潮河山区人工林树干液流特征及其对气象因子响应

【目的】探究潮河山区人工林树干液流与气象因子间的响应关系。【方法】通过热扩散探针法(TDP)对河北省丰宁县达袋沟控制站内生长季(5—10月)人工林(落叶松、油松和沙棘)树干液流速率进行了监测,并同步监测气象因子,研究人工林液流速率变化特征及其与气象因子的关系。【结果】(1)典型晴天落叶松、油松和沙棘各月份树干液流呈“昼高夜低”的单峰型曲线。各树种雨天树干液流较同期晴天明显降低,沙棘液流速率较其他树种更快且更易受降水影响。(2)小时尺度上落叶松、油松、沙棘液流速率与大气温度(T_(a))、饱和水汽压差(VPD)、太阳净辐射(R_(n))和风速(W)正相关,而与降水量(P)和空气相对湿度(R_(h))负相关。R_(n)是影响树干液流的最重要因素,VPD、T_(a)、R_(h)对其影响次之。(3)日尺度上落叶松、油松、沙棘液流速率日均值分别为2.78、1.44、5.27mL/(cm^(2)·h),其中R_(n)、VPD、T_(a)为主要影响因子。(4)整个生长季落叶松、油松、沙棘液流速率与气象因子间的时滞现象显著。落叶松液流速率变化提前于VPD约20 min,滞后于R_(n)约60 min;油松液流速率变化提前于VPD约40min,滞后于R_(n)约50 min;沙棘液流速率变化提前于VPD约20 min,滞后于R_(n)约50 min。【结论】不同时间尺度下影响潮河山区人工林液流的主要气象因子为R_(n)和VPD,液流与气象因子间存在明显的时滞现象,表现为液流速率变化提前于VPD,滞后于R_(n)。

OBJECTIVE: To determine the efficacy of a fermented buckwheat flower and leaf extract(EFBFL) for the reduction of blood glucose and lipid dysregulation in spontaneously obese type 2 diabetic db/db mice, and to explore the possible mechanisms ***: Forty 9-week-old male db/db mice were randomly allocated to a high-dose EFBFL group(EFBFL-H), a low-dose EFBFL group(EFBFL-L),a metformin hydrochloride positive control group(MEG), and a db/db control group(MG), and there was also a db/m negative control group(NCG)(n =10). Oral glucose tolerance tests(OGTT) were performed after 7 weeks of treatment. At the end of 8 weeks of treatment, random blood glucose(RBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), fasting serum insulin(FINS), triglyceride(TG), serum total cholesterol(TC), free fatty acids(FFA), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c) were measured, the homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) was calculated. Immunohistochemistry and western blotting measured the expression of glucose transporter4(GLUT4) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPAR-γ) by in skeletal ***: The MG mice had a significantly increased in RBG, Hb Alc, the HOMA-IR level, the serum of TG, TC, LDL-c, but a decreased in glucose tolerance and the protein expression of GLUT4 and PPAR-γ compared with the NCG. Compared with the MG, EFBFL groups significantly decreased RBG, Hb Alc, and the HOMA-IR level, increased glucose tolerance. Meanwhile EFBFL groups reduced the serum TG, TC, and LDL-c in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, EFBFL increased the protein expression of GLUT4 and PPAR-γ in the skeletal muscle of db/db *** was significant difference between the MG group and EFBFL ***: These findings suggest that EFBFL has anti-diabetic effects in db/db mice, ameliorating glucose intolerance, lipid dysregulation, and insulin resistance.

In the present study,we studied the effects of 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde,derived from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,on mouse sperm survival and sperm membrane integrity in vitro and on mouse reproductive damage induced by cyclophosphamide in vivo.3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde(0.01,0.1,and 1 mg/m L)improved sperm survival rate and sperm membrane integrity in separated mouse sperm(all Phanced the expressions of VCAM-1,PEDF,VEGF,and PPARγ.These findings indicated that 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde increased mouse sperm survival and sperm membrane integrity in vitro and reduced mouse reproductive damage induced by cyclophosphamide via DJ-1 and other targets in vivo.3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde might thus be useful for treating male reproductive damage and antineoplastic cyclophosphamide-induced reproductive toxicity.

An algorithm capable of predicting and optimizing the gradient separation of LC×LC system was developed in this *** groups of structural analogues,five ginsenosides as well as eight bisphenols,which were difficult to discriminate in routine analysis,were used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in fast separation *** errors of retention times below 1%were found in the retention prediction for all types of gradient programs,implying that the theory could lead to high quality in prediction of the retention times under gradients ***,84%of relative average deviations(RADs)between the predicted peak width and the measured ones were less than 20%.The larger deviation occurred at the time when the peak appeared while the gradient of the mobile phase changed,which led the deviations increased to 20%–42%.In all,method development and optimization for LC×LC tandem system was realized by the homemade user-friendly *** present protocol may turn on great opportunities for the convenient method development in analysis of trace structural analogues in environmental,food and biological samples.

This work provides a theoretical investigation into the strong coupling between a single quantum emitter(QE)and the surface plasmons of sodium metals in two representative plasmonic systems,i.e.,the semi-infinite metal-dielectric interface and the metal nanoparticles(NPs)of monomer/dimer *** both configurations,sodium metals exhibit distinctly stronger coupling strength and lower optical loss in the optical region than their noble metal counterparts,demonstrating the ideal candidate characteristics for single-molecule-level strong couplings with distinctly facile operation *** results provide new insights into extreme light-matter interactions with potential applications in quantum information,optical sensors,quantum chemistry,etc.

This research has investigated the current situations and existing problems concerning oral English teaching on the basis of a case study of the authentic oral English classroom teaching at a city college in China. The findings and solutions may provide some implications for oral English language teaching at the college level in China.

Developing ecological scale breeding of local chickens with natural conditions, such as forest lands, grass lands, orchards and mulberry fields, not only can improve the quality of poultry products and the production benefits of chicken breeding, but also can develop and use local chicken germplasm effectively and promote their breed protection and industrialization. From integration and application of breed selection, breeding management, nutrient regulation, grass planting and grazing, a new ecological scale breeding technique of local chickens is proposed.
