Geochemistry of sandstone Type Uranium Deposit in Tarat Formation from Tim-Mersoi Basin in Northern Niger (West Africa): Implication on Provenance, Paleo-Redox and Tectonic setting

The study aimed at investigating the geochemistry of a sandstone-type uranium deposit in Tarat formation for provenance, paleo-redox, tectonic setting in order to propose a geological model of uranium. X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and Induced Coupled Plasma Mass spectrometry (ICP-Ms) analyses were used to determine the sandstone composition. Major, trace and rare earth element compositions of the sandstones have been investigated to determine their provenance, tectonic setting and the influence of weathering conditions. Field studies of Tarat formation revealed that a major accident N30° that can be interpreted as an extension of the Austriche accident ensures the controls of Tarat sedimentation and mineralization deposits and the presence oxidized zone and reduced zone indicate the direction of circulation of the mineralized fluids from West to East. The uranium mineralization is disseminated as pitchblende that gives a yellow color to the sandstone while, molybdenum mineralization gives a blue color to the sandstone. Results of the Geochemical analysis indicate that the sandstone-type uranium deposit of Taratis classified into Protoquarzite (i.e. lithearenite and sublitharenite), arkose, subarkose, wacke and quartz arenite and varied in their maturity. Their Rare Earth Elements (REE) pattern displays high light REE over heavy REE, flat HREE and a significant negative Eu and Ce anomalies and in general correlated well with the NAsC and PAAs average composition. The source area may have contained quartzose sedimentary rocks. The geochemical data support deposition in reducing environment of arid to humid climatic conditions rich in organic matter affected by passive margin (PM) tectonic setting and the sediments are derived from felsic and mafic source rocks. Phosphorus Based Ceramics for Positive Electrode synthesis and Characterization

Historically, the LiCoO2 is the most used as active material for battery positive electrode because of its great potential (3.7 - 4.2 V), its interesting specific capacity (150 mA·h·g-1) and its excellent life cycle [1] 08D0C9EA79F9BACE118C8200AA004BA90B02000000080000000E0000005F005200650066003300390038003500370036003700340032000000 . However, its toxicity, the cobalt cost and its structural instability oriented research towards new materials more stable that can replace it. In another context, hybrid, electrical vehicles and communication (computers and mobile phones...) have increased the scientific and technological research for new materials capable of storing and return energy through a system called accumulator. And research has identified the phosphate olivine structure as the most prolific ceramic material for positive electrode. LiFePO4 is a promising cathode material for Lithium-ion batteries. It provides high thermal stability and is synthesized using low cost materials. Unfortunately LiFePO4 suffers from a low electrical conductivity, which is harmful to its electrochemical performance. Decreasing the particle size, coating the particles with carbon or doping with metal atoms can increase the conductivity of the material. In this paper, we present the synthesis, physico-chemical and electrical characterization of lithium and iron doped Al-phosphorrus-based ceramic. The NPK Fertiliser was used as Al and phosphorus precursors. The powder XRD spectrum shows a possible presence of LiFePO4 and Fe2(PO)3 in theheterostrcture. An important quantity of Al is found by EDX spectra which supposed that the most important based atom is Aluminum and not Phosphorus. This can explain the increase of the conductivity value 102 times more important than those found in the literature for LiFePO4.

水驱开发后油藏的剩余油饱和度较高,为提高原油采收率各种采油技术应运而生。其中泡沫驱技术由于成本低、环保的原因,应用广泛,而泡沫性能和作用效果是泡沫驱技术的重点问题。论文研究了低频振动对提高泡沫性能的作用机理,并分析了低频振动对泡沫驱提高原油采收率的影响。首先通过岩心驱替实验,分析了低频振动对地层中水驱渗流规律、储层岩石性质和原油粘度的影响。实验所用泡沫体系由分子量为500万和1000万的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和表面活性剂BK-6组成。在泡沫溶液样品制备中,使用浓度为0.5%的表面活性剂和0.15%的聚合物(HPAM),和模拟的地层水(含Na Cl:70%,Ca Cl:12%,Mg Cl?6HO:18%)。研究了低频振动影响泡沫性能的作用机理,主要包括:振动对静态泡沫体系性能的影响以及振动对动态泡沫体系堵塞性能的影响。通过泡沫综合值和半衰期测试,进行静态泡沫体系的发泡性能和稳定性评价;通过最大阻力系数和最大阻力系数有效期测试,进行动态泡沫封堵性能和稳定性评价。开展低频振动条件下的泡沫驱实验,将0.15PV的泡沫液和0.45PV的氮气,分三轮次注入填砂管模型中,每次注入0.05PV的泡沫液和0.15PV的氮气,对泡沫驱的EOR效率进行了评价。当泡沫在多孔介质中被破坏时,泡沫驱过程即变为表面活性剂驱过程。因此,开展了低频振动条件下的表面活性剂驱油实验,分析了低频振动对表活剂驱洗油效率和表面活性剂的乳化性能、动态吸附、扩散性能,以及提高原油采收率的效果影响。实验结果表明,低频振动能够改善储层岩石渗透率、油水相对渗透率、储层岩石润湿性,并降低毛管压力和原油粘度,故可提高原油水驱采收率;静态泡沫体系的发泡性能和稳定性在最佳振动频率和加速度下得到优化,振动时间对动态泡沫封堵的最大阻力系数没有影响,但是振动时间越长,泡沫的稳定性就越好,振动的频率和加速度对最大阻力系数和最大阻力系数的有效期有影响,但其适用参数需在油田应用实践中具体优化;低频振动条件下,泡沫调驱和表面活性剂驱提高采收率的效果均得到提高。

