Adrenal myelolipoma within myxoid cortical adenoma associated with Conn's syndrome

The coexistence of myelolipoma within adrenal cortical adenoma is extremely rare,for both tumors present usually as separate *** are only 16 such cases reported *** the best of our knowledge,the case we reported here is the first one of myxoid adrenal cortical adenoma associated with myelolipoma reported.A 32-year-old Chinese woman with 4-year history of hypertension was presented in our *** tomography(CT)of the abdomen showed a large heterogene- ously-enhancing mass(4.5 cm in diameter)in the left suprarenal *** history and laboratory results suggest a metabolic disorder as Conn's *** patient underwent a left adrenalectomy,and a histopathological study confirmed the mass to be a myxoid adrenal cortical adenoma containing *** patient was postoperatively well and discharged *** the present case report,we also discuss the etiology of simultaneous myelolipoma and adrenal adenoma associated with Conn's syndrome,and the methods of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

Correlation power analysis(CPA) has become a successful attack method about crypto-graphic hardware to recover the secret keys. However, the noise influence caused by the random process interrupts(RPIs) becomes an important factor of the power analysis attack efficiency, which will cost more traces or attack time. To address the issue, an improved method about empirical mode decomposition(EMD) was proposed. Instead of restructuring the decomposed signals of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs), we extract a certain intrinsic mode function(IMF) as new feature signal for CPA attack. Meantime, a new attack assessment is proposed to compare the attack effectiveness of different methods. The experiment shows that our method has more excellent performance on CPA than others. The first and the second IMF can be chosen as two optimal feature signals in CPA. In the new method, the signals of the first IMF increase peak visibility by 64% than those of the tradition EMD method in the situation of non-noise. On the condition of different noise interference, the orders of attack efficiencies are also same. With external noise interference, the attack effect of the first IMF based on noise with 15dB is the best.

In this paper we investigate the effects of the large extra dimensions on the two processes e＋ e-→＋ H^0 Z^0 Z^0 and e^＋e^-→ H^0H^0 Z^0 at linear colliders in both unpolarized and polarized collision modes. We find that the virtual Kaluza-Klein graviton exchange can significantly enhance the cross section from their standard model expectations for these two processes. The results show that the LED effect on the process e＋ e-→＋ H^0 Z^0 Z^0 allows the observation limits on the effective scale Ms to be probed up to 9. 75 TeV and 10.1 TeV in the unpolarized and ＋-（λe＋ =1/2, λe-= -1/2） polarized beam collision modes （with Pe＋ = 0.6, Pe-=0.8）, respectively. For the process e＋ e-→＋ H^0 H^0 Z^0, these limits on Ms can be probed up to 6.06 TeV and 6.38 TeV in the unpolarized and polarized collision modes separately. We find that the λe＋ = 1/2, λe-= -1/2 polarization collision mode in both processe＋ e-→＋ H^0 Z^0 Z^0 and e＋ e-→＋ H^0 H^0 Z^0 may provide a possibility to improve the sensitivity in probing the LED effects.

The Malaysian mahseer(Tor tambroides),one of the most valuable freshwater fish in the world,is mainly targeted for human *** mitogenomic data of this species is available to date,but the genomic information is still *** the first time,we sequenced the whole genome of an adult fish on both Illumina and Nanopore *** hybrid genome assembly had resulted in a sum of 1.23 Gb genomic sequence from the 44,726 contigs found with 44 kb N50 length and BUSCO genome completeness of 87.6%.Four types of SSRs had been detected and identified within the genome with a greater AT abundance than that of *** protein sequences had been functionally annotated to public databases,namely GO,KEGG and COG.A maximum likelihood phylogenomic tree containing 52 Actinopterygii species and one Sarcopterygii species as outgroup was constructed,providing first insights into the genome-based evolutionary relationship of *** with other ray-finned *** data are crucial in facilitating the study of population genomics,species identification,morphological variations,and evolutionary biology,which are helpful in the conservation of this species.

