Objective:To qualitatively evaluate the phytochemicals and quantitatively determine the heavy metals of three species of edible mushrooms collected from the Karak area of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa,***:The plant sample was subjected to methanolic *** extraction was then concentrated by using rotary *** methanolic extract was screened for the qualitative study of various phytochemicals and quantitative measurement of heavy ***:A maximum of phytochemicals were confirmed by carring out different *** the different phytochemicals,alkaloids,flavonoids,proteins and carbohydrates were found to be present in the extracts,while saponins and glycosides were not *** quantitative study of heavy metals was also conducted on the same extracts of the edible *** results suggested that iron was present in maximum concentration than all other metals and nickel was found to be present in little amount when compared with other *** the metals were found ***:The concentrations of heavy metals were investigated in the samples which were different in all *** presence of different phytochemicals in the mushroom is the key for its active biological profile.

The investigation of Sm-Ce doping on structure,conduction,and dielectric response of Bi_(2)Ca_(2-2x)Sm_(x)CexCoO_(6)(x=0.000,0.025,0.050,0.075)(BCSCCO)are *** the specimens were synthesized by a facile synthesis technique named the co-precipitation route.X-ray diffraction(XRD)reveals that BCSCCO crystallizes into one phase with space group P21/*** crystallite size,dislocation density,lattice parameters,lattice strain,unit cell volume,and bulk density were determined using XRD *** structural properties of Bi_(2)Ca_(2)CoO_(6)were examined using calculations based on the density functional *** and experimental values discrepancy is less than 1%.A scanning electron microscope was used for performing a microstructural *** SEM images demonstrate the homogeneous distribution of grains with a range of sizes(0.054-0.090μm).The alternating current(ac)conductivity,dielectric permittivity,and tangent loss were also studied as a function of frequency(20 Hz-3 MHz)at different temperatures(100-500℃).All synthesized samples were examined using non-linear Debye's function to determine their spreading factor and relaxation *** specimen with the lowest crystallite size(∼23 nm)exhibits a high dielectric permittivity(∼3.80×10^(6)).The conduction mechanism was examined in the studied samples with the use of Jonscher's power *** power law indicates that the BCSCCO(x=0.000,0.025)follows correlated barrier hopping,whereas the x=0.050 and 0.075 compositions follow non-overlapping polaron *** studied specimen Bi_(2)Ca_(1.9)0Sm_(0.05)0Ce_(0.05)_(0)CoO_(6)with the highest density(∼5.65 g/cm^(3))displays a high electrical conductivity(∼46.1 S/cm).These findings correspond to those published for ceramics made from calcium cobaltite using solid-state reactions(5.0-26.0 S/cm).

The potentials of rare earth-based nanocomposite alloys have never been realized due to strict microstructural *** to the easy demagnetization it is challenging to increase the soft magnetic phase *** avoid the easy demagnetization,Pr-Fe-B/Alnico magnets were fabricated and reported in this *** content of the Alnico phase is increased from 0 to 25 wt%,while the content of Pr element is reduced to below the sub-stoichiometry of the 2:14:1 main *** maximum magnetic energy product,which is the figure-of-merit for permanent magnets,is increased from 122 kJ/m~3 for the standard alloy to 146 kJ/m~3 for the alloy with 15 wt% Alnico which shows a significant improvement considering the fact that the Curie point of the magnet is also increased by~66 *** special microstructure contains distinctly and heterogeneously distributed 2:14:1 and Alnico *** dimensions of neither the 2:14:1 nor the Alnico phases meet the dimensional requirements of the nanocomposite magnets,but still the smooth demagnetization curves are noted for the *** behavior of effective anisotropy,the performance of the magnets in applied magnetic field and the magnetic interactions among the various constituent grains were quantitatively studied by reversible susceptibility,irreversible susceptibility and re coil loop *** study may provide some guiding principles for the development of nanocomposite magnetic alloys with excellent magnetic properties by using much less RE elements.

Objective:To investigate the possible risk factors among heart patients of Karak ***:Different questions were asked from the respondents regarding their educational level,stress taking,smoking,mode of medication and diabetic history.A total of 72 heart patients were included in this study with the confirmed medical history of myocardial disorder/heart attack either once or ***:It was revealed in this study that a high prevalence of heart attack was observed in respondents at secondary level of education i.e.73.33%.This was followed by the respondents at primary level of education having 63.64%heart patients and then respondents at postgraduate educational level having 61.11%heart *** number of heart patients were found at graduate group i.e.27.78%heart *** study revealed that stress takers were at a higher risk of heart attack,while nonstress takers were comparatively healthier than stress *** 83.33%stress taker respondents were heart patients,while 76.67%healthy respondents were nonstress *** study also revealed that smoking was a leading cause of cardiovascular diseases as 88.10%heart patients were either occasional smokers or chain smokers,while 66.67%nonsmokers were healthy with no symptoms of heart ***-medication was found an elevated cause of heart diseases as 76.19%heart patients had a history of ***:This practice was found low in healthy respondents where only 23.81%respondents had self-medication in their past *** was found the associated disease with the heart patients.

With the development of tourism at home and abroad,Rapeseed(Brassica napus)has become an important ornamental ***,its ornamental value at the inflorescence stage is greatly reduced by Sclerotinia *** of important genes in the defense responses is critical for molecular breeding,which is an important strategy for controlling the *** this study,we isolated a *** WRKY transcription factor gene,***75 was found to encode a nucleus-localized protein and exhibited relatively high expression in the *** thaliana transgenic plants expressing BnaWRKY75 showed enhanced resistance to ***,and both ProBnaWRKY75:GUS and gene expression analyses showed that BnaWRKY75 was highly responsive to *** infection,indicating the involvement of BnaWRKY75 in response to this ***,overexpression(OE)of BnaWRKY75 in *** significantly enhanced the resistance to ***,whereas the resistance was reduced in RNAi transgenic *** ***,the BnaWRKY75-OE *** plants exhibited constitutive activation of salicylic acid-,jasmonic acid-,and ethylene-mediated defense responses and the inhibition of both H_(2)O_(2)and O_(2)·^(-)accumulation in response to this *** contrast,BnaWRKY75-RNAi plants showed a reverse pattern,suggesting that BnaWRKY75 is involved in hormonal signaling pathways and in the control of reactive oxygen species *** conclusion,these data indicate that BnaWRKY75,a regulator of multiple defense responses,positively regulates resistance against ***,which may guide the improvement of resistance in rapeseed.

It is still a challenge to simultaneously enhance coercivity(H_(cj))and remanence(J_(r))of hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnet due to the coercivity-remanence trade-off ***,we achieved this balance between H_(cj)and Jr by flake Cu powder assisted DyF_(3)interflake *** Hcj increases from 1218 to 1496 kA/m and Jr increases from 1.32 to 1.34 T compared with the original *** show that the width of coarse grain layers reduces because of the introduction of flake Cu,which increases the contact areas of the adjacent grains at ribbon interfaces and suppresses the excessive growth of *** stronger degree of texture and higher density compared with the original magnet should take the responsibility for the increase of J_(r).Additionally,the aggregation regions of rare earth rich(RE-rich)phase reduce and the betterment of the microstructure is another reason for the enhancement of Jr in the flake Cu aided DyF_(3)hot-deformed *** strategy of using flake powder additives provides a promising method for optimizing microstructure and enhancing magnetic properties of hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets.
