In crop production systems,all operations such as seed bed preparation,etc.,must be accomplished on time,if yield reduction and low quality product are to be *** all operations in mechanized cropping projects require precise scheduling,planning and *** basic approach in all scheduling techniques is to form a network of activities and events relationships that graphically portrays the sequential relations between the tasks in a *** a network would as a powerful tool available a farm manager to plan,schedule,monitor and control a *** GERT（Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique） networks have most of advantages associated with networks and available system analyst in exact evaluation of certain types of networks,in this research it was used and mechanized wheat production system was simulated,modeled and *** activities,events and path were *** showed that the network model was able to answer any statistic questions concerning with the *** models,particularly GERT networks are increasingly powerful tool for modeling,scheduling,planning,controlling,and analyzing of agricultural mechanization projects.

Vibration analysis of steel structures including the effect of panel zone flexibility based on the energy method

New approximate formulas are proposed to determine the natural frequencies of structures considering the effects of panel zone flexibility and soil-structure interaction. Several structures with various earthquake resisting systems are idealized as prismatic cantilever flexural-shear beams. Floor masses are considered as lumped masses at each story level and masses of columns are evenly distributed along the cantilever beam. Soil-structure interaction is considered as axial and rotational springs, whose potential energy are formulated and incorporated into overall potential energy of the structure. Subsequently, natural frequency equations are derived on the basis of energy conservation principle. The effect of axial forces on natural frequency is also considered in the proposed formulas. Using the method presented in this study, natural frequencies are computed using a simplified method with no complex numerical modeling. The proposed formulas are verified via experimental and numerical methods. Close agreement between the results from these three approaches are observed. Furthermore, the effects of panel zone flexibility, continuity plates and doubler plates on the natural frequencies of buildings are investigated.

突厥蔷薇提取物抗戊四唑所致小鼠痉挛的作用(英文)

目的:研究突厥蔷薇(Rosa damascena)的水提物、乙醇提取物及三氯甲烷提取物对戊四唑所致小鼠惊厥的作用。方法:实验动物按如下方案分组:生理盐水对照组,地西泮组(3mg/kg),水提物组(100,500和1000mg/kg),乙醇提取物组(100,500和1000mg/kg),三氯甲烷提取物组(100,500和1000mg/kg)。所有药物均在注射戊四唑30min前皮下注射。记录并比较各组小鼠阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期、最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期及死亡率。结果:与生理盐水对照组相比,三组水提物组小鼠的阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期及最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期均有延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);一组乙醇提取物组(1000mg/kg)小鼠的最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期及两组乙醇提取物组(500和1000mg/kg)小鼠的阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期均有延长(P<0.05,P<0.01);三组三氯甲烷提取物组小鼠的阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期及最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期无明显变化。不同提取物各组的死亡率与对照组相比无明显差异。结论:本研究的结果证实了突厥蔷薇具有抗戊四唑所致小鼠惊厥的作用,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。
