘制的磁异常总强度矢量箭头图却可以不受低纬度化极效果不好的影响,在纬度1°-90°的三个分量数据经过化极后绘制的磁异常总强度矢量箭头总能指向磁性地质体,而且汇聚的矢量箭头的位置还可以反映地质体的埋藏深度,然后将该思路应用于中国北部某地区的航磁三分量数据,所绘制的磁异常总强度矢量箭头图出现了指上和指下的现象,通过研究认为箭头图指上的现象是由于该区域的磁性地质体存在有剩磁现象,通过对比地质资料并得到了验证。

为探究超大直径盾构隧道双液(C-S)同步注浆的填充效果,控制地层损失并保证隧道结构具有良好的受力和防水性能,以江阴-靖江过江盾构隧道为工程背景,测试并分析了单/双液浆拌和后48 h内的相对介电常数和电导率的时变特征规律,结果表明:双液浆的电性参数比单液浆变化趋势更稳定,相对介电常数在注浆后12~48 h趋于稳定,测试时间内电导率值分布在4.12~5.47 mS·m^(-1)区间。搭建了含注浆体空洞和厚度凿薄2种缺陷的管片-注浆体-土体多层介质足尺试验模型,在模型高度方向0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4、1.6 m处分别设置5条测线,采用搭载400、900 MHz双频探地雷达(GPR)的车架随行式检测机构,对注浆后24、48 h注浆体开展探测试验;利用自主开发的TGIS软件对试验数据进行去除背景、滤波、增益等处理,结合基于有限时域差分法的gprMax数值模拟结果对比,从单道波形和成像结果两方面分析了不同频率和不同检测时间下GPR的成像规律及检测效果,发现注浆后48 h内的双液浆电性参数变化对GPR反射波形的相位和振幅影响较小,该时段内可作为双液浆检测的合适时机。注浆体厚度凿薄和内部空洞2种缺陷会造成GPR探测波形中同相轴中断和波动,通过GPR探测结果可对其进行良好辨识。与900 MHz相比,通过400 MHz的GPR探测对介质分界面和注浆缺陷的辨识效果更佳,900 MHz的波形对14 ns及更深环境的注浆体探测效果有限。

In the context of the increasing scale of bridges and the increasing service life of bridges,it is very important to carry out efficient,accurate and intelligent bridge operation and maintenance.In recent years,advanced equipment,technology and intelligent algorithms have developed rapidly.It is necessary to apply advanced equipment and algorithms to bridge operation and maintenance business to facilitate the digitalization and intelligence of bridge operation and maintenance.To grasp the research progress on the bridge intelligent operation and maintenance,this paper summarizes the research progress in recent years from the aspects of intelligent detection equipment and technology,intelligent monitoring equipment and technology,intelligent data analysis,intelligent evaluation and early warning,and intelligent repair and maintenance.According to the review,more and more smart devices have been used to replace human beings to detect dangerous and hidden bridge components.At the same time,image processing,radar and other technologies have been used to analyze component damage more objectively and quantitatively.To solve the shortcomings of traditional sensors such as short life and low robustness,more non-contact measurement methods have been proposed.Scholars have proposed various intelligent algorithms to process the massive amount of bridge health monitoring data to improve the quality of the data.To achieve the rapid perception of bridge status and timely early warning of structural abnormalities,different from traditional theoretical calculations,scholars have tried to use data-driven methods to intelligently evaluate and early warning of bridge structural status.In terms of intelligent repair and maintenance,more intelligent algorithms have been used to optimize structural maintenance strategies and determine the best maintenance time by integrating multisource heterogeneous data.All these provide strong support for the automation,digitization and intelligence of bridge operation and maintenance.

临床药师参与72例重症监护室感染患者药学会诊分析及典型病例

目的通过分析临床药师参与重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)感染性疾病会诊病例的特点,总结经验和效果,为促进ICU抗感染合理用药提供参考。方法收集2021年11月至2023年5月临床药师参与ICU感染会诊病例进行回顾性分析,统计归纳这些病例的基本资料、常见病原学、会诊目的、采纳率及病情转归。结果72例会诊当中,病原学检查结果为阳性的患者共60例,毒株73株,其中革兰阴性细菌35株,革兰阳性细菌28株,真菌10株,排名前三的细菌为铜绿假单胞菌(23.61%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(16.67%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(9.72%);临床会诊目的排名前三的为细菌/真菌培养阳性选定抗菌药物(47.22%)、前期方案不佳调整用药(22.22%)、特定部位感染抗菌药物的选择(12.50%);药师给出的会诊意见排名前三的为调整抗菌药物类型24例、加用抗菌药物16例、继续原有抗感染治疗方案16例;会诊意见采纳62例,未采纳10例,采纳率为86.11%,其中意见被采纳患者治疗有效率为74.19%,未被采纳患者为30.00%,意见被采纳组患者预后更好(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者因特殊性与药物选择的局限性,抗感染治疗困难,临床药师参与ICU感染患者会诊,制订药物治疗方案可以提高感染性疾病的治愈率,对促进抗菌药物的合理应用和患者预后的改善具有重要意义。

A bounding surface visco-plasticity model considering generalized spacing ratio of soils

The non-unique critical state of soils with time-dependent behaviors is a significant issue in geotechnical engineering problems.However,previous bounding surface plasticity models cannot predict accurately the non-unique critical state of soils,because the distance between the compression line and critical state line charged by strain-rate effect is basically neglected.To fill this gap,a generalized spacing ratio of soils is defined in the elasto-viscoplastic framework,and a bounding surface visco-plasticity model is formulated and verified,which can consider the generalized spacing ratio.Specifically,the generalized spacing ratio of soils reflects the distance between the compression line and the critical state line of soils with time-dependent behaviors.Then,the generalized spacing ratio is introduced into an improved anisotropic bounding surface.A new expression of the visco-plastic multiplier is derived by solving the consistency equation of an anisotropic bounding surface.In the expression,a strain rate index is proposed to account for the strain-rate effect on visco-plastic strain increment,and a visco-plastic hardening modulus is derived to predict the visco-plastic response of soils in overconsolidation conditions.The model is then verified through constant strain rate tests and creep tests.Notably,it can capture the non-unique critical states of soils with time-dependent behaviors due to the generalized spacing ratio and the creep rupture of soils due to the visco-plastic multiplier that considers the stress ratio and visco-plastic strain rate.

为了提高透射式GaAs光电阴极性能,将国内与美国ITT公司的透射式GaAs光电阴极量子效率曲线进行对比,可知我国透射式光电阴极积分灵敏度已经达到2130μA/lm,美国ITT达到了2330μA/lm.利用修正后的量子效率、光学性能以及积分灵敏度的理论模型,分别对两者进行光学结构拟合.结果表明,国内光电阴极在窗口层和发射层的厚度、电子扩散长度以及后界面复合速率等方面均与ITT有一定差距.为了缩短两者的差距,优化阴极结构参数,具体研究了电子扩散长度和发射层厚度对量子效率的影响,结果表明如果均匀掺杂透射式GaAs光电阴极发射层厚度为1.3μm、电子扩散长度为7μm,则积分灵敏度可以达到2800μA/lm以上.
