Olecranon osteotomy ***-sparing for open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of distal humerus intercondylar fracture:a systematic review and meta-analysis

Background:The open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)was a standard treatment approach for fracture at distal humerus intercondylar,whereas the optimal way before ORIF remains ***,therefore,performed a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of olecranon osteotomy ***-sparing approach for patients with distal humerus intercondylar ***:The electronic searches were systematically performed in PubMed,EmBase,Cochrane library,and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure from initial inception till December *** primary endpoint was the incidence of excellent/good elbow function,and the secondary endpoints included Mayo elbow performance score,duration of operation,blood loss,and ***:Nine studies involving a total of 637 patients were selected for *** were no significant differences between olecranon osteotomy and triceps-sparing approach for the incidence of excellent/good elbow function(odds ratio[OR]:1.37;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.69-2.75;P=0.371),Mayo elbow performance score(weight mean difference[WMD]:0.17;95%CI:-2.56 to 2.89;P=0.904),duration of operation(WMD:4.04;95%CI:-28.60 to 36.69;P=0.808),blood loss(WMD:33.61;95%CI:-18.35 to 85.58;P=0.205),and complications(OR:1.93;95%CI:0.49-7.60;P=0.349).Sensitivity analyses found olecranon osteotomy might be associated with higher incidence of excellent/good elbow function,longer duration of operation,greater blood loss,and higher incidence of complications as compared with triceps-sparing ***:This study found olecranon osteotomy did not yield additional benefit on the incidence of excellent/good elbow function,while the duration of operation,blood loss,and complications in patients treated with olecranon osteotomy might be inferior than triceps-sparing approach.

为查明陕北侏罗纪煤田新民矿区青龙寺煤矿井田煤层特征,进而为煤炭资源的洗选、加工利用以及煤矿安全、高效、绿色、智能化开采提供基础地质资料,采用地质钻探、岩心精细描述、宏观/显微煤岩组分分析、煤地球化学分析、煤自然发火试验及发火标志性气体气相色谱分析、比热分析等多种技术手段,根据测试结果,综合分析青龙寺煤矿煤岩煤质特征及其自然发火特征。结果表明,新民矿区青龙寺煤矿各煤层裂隙不发育,煤体的坚固性系数1.5~3.2,属于中硬—坚硬煤体,并提出了注水压裂超前弱化坚硬煤岩体、降低煤岩体强度;煤质具有中—高水分、低灰分、低—特低硫、高发热量的高焦油煤的特征,局部存在高水分煤;煤层均属于自燃—容易自燃煤层、自然发火期短,发火标志性气体为CO、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)和C_(3)H_(8),其中C 2H 2为辅助性标志,5^(-2)煤层最短自然发火期为36 d。煤炭开采过程中,加强对漏风通道的封堵的同时,应加强密闭采空区气体监测、综采工作面通风管理和开采速度的控制,严格落实综合防灭火措施。研究成果可为煤矿煤炭资源清洁利用、加工洗选以及火灾的早期预警和日常防治提供依据。

Background: Pancreatitis is a common disease of the digestive system. Acute pancreatitis is one of the most common reasons for gastrointestinal hospital admission, and chronic pancreatitis significantly reduces quality of life. However, national epidemiological data on pancreatitis in China are lacking. This study aimed to quantify the disease burden of pancreatitis in China from 1990 to ***: This study was based on the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 dataset. Age-standardized rates of incidence (ASIR), prevalence (ASPR), mortality (ASMR), and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) were used to describe the disease burden of pancreatitis, and estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) was used to indicate the average change in age-standardized rates. We also described the trend of pancreatitis-related mortality and DALYs, which are attributable to alcohol use by age and ***: From 1990 to 2019, the ASIR, ASPR, ASMR, and age-standardized DALYs of pancreatitis in China decreased by 10.90, 1.50, 0.49, and 15.54 per 100,000, respectively, with EAPCs of -1.35 (95% uncertainty interval [UI]: -1.67, -1.02) and -0.37 (95% UI: -0.43, -0.31), -2.01 (95% UI: -2.07, -1.94) and -2.32 (95% UI: -2.37, -2.28), respectively. Recently, the numbers of incident and prevalent cases have risen, with estimates of 380,018 (95% UI: 308,669-462,767) and 493,765 (95% UI: 416,705-578,675), respectively, in 2019. Among men, the disease burden of pancreatitis was more severe than among women, and with variances in the distribution among different age groups. Remodeling of ion channels is an important mechanism of arrhythmia induced by heart failure （HF）. We investigated the expression of potassium channel encoding genes in the ventricles of rabbit established by volumeoverload operation followed with pressure-overload. The reversible effect of these changes with bisoprolol was also evaluated. The HF group exhibited left ventricular enlargement, systolic dysfunction, prolongation of corrected QT interval （QTc）, and increased plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels in the HF rabbits. Several potassium channel subunit encoding genes were consistently down-regulated in the HF rabbits. After bisoprolol treatment, heart function was improved significantly and QTc was shortened. Additionally, the mRNA expression of potassium channel subunit genes could be partially reversed. The down-regulated expression of potassium channel subunits Kv4.3, Kv1.4, KvLQT1, minK and Kir 2.1 may contribute to the prolongation of action potential duration in the heart of rabbits induced by volume combined with pressure overload HF. Bisoprolol could partially reverse these down-regulations and improve heart function.

