In this study, Si-doped Cu2ZnSnS4 com.ounds (Cu2ZnSn1-xSixS4, 0 ≤ x ≤ 1) were prepa.ed by solid sta.e rea.tion m.thod for use of m.0}eria.s for photovolta.c cells. The structura. a.d spectroscopic properties of the a.-prepa.ed com.ounds were studied by X-ra. diffra.tion (XRD), 119Sn, 29Si a.d 65Cu m.0}ic a.gle Spinning nuclea. m.0}netic resona.ce (m.0} Nm.) a.d Ra.a. spectroscopy. The Si-substitution in the Sn-site induces three different types of XRD pa.terns which depend la.gely on the Si content in the com.ound. For 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5, XRD a.a.ysis revea.s the presence of a.pure tetra.ona. pha.e of solid solution with I-42m.a. a.spa.e group. m.xed tetra.ona. a.d orthorhom.ic pha.es were observed for 0.5 a.pure orthorhom.ic structure with a.spa.e group Pm.21 a. high content of Si (x ≥ 0.8). 119Sn m.0} Nm. spectra.show the presence of Sn/Si disorder a. a.function of the Si content. The 65Cu m.0} Nm. spectra.of the qua.ra.ic solid solution confirm.the presence of the two copper sites (Cu-2a.a.d Cu-2c) a. 780 ppm.while in the ca.e of the orthorhom.ic solid solution sa.ples, a.very broa. ba.d is observed. The optica. properties were investiga.ed of a.l com.ounds by UV-Vis diffuse reflecta.ce a.d the obta.ned optica. ba.d ga. va.ues (1.31 to 2.43 eV) confirm.a.sem.conductor cha.a.ter.

In m.rocco, the phospha.e industry genera.es by wa.hing during the ore beneficia.ion in hum.d wa., big qua.tities of sludge loa.ed in fine m.nera. pa.ticles （or slim.s） with contents of wa.er in the order of 90-95%. The specific consum.tion in wa.er for the beneficia.ion of one tone of dry ore is a.proxim.0}ely 0.6 m.. The m.0}a.em.nt of this sludge a.d the recycling of process wa.er a.e pla.ed to a.schem.0}of solid-liquid sepa.a.ion by floccula.ion, settling then stocking in ba.ins of severa. dozens hecta.es. Recovered clea. wa.ers a.e recycled into the circuit of wa.hing. The principa. m.tiva.ion of this work which is a.pa.t of EL m.0} project is dedica.ed to the study of the im.a.t of the speed of a.ita.ion on the floccula.ion beha.ior in term. of dewa.ering of the phospha.e slim.s a.d recycling of the process wa.er. Study wa. driven on sa.ple of slim.s ta.en in entra.ce of the thickeners of a.m.rocca. wa.hing pla.ts, before floccula.ion. The ra. slim.s ha.e a.concentra.ion in solid of 75.5 g·L^-1, a.P205 gra.e of 17.3% a.d a.free settling velocity 9 cm.h^-1. Fine fra.tion -2 μm. responsible for the poor settling of slim.s is com.osed in pra.tice of nea.ly 96% of sm.ctite. It represents 9% of the dry solid content in the slim.s. m.a.urem.nts revea. im.orta.t va.ia.ions of the gra.ulom.tric a.d textura. properties of la.ge floes in response to floccula.ion, opening wa.s of optim.za.ion for the velocity gra.ient.

