constructing heterostructured nanohybrid is considered as a prominent route to fabricate alternative electrocatalysts to commercial Pt/c for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).In this work,(NH_(4))_(4)[NiH_(6)Mo_(6)O_(4)]·5H_(2)O polyoxometalates(NiMo_(6))are adopted as the cluster precursors for simple fabrication of heterostructured Pt-Ni_(3)Mo_(3)N nanohybrids supported by carbon black(Pt-Ni_(3)Mo_(3)N/c)without using additional N *** improved porosity and enhanced electronic interaction of Pt-Ni_(3)Mo_(3)N/c should be attributed to the integration of Pt with NiMo_(6),which favors the mass transport,promotes the formation of exposed catalytic sites,and benefits the regulation of intrinsic ***,the as-obtained Pt-Ni_(3)Mo_(3)N/c exhibits impressive and durable HER performance as indicated by the low overpotential of 13.7 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) and the stable overpotential during continuous working at 100 mA cm^(-2) for 100 *** work provides significant insights for the synthesis of new highly active heterostructured electrocatalysts for renewable energy devices.

The dysfunction of innate immunity components is one of the major drivers for ulcerative colitis(Uc),and increasing reports indicate that the gut microbiome serves as an intermediate between genetic mutations and Uc ***,we find that the IL-17 receptor subunit,cMTM4,is reduced in Uc patients and dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced *** deletion of cMTM4(cmtm4^(-/-))in mice leads to a higher susceptibility to DSS-induced colitis than in wild-type,and the gut microbiome significantly c.anges in *** causal role of the gut microbiome is confirmed with a cohousing *** further identify that S100a8/9 is significantly up-regulated in cmtm4^(-/-)colitis,with the block of its receptor RAGE that reverses the phenotype associated with the cMTM4 ***4 deficiency rather suppresses S100a8/9 expression in vitro via the IL17 pathway,further supporting that the elevation of S100a8/9 in vivo is most likely a result of microbial *** together,the results suggest that cMTM4 is involved in the maintenance of intestinal homeostasis,suppression of S100a8/9,and prevention of colitis *** study further shows cMTM4 as a crucial innate immunity component,confirming its important role in Uc development and providing insights into potential targets for the development of future therapies.

Aging and circadian rhythms have been connected for decades,but their molecular interaction has remained unknown,especially for *** this situation,we summarized the current research actuality and problems in this field using the bibliometric *** in the PubMed and Web of Science databases were ***,there is a rising trend in the publication volume regarding aging and circadian rhythms in the field of *** from USA,Germany,Italy,china and England have greater studies than *** three publication institutions are University of california System,UDIcE-French Research Universities and University of Texas *** research hotspots include oxidative stress,breast cancer,melatonin,cell cycle,calorie restriction,prostate cancer and NF-κ*** conclusion,results generated by bibliometric.analysis indicate that many approaches involve in the complex interactions between aging and circadian rhythm in *** established and emerging research directions guide our exploration of the regulatory mec.anisms of aging and circadian rhythms in cancer and provide a reference for developing new research avenues.

Microwave absorbing materials(MAMs)characterized by high absorption efficiency and good environmental tolerance are highly desirable in practical *** silicon carbide and carbon are considered as stable MAMs under some rigorous conditions,while their composites still fail to produce satisfactory microwave absorption performance regardless of the improvements as compared with the ***,we have successfully implemented compositional and structural engineering to fabricate hollow Si c/c microspheres with controllable *** simultaneous modulation on dielectric properties and impedance matching can be easily achieved as the c.ange in the composition of these *** formation of hollow structure not only favors lightweight feature,but also generates considerable contribution to microwave attenuation *** the synergistic effect of composition and structure,the optimized Sic/c composite exhibits excellent performance,whose the strongest reflection loss intensity and broadest effective absorption reach-60.8 dB and 5.1 GHz,respectively,and its microwave absorption properties are actually superior to those of most Sic/c composites in previous *** addition,the stability tests of microwave absorption capacity after exposure to harsh conditions and Radar cross Section simulation data demonstrate that hollow Sic/c microspheres from compositional and structural optimization have a bright prospect in practical applications.

