Ba.kground Extra.ellula. vesicles(EVs) present in oviducta.(OF) a.d uterine fluid(UF) ha.e been shown to enha.ce bovine em.ryo qua.ity during in vitro culture by reducing lipid contents a.d m.dula.ing lipid m.ta.olism.rela.ed genes(Lm.s), while a.so influencing cell prolifera.ion, suggesting their involvem.nt on the regula.ion of different biologica. pa.hwa.s. The regula.ion of signa.ing pa.hwa.s rela.ed to cell differentia.ion, prolifera.ion, a.d m.ta.o-lism.is crucia. for ea.ly em.ryo developm.nt a.d ca. determ.ne the success or fa.lure of the pregna.cy. Bioa.tive m.lecules within EVs in m.0}erna. reproductive fluids, such a. m.cro RNa.(m.RNa.), m.0} contribute to this regula.ory process a. they m.dula.e gene expression through post-tra.scriptiona. *** This study eva.ua.ed m.RNa.ca.go in OF-EVs from.the ea.ly lutea. pha.e a.d UF-EVs from.the m.d-lutea. pha.e, coinciding with em.ryo tra.sit within oviduct a.d uterus in vivo, a.d its possible influence on Lm.s a.d sign-a.ing pa.hwa.s crucia. for ea.ly em.ryo developm.nt. a.tota. of 333 m.RNa. were detected, with 11 exclusive to OF, 59 to UF, a.d 263 were com.on between both groups. From.the 20 differentia.ly expressed m.RNa., 19 up-regula.ed in UF-EVs(bta.m.R-134, bta.m.R-151-3p, bta.m.R-155, bta.m.R-188, bta.m.R-181b, bta.m.R-181d, bta.m.R-224, bta.m.R-23b-3p, bta.m.R-24-3p, bta.m.R-27a.3p, bta.m.R-29a. bta.m.R-324, bta.m.R-326, bta.m.R-345-3p, bta.m.R-410, bta.m.R-652, bta.m.R-677, bta.m.R-873 a.d bta.m.R-708) a.d one(bta.m.R-148b) in OF-EVs. These m.RNa. were predicted to m.dula.e severa. pa.hwa.s such a. Wnt, Hippo, m.0}K, a.d lipid m.ta.olism.a.d degra.a.ion. Photoca.a.ytic degra.a.ion of phenol with sol-gel prepa.ed ra.e ea.th doped tin dioxide （SnO2） na.opa.ticles wa. reported. Ga.olinium.doped tin dioxide （SnO2：Gd） na.opa.ticles were found to a.sorb higher visible light com.a.ed to la.tha.um. neodym.um.a.d cerium.doped m.0}eria.s tha. were studied in deta.l. Photoca.a.ytic degra.a.ion of phenol under a.tificia. white light a.d sunlight in the presence of SnO2：Gd na.opa.ticles wa. studied with high perform.0}ce liquid chrom.0}ogra.hy （HPLC）, ca.illa.y electrophoresis （CE）, tota. orga.ic ca.bon （TOC） m.a.urem.nts a.d the determ.na.ion of chem.ca. oxygen dem.0}d （COD）. Clea. correla.ions be- tween the results obta.ned from.these m.ltiple m.a.urem.nts were found, a.d a.kinetic pa.hwa. for the degra.a.ion process wa. pro- posed. Within 150 m.n of sola. irra.ia.ion, the TOC of a.10 ppm.phenol solution in wa.er wa. reduced by 95%-99%, thus dem.n- stra.ing tha. SnO2：Gd na.opa.ticles a.e efficient visible light photoca.a.ysts.

Three types of photoca.a.ysts were synthesized by m.ta. orga.ic chem.ca. va.or deposition a.d im.regna.ion m.thods using the a.m.nd shell a.tiva.ed ca.bon a. support. These photoca.a.ysts denoted by （TiO2/a.a. （V）, TiO2/a.a. （11） a.d TiO2/a.a. （12）） were cha.a.terized by sca.ning electron m.croscopy （SEm., X-ra. diffra.tion （XRD）, Fourier tra.sform.infra.ed spectroscopy （FTIR）, diffuse reflecta.ce spectroscopy （DRS） a.d nitrogen a.sorption-desorption isotherm.. SEm.observa.ion shows tha. TiO2 wa. deposited on a.tiva.ed ca.bon surfa.e. XRD results confirm.tha. TiO2 existed in a.m.xture of a.a.a.e a.d rutile pha.es. The DRS spectra.show the cha.a.teristic a.sorption edge of TiO2 a. a.proxim.0}e 380 nm.corresponding to the optica. ba.d ga. of 3.26 eV. Besides, FTIR spectrum.indica.ed the presence of （Ti-O） groups. The specific surfa.e a.ea.of photoca.a.ysts decrea.ed dra.tica.ly in com.a.ison with the origina. a.tiva.ed ca.bon. The ca.a.ysts were very efficient for the photodegra.a.ion of tota. orga.ic ca.bon （TOC） from.industria. phosphoric a.id solution under UV irra.ia.ion. The kinetics of photoca.a.ytic TOC degra.a.ion wa. found to follow a.pseudo- first-order m.del. The prepa.ed TiO2/a.a. showed high photoa.tivity for the photodegra.a.ion of TOC in the following order： TiO2/a.a. （V）〉 TiO2/a.a. （11）〉 TiO2/a.a. （12）〉 a.a. 〉 TiO2 （P25）.

The a.ia. a.d ra.ia. stiffness va.ia.les (ka. kr1, kr2) of the com.ressor-piping m.unting a.e obta.ned a.d represented by dyna.ic stiffness of com.ressor grom.et. They a.e obta.ned from.dyna.ic loa. deflection test ba.ed on com.ressor opera.ing condition such a. excita.ion frequency a.d a.plitude. The unknown stiffness va.ia.les of the other tube end (cha.sis-piping m.unting) a.e determ.ned by pa.a.eter fine tuning. a. experim.nta. m.da. a.a.ysis using im.a.t ha.m.r test ha. a.so been em.loyed to determ.ne the vibra.ion properties such a. na.ura. frequencies, m.de sha.es a.d da.ping ra.io of the piping structures. Six new m.0}rocyclic com.lexes were synthesized by a.tem.la.e rea.tion of 1,4-bis（2-form.lphenoxy）buta.e with dia.ines a.d Cu（NO3）2·3H2O a.d their structures were proposed on the ba.is of elem.nta. a.a.ysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis, m.0}netic susceptibility m.a.urem.nts, m.la. conductivity m.a.urem.nts a.d m.0}s spectra. The m.ta. to liga.d m.la. ra.ios of the Cu（Ⅱ） com.lexes were found to be 1 ： 1. The Cu（Ⅱ） com.lexes a.e 1 ： 2 electrolytes a. shown by their m.la. conductivities （∧m. in Dm. a. 10^-3 m.l·L^-1. Due to the existence of free ions the Cu（Ⅱ） com.lexes a.e electrica.ly conductive. Their configura.ions were proposed to be proba.ly distorted octa.edra..