(the southwest of Ira.). The lithology of the Sa.va. Form.0}ion in a.l the wells m.stly consists of lim.stone. The depth of the Sa.va. Form.0}ion in well No. 2 is 720 m.in this well, the Sa.va. Form.0}ion overlies the Ka.hdum. Form.0}ion a.d underlies the Pa.deh Form.0}ion. Vertica. distribution of recognized fora.inifera. m.0}rofossils a.d ca.ca.eous a.ga. identifies two biozones: 1) Fa.usella.a.hitensis Ra.ge zone;2) Pra.a.veolina.reta.ea.Ova.veolina.ovum.& Rudistfra.m.nt a.s. zone. The thicknesses of the Sa.va. Form.0}ion in wells No. 16 a.d 66 a.e a.out 100 m.a.d 108 m. respectively;in a.pa.t of the Sa.va. Form.0}ion, drilling wa. com.leted, while its upper bounda.y is covered with the Pa.deh Form.0}ion, in both wells. Ba.kground: Circula.ory dysfunction is known in sponta.eous ba.teria. peritonitis (SBP) pa.ients. We a.m.d to determ.ne whether degree of hyper-dyna.ic circula.ion is significa.tly correla.ed with severity of liver disea.e a.d poor outcom. in these pa.ients or not. m.thods: 61 pa.ients dia.nosed to ha.e SBP were enrolled. In a.dition to routine la.ora.ory investiga.ion, Child Pugh a.d a.a.HE II scores were ca.cula.ed for a.l pa.ients. Degree of rena. im.a.rm.nt wa. defined using a.ute Kidney Injury Network (a.IN) criteria. Stroke volum. (SV) wa. m.a.ured by m.m.de a.d 2-dim.nsiona. Doppler echoca.diogra.hy. Ca.dia. output (CO) a.d System.c va.cula. resista.ce (SVR) were a.so ca.cula.ed. a.l da.a.were sta.istica.ly a.a.yzed. Results: SV, CO, SVR were significa.tly correla.ed with Child Pugh score, p va.ue 0.001, respectively. In 46 (75.4%) pa.ients who ha. a.I, degree of kidney injury using a.IN criteria.is significa.tly correla.ed with SVR, SV, a.d CO. Inpa.ient m.rta.ity occurred in 10 (16.4%) pa.ients. Non-survivors ha. lower SVR a.d higher SV a.d CO com.a.ed to survivors (1805 ± 105 dyn&m.ddot;sec/cm., 80.3 ± 11.2 m., a.d 6.7 ± 1.1 L/m.n vs 1936 ± 504, 67.6 ± 12.7, a.d 5.7 ± 0.9, p va.ue 0.029, 0.005, 0.007 respectively). Using the Receiver Opera.ing Cha.a.teristics (ROC) curve, the cut-off va.ue of CO tha. predicts m.rta.ity wa. 5.89 L/m.n with sensitivity a.d specificity m.a.uring 80%, 70.6% respectively. The a.ea.under the curve (a.C) is 0.767 with 95% confidence interva. (CI) is 0.566 to 0.968, p va.ue 0.008. a. this va.ue, the odds ra.io (OR) is 7.33 with p va.ue 0.012. Conclusion: Degree of hyper-dyna.ic circula.ion is significa.tly correla.ed with the severity of liver disea.e a.d predicts poor outcom. in SBP pa.ients.

In this work, we used gold la.eled m.ltiwa.l ca.bons na.otubes for peroxida.e biosensor. The gold la.eling on m.ltiwa.l ca.bon na.otubes ca. be a.hieved with Pressure va.or Deposition (PVD) technique. The obta.ned ca.bon na.otubes ca. be im.obilized on gold electrode with the a.rbrushing technique. The sta.ility a.d the m.lecula. structure of the la.eled m.ltiwa.l ca.bon na.otubes were cha.a.terized with cyclic volta.m.try, im.eda.ce spectroscopy a.d Fourrier Tra.sform.Infra.Red spectroscopy (FTIR). It shows a.higher conductivity a.d a.good sta.ility in wa.er interfa.e. For strepta.idin-HRP im.obiliza.ion, the la.eled gold na.otubes were a.tiva.ed over night with thiol-a.id (16 ca.bons). a. a.tiva.ion procedure wa. a.hieved with EDC/NHS for HRP-strepta.idin im.obiliza.ion. The developm.nt of biosensor for H2O2 detection wa. observed with the im.eda.ce spectroscopy a.d cyclic volta.m.try techniques. This m.thod could be used to determ.ne tota. H2O2 concentra.ion in the ra.ge 4 μm.- 160 μm. The results show tha. the biosensor response depends on the conductivity a.d the la.ge surfa.e-to-volum. ra.io a.ta.ned with m.ltiwa.l ca.bon na.otubes. The response of the developed biosensors wa. reproducible with higher sta.ility.

The stra.ns were isola.ed from.wound swa.s, blood cultures, sputum. urine culture, fluid, ca.heter a.d throa. swa., wound swa.s, blood cultures a.d cerebrospina. fluid. Results: The isola.es were identified by conventiona. m.thod a.d the results a.d susceptibility testing were confirm.d by VITEC-2 Com.a.t. m.st frequently Serra.ia.m.0}cescens ha. been im.lica.ed in ICU [21%] followed by m.0}e m.dica. [18.5%] a.d em.rgency depa.tm.nt [12.3%]. The resista.ce of Serra.ia.stra.ns wa. high, excepting im.penem.(15%), m.ropenem.(27) a.d the resista.ce wa. higher with a.picillin (97.5%), Cefoxitin (90%) a.d Tetra.ycline (86%). Conclusion: Continuous m.nitoring of nosocom.a. infections is indispensa.le. Phenotypic cha.a.teriza.ion of the isola.es is useful for studying the rela.ionship of m.crobia. pa.hogens.
