一种计及静态安全约束机组组合的有效算法

以直流潮流模型为基础,将计及电网静态安全约束的机组组合问题分解为无安全约束的机组组合问题和计及电网静态安全约束的优化潮流问题2个子优化问题。通过在后者中引入虚拟变量来反映机组组合对输电元件传输限制的牵制及影响,并借用虚拟变量和发电转移因子,构建前者与后者间关联的补充约束条件,从而形成前者随后者变化的影响机制及优化方向的修正手段,由此提出了2个子优化问题间交替求解的算法。该算法充分兼容现有成型方法,符合电力系统实际,对解决电网静态安全对机组组合制约现象,以及对机组组合方案评价,有良好的适应性。

The effects of sucrose concentration,pH value and storage conditions on germination and pollen tube growth of in vitro cultured spruce were studied and the ingredients of culture medium were *** results showed that the effect of sucrose concentration and pH value on spruce pollen’s germination was significant,and a clear threshold effect *** or high concentration of sucrose was not conducive to the pollen’s germination,it was found that 10%of which was more suitable to the in vitro culture of spruce pollen; different spruce species required different concentrations of sucrose medium,7.5%of sucrose concentration medium was better to pollen tube germination of Picea asperata,but 10%of which was the best medium to that of Picea *** pH 4.5 and 6.5 had restrained action on pollen germinating rate of spruce,and the growth of pollen *** dark culture conditions,*** began to germinate in 6 h,but *** germinated in 8 h,the mass germinating power of *** was higher than that of ***;the growth process of *** was 20-22 h,and that of *** was about 16 h;The pollen tubes of *** was over 10 ?m longer in length than that of ***. There were significant differences of germinating power and length of pollen tubes between genotypes of two different individuals of both *** storage methods had great influence on the viability of *** the process of pollen preservation, temperature was the key *** was better than cold storage and room temperature preservation was unfavorable.

刚凸作为格架的重要组成部件之一,对于燃料棒的支撑和格架内部的流动均至关重要。采用CFX软件,对3种不同刚凸结构的5×5格架在过冷沸腾工况下两相流动与换热情况展开分析研究。在简单几何通道中对比计算得到的平均空泡份额与实验数据的结果,对采用的两相CFD模型进行验证。将验证过后的模型运用到之后的棒束两相分析中,在合理的CFD两相模型与充分发展的计算域选取的基础上,从压降、速度和空泡份额分布3个角度,定性评价刚凸结构对格架热工水力性能的影响。

Goldeneye™DNA ID 22NC Kit is a novel short tandem repeat(STR)genotyping system that investigate 20 non-CODIS loci(D4S2366,D6S477,D22GATA198B05,D15S659,D8S1132,D3S3045,D14S608,D17S1290,D3S1744,D2S441,D18S535,D13S325,D7S1517,D1OS1435,D11S236&D19S253,D1S1656,D7S3O4&D10S14&and D5S2500),a CODIS locus(D3S1358),and a sex-determining locus amelogenin in one *** the present study,this STR genotyping system was validated according to the guidelines of"Wlidation Guidelines for DNA Analysis Methods(2016)"updated by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods.A series of tests,such as polymerase chain reaction-based studies,sensitivity,inhibitors,DNA mixture,species specificity,precision and accuracy evaluation,stutter percentage,and peak height ratio,was *** genetic polymorphism of 21 STR loci that included in the 22NC system was also investigated in the Chinese Hunan han *** validation results demonstrated that Goldeneye™DNA ID 22NC Kit is a robust and reliable identification assay as required for genotyping in kinship analysis and forensic *** 21 STR loci in this kit also showed a high level of genetic polymorphism for the Hunan han ***,it can be used for forensic applications and population studies.

[Objectives] The content of astragaloside in Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) ***(Bge.) Hisao from three different regions was determined.[Methods] Referring to the method recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),the content of astragaloside IV in *** was determined by HPLC.[Results] There were great differences in the astragaloside IV content of *** among different *** content of astragaloside IV in *** cultivated in Inner Mongolia was highest(0.155%),followed by that(0.143%) in *** cultivated in Gansu,and the content of astragaloside IV in *** cultivated in Shanxi was lowest(0.080%).The contents of astragaloside IV in *** from different regions were all in line with the standard(not less than 0.040%) of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).[Conclusions]The content of astragaloside IV in *** cultivated in three different regions met the medicinal standards.

完全电离等离子体中,当试探粒子分布函数fα是关于试探粒子速度vα的偶函数时,导出了一个新的动力学方程的碰撞算子.该碰撞算子同时包括了大角散射(库仑近碰撞)和小角散射(库仑远碰撞)的二体碰撞的贡献,因此,该碰撞算子同时适用于弱耦合(库仑对数lnΛ≥10)和中等耦合(库仑对数2≤lnΛ≤10)等离子体.而且经过修改的碰撞算子和Rosenbluth势有直接的联系,当试探粒子和场粒子满足条件mαmβ(如电子-离子碰撞或Lorentz气体模型)和vαvβ时,经约化的电子-离子碰撞算子同最初的Fokker-Planck算子相比增加了有关1/lnΛ的项.
