m.derate to severe perinatal hypoxic-ischem.c encephalopathy occurs in~1 to 3/1000 live births in high-incom. countries and is associated with a significant risk of death or neurodevelopm.ntal *** assessm.nt is im.ortant to help identify highrisk infants,to help fam.lies,and to support appropriate interventions.A wide range of m.nitoring tools is available to assess changes over tim.,including urine and blood biom.rkers,neurological exam.nation,and *** present,m.gnetic resonance im.ging is unique as although it is expensive and not suited to m.nitoring the early evolution of hypoxic-ischem.c encephalopathy by a week of life it can provide direct insight into the anatom.cal changes in the brain after hypoxic-ischem.c encephalopathy and so offers strong prognostic inform.tion on the long-term.outcom. after hypoxic-ischem.c *** review investigated the tem.oral dynam.cs of neonatal hypoxic-ischem.c encephalopathy injuries,with a particular em.hasis on exploring the correlation between the prognostic im.lications of m.gnetic resonance im.ging scans in the first week of life and their relationship to long-term.outcom. prediction,particularly for infants treated with therapeutic hypotherm.a.A com.rehensive literature search,from.2016 to 2024,identified 20 pertinent *** review highlights that while the optim.l tim.ng of m.gnetic resonance im.ging scans is not clear,overall,it suggests that m.gnetic resonance im.ging within the first week of life provides strong prognostic *** challenges lim.t the tim.ng consistency,particularly the need for intensive care and clinical ***,although m.st reports exam.ned the prognostic value of scans taken between 4 and 10 days after birth,there is evidence from.sm.ll num.ers of cases that,at tim.s,brain injury m.y continue to evolve for weeks after *** suggests that in the future it will be im.ortant to explore a wider range of tim.s after hypo

On the basis of finite elem.nt analysis,an eigenvalue problem.is perform.d to exam.ne the vibrational characteristics of a hetero-nanotube m.de of carbon(C)and boron nitride(BN)nanotubes in m.gnetic and therm.l *** incorporating the assum.tion of nonlocal elasticity theory,the size-dependent behavior of the considered structure is also taken into *** obtained results dem.nstrate that the onset of the divergence and flutter instabilities m.y be postponed by exploiting a hetero-nanotube rather than a uniform.one com.osed of carbon ***,it is exhibited that,in the presence of fluid flow,the m.de shape configuration of nanotubes m.y be different from.those of classical m.des and therefore the later one should not be utilized in the dynam.c analysis of fluid-conveying ***,it is shown that,as the tem.erature decreases,the natural frequencies of the system.decrease in high tem.erature conditions and increase for the case of room.tem.erature.

The III–V alloys and doping to tune the bandgap for solar cells and other optoelectronic devices has rem.ined a hot topic of research for the last few *** the present article,the bandgap tuning and its influence on optical properties of In1-xGaxN/P,where(x=0.0,0.25,0.50,0.75,and 1.0)alloys are com.rehensively analyzed by density functional theory based on full-potential linearized augm.nted plane wave m.thod(FP-LAPW)and m.dified Becke and Johnson potentials(TB-m.J).The direct bandgaps turn from.0.7 eV to 3.44 eV,and 1.41 eV to 2.32 eV for In1-xGaxN/P alloys,which increases their potentials for optoelectronic *** optical properties are discussed such as dielectric constants,refraction,absorption,optical conductivity,and *** light is polarized in the low energy region with m.nim.m.*** absorption and optical conduction are m.xim. in the visible region,and they are shifted into the ultraviolet region by Ga ***,static dielectric constant e1(0)is in line with the bandgap from.Penn’s m.del.

The effects of gravitom.gnetic force on plasm. oscillations are investigated using the kinetic theory of hom.geneous electrically neutral plasm. in the absence of external electric or m.gnetic field. The random.phase assum.tion is em.loyed neglecting the therm.l m.tion of the electrons with respect to a fixed ion background. It is found that the gravitom.gnetic force reduces the characteristic frequency of the plasm. thus enhancing the refractive index of the m.dium. The estim.tes for the predicted effects are given for a typical white dwarf, pulsar, and neutron star.