采用SEM和TEM,对不同形变量及退火温度下的Cu-Nb微观复合线材的显微组织结构进行了分析,并对形变和退火试样进行了硬度测试.结果表明:随着形变量增大,材料界面密度及其增加速率逐渐增大.当材料结构达到纳米尺寸时(应变=24.8),界面密度及其增加速率显著增加,使得硬度及其增加速率明显增大,同时伴随有纳米Cu基体内部层错和旋转晶界的产生.退火过程中Cu基体的显微组织变化表现出明显的多尺度效应,其变化可分为3个阶段:微米及亚微米Cu基体先发生回复再结晶,而纳米Cu基体回复再结晶受到抑制;纳米Cu基体回复再结晶;Nb丝球化及长大.

The keto-enol tautomerization of ethyl acetoacetate (EAA) in supercritical CO2-ethanol mixture has been investigated at 308.15 K and at different pressures using UV-Visspectroscopy. A method for calculating the local composition about EAA has been developed based on the relationship between the equilibrium constant and dielectric property of the mixing solvent. The results indicate that the local concentration of ethanol surrounding EAA is much higher than that in the bulk.

To solve the problems of low efficiency and multi-solvability of humanoid manipulator Cartesian space path planning in physical human-robot interaction,an improved bi-directional rapidly-exploring random tree algorithm based on greedy growth strategy in 3D space is *** workspace of manipulator established based on Monte Carlo method is used as the sampling space of the rapidly-exploring random tree,and the opposite expanding greedy growth strategy is added in the random tree expansion process to improve the path planning *** the generated path is reversely optimized to shorten the length of the planned path,and the optimized path is interpolated and pose searched in Cartesian space to form a collision-free optimized path suitable for humanoid manipulator ***,the validity and reliability of the algorithm are verified in an intelligent elderly care service scenario based on Walker2,a large humanoid service robot.

The equivalence between multilayered barriers regarding diffusion and adsorption was studied. The bottom boundary of the liner system is defined by assuming concentration continuous and flux continuous conditions of the contaminant between the bottom liner layer and the underlying soil. Five different liner systems were compared in terms of solute breakthrough time. The results of the analysis showed that breakthrough time of the hydrophobic organic compounds for a 2-meter-thick compacted clay liner （CCL） could be 3-4 orders of magnitude is greater than the breakthrough time for a geosynthetic clay liner （GCL） composite liner. The GM/GCL and GM/CCL composite liner systems provide a better diffusion barrier for the hydrophilic organic compounds than that for the hydrophobic compounds due to their different Henry＇s coefficient. The calculated breakthrough times of the organic contaminants for the Chinese standard liner systems were found to be generally greater than those for the GCL alternatives, for the specific conditions examined. If the distribution coefficient increases to 2.8 for the hydrophobic compounds or 1.0 for the hydrophilic compounds, the thickness of the attenuation layer needed to achieve the same breakthrough time as the standard liner systems can be reduced by a factor of about 1.9-2.4. As far as diffusive and adsorption contaminant transport are concerned, GM or GCL is less effective than CCL.

A new ground-based expenmental device,the Space Plasma Environment Research Facility（SPERF）,is being designed at Harbin Institute of Technology in China,with Asymmetric REconnection eXperiment-3 Dimensional（AREX-3D） as one of the experimental components to study the asymmetric reconnection dynamics relevant to the interaction between the interplanetary and magnetospheric *** asymmetry in the designed magnetic reconnection process not only refers to the distinct plasma parameters designed for the two upstream regions across the current sheet,but also refers to the inhomogeneity in the direction along the current sheet resulting from the designed 3D magnetic field *** two asymmetries are fundamental features of the reconnection process at the Earth＇s *** experiment,the reconnection process is driven by a set of flux cores through coil-currentramp-up from the ＇magnetosheath-side＇ to interact with a dipole magnetic field generated by the Dipole Research Experiment（DREX） coil on the ＇magnetosphere-side＇.The AREX-3D will be able to investigate a range of important reconnection issues in 3D magnetic field geometry that is relevant to the Earth＇s magnetopause.A wide range of plasma parameters can be achieved through inductive plasma generation with flux cores on the ＇magnetosheath-side＇ and electron cyclotron resonance（ECR） with microwave sources on the ＇magnetosphere-side＇,***（low）plasma density at experimental magnetosheath（dipole） *** reconnection regimes and geometries can be produced by adjusting plasma parameters and coil setups as well as coil current *** three-dimensional magnetic field configurations in the SPERF relevant to the dayside magnetopause reconnection are discussed in detail.