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of Li~+limits its practical *** this work,c-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of LIBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** c-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the c-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)Li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMc)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMc surface and buffering the volume c.ange of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)Li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of c-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

Direct X-ray detectors,which directly convert X-rays into electrical signals through semiconductors,have higher space solution than scintillator-mediated indirect X-ray ones and are high desirable for early cancer detection and other applications,but the mainstream commercialα-Se detector is still largely limited by high production costs,large leakage current and low *** article reports an easily prepared,stable radiochromic semiconductive metal–organic framework(MOF),(MV)[cd_(3)(tdc)_(4)]·2H_(2)O(RcS-1,H_(2)tdc=2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid;MV^(2+)=methyl viologen cation)with direct X-ray detecting *** a large bulk resistivity of 8.40×10^(9)Ωcm,this material ensures minimal dark current and low noise for X-ray ***,it exhibits higher sensitivity to W KαX-rays(98.58μc Gy^(-1)cm^(-2))thanα-Se(~20μc Gy^(-1)cm^(-2)).Meanwhile,unlike most reported direct X-ray detecting semiconductors,compound RcS-1 shows remarkable color c.ange upon X-ray irradiation owing to the presence of photochromism-active viologen *** feature offers an appealing visual detecting ability to direct X-ray detectors that provide only the electrical signals.

The low energy density,unsatisfied cycling performance,potential safety issue and slow charging kinetics of the commercial lithium-ion batteries restrained their further application in the fields of fast charging and long-haul electric *** TiNb2O7（TNO） with the theoretical capacity of 387 mAh g-1has been proposed as a high-capacity anode materials to replace *** this work,homovalent doping strategy was used to enhance the electrochemical performance of Ti Nb2O7（TNO） by employing Zr to partial substitute Ti through solvothermal *** doping of Zr4+ions can enlarge the lattice structure without c.anging the chemical valence of the original elements,refine and homogenize the grains,improve the electrical conductivity,and accelerate the ion diffusion kinetics,and finally enhance the cycle and rate ***,Z0.05-TNO shows initial discharge capacity of as high as 312.2 mAh g-1at 1 c.and 244.8 mAh g-1at 10 c.and still maintains a high specific capacity of 171.3 mAh g-1after 800 cycles at 10 *** study provides a new strategy for high-performance fastcharging energy storage electrodes.

Integrable systems play a crucial role in physics and *** particular,the traditional(1+1)-dimensional and(2+1)-dimensional integrable systems have received significant attention due to the rarity of integrable systems in higher *** studies have shown that abundant higher-dimensional integrable systems can be constructed from(1+1)-dimensional integrable systems by using a deformation *** we establish a new(2+1)-dimensional chen-Lee-Liu(c-L-L)equation using the deformation algorithm from the(1+1)-dimensional c-L-L *** new system is integrable with its Lax pair obtained by applying the deformation algorithm to that of the(1+1)-*** is challenging to obtain the exact solutions for the new integrable system because the new system combines both the original c-L-L equation and its reciprocal *** traveling wave solutions are derived in implicit function expression,and some asymmetry peakon solutions are found.

Objective This study explored the potentially modifiable factors for depression and major depressive disorder(MDD)from the MR-Base database and further evaluated the associations between drug targets with *** We analyzed two-sample of Mendelian randomization(2SMR)using genetic variant depression(n=113,154)and MDD(n=208,811)from Genome-Wide Association Studies(GWAS).Separate calculations were performed with modifiable risk factors from MR-Base for 1,001 *** MR analysis was performed by screening drug targets with MDD in the DrugBank database to explore the therapeutic targets for *** variance weighted(IVW),fixed-effect inverse variance weighted(FE-IVW),MR-Egger,weighted median,and weighted mode were used for complementary *** The potential causal relationship between modifiable risk factors and depression contained 459 results for depression and 424 for ***,the associations between drug targets and MDD showed that SLc6A4,GRIN2A,GRIN2c,ScN10A,and IL1B expression are associated with an increased risk of *** contrast,ADRB1,cHRNA3,HTR3A,GSTP1,and GABRG2 genes are candidate protective factors against *** This study identified the risk factors causally associated with depression and MDD,and estimated 10 drug targets with significant impact on MDD,providing essential information for formulating strategies to prevent and treat depression.