AIM:Transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) of the hepatic artery has been accepted as an effective treatment for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However,embolized vessel recanalization and collateral circulation formation are the main factors of HCC growth and recurrence and metastasis alter TAE. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays an important role in tumor *** study was to explore the inhibitory effect of VEGF antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) on VEGF expression in cultured Walker-256 cells and to observe the anti-tumor effect of intra-arterial infusion of antisense ODNs mixed with lipiodol on rat liver ***: VEGF antisense ODNs and sense ODNs were added to the media of non-serum cultured Walker-256 ***-eight hours later, VEGF concentrations of supernatants were detected by EUSA. Endothelial cell line ECV-304 cells were cultured in the supernatants. Seventy-two hours later,growth of ECV-304 cells was analyzed by NTT method. Thirty Walker-256 cell implanted rat liver tumor models were divided into 3 groups.0.2 mL lipiodol (LP group, n=10), 3OD antisense ODNs mixed with 0.2 mL lipiodol (LP+ODNs group, n=10) and 0.2 mL normal saline (control group, n=10) were infused into the hepatic artery. Volumes of tumors were measured by MRI before and 7 d alter the *** mRNA in cancerous and peri-cancerous tissues was detected by RT-PCR. Objectives:This study is designed to investigate the microbial populations,sensory,and volatile compounds profling of locally cooked rice stored at room temperature(30°C)on days 0,1,2,and 3(D0,D1,D2,and D3)for the determination of specifc spoilage organisms(SSOs).Materials and Methods:Microbiological,physicochemical,sensory evaluation,and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)analyses were conducted for samples of cooked rice stored at room temperature on days 0,1,2,and *** of cooked rice was then identifed by linking present organisms with the changes occurring throughout the storage ***:Microbiological analysis revealed the presence of spore-forming bacteria,yeast,and moulds,which survived the cooking *** total viable count exceeded the microbiological limit at 6.90 log CFU/g on D3,panellists deemed cooked rice unacceptable for consumption on D2 at a total sensory score of 11.00,which indicates that D2 was the day cooked rice *** culture-dependent and cultureindependent methods,Bacillus cereus was identifed as the sole bacteria observed throughout the storage period,confrming that the bacteria were *** VOC analysis proposed several metabolites,3-eicosene,1-heptadecene,hexacosane,phenol,4,4ʹ-(1-methylethylidene)bis-,n-nonadecanol-1,and cyclohexanone,as potential spoilage markers of cooked ***:*** is confrmed to be the SSO of cooked rice,in which spoilage occured after 48 h of storage at room *** organoleptic rejection in cooked rice was shown to be linked to the production of various compounds by *** which could be proposed as potential spoilage markers for cooked rice.

The expansive spectral coverage and superior optical properties of lithium niobate(LN)offer a comprehensive suite of tools for exploring novel *** high-quality(Q)photonic resonator cavities is crucial for enhancing light-matter ***,this task is challenging as the device performance is heavily dependent on the fabrication quality of the *** this paper,we present experimental validation of an etchless approach to fabricating high-Q photonic crystal nanobeam cavities(PCNBCs).We successfully fabricate PCNBCs with Q factors exceeding 105 while maintaining high transmittance by capitalizing on the low waveguide loss and high fabrication tolerance of TE-polarized ***,the Q factor achieved here exceeds previous reports on etchless LN PCNBCs by over an order of *** from this advancement,we further explore a variety of optical functions,including thermo-optic tuning,optically induced bistability,and Fano line shapes *** findings present promising prospects for a versatile platform technique,facilitating the development of high-performance electro-optic or acousto-optic modulators,optical logic devices,and quantum photonics,highlighting its significant impact in the field of photonic integration.

Chlortetracycline （CTC）, one kind of common antibiotic for prevention and treatment of various diseases, also exhibits good performance in accelerating the growth of livestock. Macleaya cordata, a traditional Chinese medicine, is usually used as a natural additive in livestock because of its anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and pesticidal activity. In this work, we studied whether M. cordata helps regulate the growth-promoting effect of CTC on broiler chickens. It is demonstrated that M. cordata improves the growth-promoting effect of CTC on growth per- formance indices of broiler chickens, such as survival rate, daily weight, and feed to weight rate. M. cordata also delays the maximum of CTC residues in plasma. It may depend on the higher values of operational taxonomic unit （OTU） and the indices of o diversity driven by simultaneous use of CTC and M. cordata.