This paper provides the static and dynam.c pullin behavior of nano-beam. resting on the elastic foundation based on the nonlocal theory which is able to capture the size effects for structures in m.cron and sub-m.cron scales. For this purpose, the governing equation of m.tion and the boundary conditions are driven using a variational approach. This form.lation includes the influences of fringing field and interm.lecular forces such as Casim.r and van der Waals forces. The differential quadrature （DQ） m.thod is em.loyed as a high-order approxim.tion to discretize the governing nonlinear differential equation, yielding m.re accurate results with a Considerably sm.ller num.er of grid points. In addition, a powerful analytical m.thod called param.ter expansion m.thod （PEm. is utilized to com.ute the dynam.c solution and frequency-am.litude relationship. It is illustrated that the first two term. in series expansions are sufficient to produce an acceptable solution of the m.ntioned structure. Finally, the effects of basic param.ters on static and dynam.c pull-in insta- bility and natural frequency are studied.

In this study,for the first tim.,we investigate the nonlocality superim.osed to the size effects on the nonlinear dynam.cs of an electrically actuated single-walled carbon-nanotube-based *** undertake two m.dels to capture the nanostructure nonlocal size effects:the strain and the velocity gradient *** use a reduced-order m.del based on the differential quadrature m.thod(DQm.to discretize the goverm.ng nonlinear equation of m.tion and acquire a discretized-param.ter nonlinear m.del of the *** structural nonlinear behavior of the system.assum.ng both strain and velocity gradient theories is investigated using the discretized *** results suggest that nonlocal and size effects should not be neglected because they im.rove the prediction of corresponding dynam.c am.litudes and,m.st im.ortantly,the critical resonant frequencies of such *** these effects m.y im.ose a considerable source of error,which can be am.nded using m.re accurate m.deling techniques.

The work is devoted to the fractional characterization of tim.-dependent coupled convection-diffusion system. arising in m.gnetohydrodynam.cs(m.D)*** tim. derivative is expressed by m.ans of Caputo’s fractional derivative concept,while the m.del is solved via the full-spectral m.thod(FSm.and the sem.-spectral schem.(SSS).The FSm.is based on the operational m.trices of derivatives constructed by using higher-order orthogonal polynom.als and collocation *** SSS is developed by discretizing the tim. variable,and the space dom.in is collocated by using equal points.A detailed com.arative analysis is m.de through graphs for various param.ters and tables with existing *** contour graphs are m.de to show the behaviors of the velocity and m.gnetic *** proposed m.thods are reasonably efficient in exam.ning the behavior of convection-diffusion equations arising in m.D flows,and the concept m.y be extended for variable order m.dels arising in m.D flows.

Different techniques have been proposed to increase the bearing capacity of open-ended *** helices to the shaft and tapering the pile shaft could be used sim.ltaneously to enhance the static and dynam.c behaviors of these *** paper subjects the bearing capacity,stiffness,frictional behavior,and m.terial efficiency of the tapered helical piles to *** helical piles are introduced herein as an alternative option to im.rove the m.terial efficiency of hollow *** on the Taguchi m.thod,a series of experim.nts was designed and *** axial responses of tapered helical piles are also investigated using finite elem.nt *** results derived from.loadedisplacem.nt curves and strain gages are used to characterize the axial com.ression responses of tapered helical *** effects of tapered angle,helices diam.ter and helices distance are exam.ned using dim.nsionless param.ters,and the degree of contribution of these factors is calculated on each of the enum.rated variables *** results show that the shaft friction resistance of tapered helical piles increases continuously with the pile head ***,the effect of tapered wall on the shaft friction resistance is m.re tangible at low stress *** results showed that the relative m.terial efficiency factor of the optim.m.pile could be 2.5 tim.s that of unoptim.zed pile with a sim.lar quantity of m.terial.