Gallbladder Carcinoma of the Thyroid Revealed by an Acute Festered Thyroiditis: A Literature study about a Case

The cutaneous extension of gallbladder thyroid carcinoma is uncommon and is among the aggressive forms of the disease. We are reporting the case of a woman of 54 that shows acute festered thyroiditis worsened by a necrotic ulcer wound on the skin lasting 3 weeks amid a big neglected hetero-multinodular goitre, evolving since 20 years. The anatomopathological test showed a gallbladder thyroid carcinoma of the thyroid with severe inflammation. The treatment consisted of a complete thyroidectomy with recurrent bilateral dredging. There was a favourable evolution. Gallbladder carcinoma, in its aggressive aspect, may be linked to the occurrence of acute festered thyroiditis. Therefore, the prognosis of our patient was favourable.

员工的工作积极性对提升员工绩效以及公司生产率至关重要。缺乏工作积极性的员工会对公司带来损失。因此,研究影响员工工作绩效的激励因素将有助于帮助管理者及时发现业绩低效的原因,从而避免不必要的损失。对本文分析了激励员工的各种因素,以及这些因素对他们的工作绩效产生的影响。为了回答（1）激励员工的因素是什么?（2）工作积极的员工是否更有效率?（3）缺乏工作积极性的员工是否会阻碍组织的成长?（4）为什么公司应该在员工满意度上投入更多?等四个问题。本文以吉布提CAC International Bank的员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和面对面访谈法。通过对调研结果的整理和分析发现三个因素对员工的绩效影响最大。促使员工更加努力工作的动机因素是奖金,工作晋升和贷款便利。这三个因素会使员工变得更加高效,因为他们为了获得奖金、工作晋升机会和贷款便利而更加努力地工作。本文同时发现银行应区别使用不同激励因素,以促使其员工表现更好。研究表明,银行要特别注意激励因素在实际应用中的效果,因为有一少部分雇员认为这些激励因素与工作绩效无关。此时银行实施这些激励因素就可以视为公司的运作成本,因为实施这些激励因素并没有提升绩效水平。银行应认识到劳动力动机对其员工创造力的影响,减少对这些因素的忽视的做法,减轻员工对可能获取的福利或实际收入的担忧。银行的人力资源部门应该建立评估体系评估对激励因素对员工产生的影响进行全面评价,因为根据激励因素制定的相关策略会对参与员工的福祉和组织的成就产生影响。

Contribution to the study of Paleoproterozoic Materials for the Improvement of social Housing in the Kedougou Region: Case of Mako Andesitic Meta-Tuffs

The objective of this project is the valorization of Mako andesitic volcanic tuffs for use in social housing in the Kedougou region. To achieve these objectives, a geotechnical characterization of the tuff samples was carried out and the geopolymerization stabilization was adopted for the manufacture of bricks. These bricks stabilized by an alkaline activation offer compressive strengths that exceed the threshold value (2.9 MPa) set by the standard (NF P14-304). The best compressive strengths (12.14 MPa) and flexural tensile strengths (5.43 MPa) are obtained in the series of bricks made with 35% of the mass of a solution of caustic soda at 12 molars concentration with a curing temperature cooking of 185°C and an average absorbance of 13.21%.

Tomato(solanum lycopersicum)is one of the most important vegetable crops in the world and abiotic stresses often cause serious problems in tomato *** is thus important to identify new regulators in stress response and to devise new approaches to promote stress tolerance in *** studies have shown that small secreted peptides(ssPs)are important signal molecules regulating plant growth and stress response by mediating intercellular ***,little is known about tomato ssPs,especially their roles in responding to abiotic *** we report the identification of 1,050 putative ssPs in the tomato genome,557 of which were classified into 38 known ssP families based on their conserved *** and transcriptome analyses revealed that a large proportion of slssPs might be involved in abiotic stress *** analysis indicated that stress response related cis-elements were present on the slCEP promotors and a number of slCEPs were significantly upregulated by drought *** the drought-inducible slCEPs,slCEP10 and slCEP11b were selected for further analysis via exogenous application of synthetic *** results showed that treatments with both slCEP10 and slCEP11b peptides enhanced tomato drought stress tolerance,indicating the potential roles of slssPs in abiotic stress response.

Background: Thrombospondin-1span> (TSP1) is associated with atherosclerosis in animals with diabetes mellitus (DM), but the precise role of TSP-1 in human atherosclerosis remains unknown. Objectives: To investigate serum thrombospondin1 level in patients with coronary artery disease with and without type 2 DM and its relationship to coronary artery scoring systems. Methods: The study comprised 180 patients recruited from those underwent coronary angiography for suspected coronary artery disease (CAD) was approved by Institutional Review Board and Institutional Ethical Committee for Human Research of menoufia university hospital. They were divided according to presence of CAD and type 2 DM into 4 groups: Group I (n = 44 patients): Non diabetic subjects without CAD, Group II (n = 40 patients): Diabetic patients without CAD, Group III (n = 49 patients): Non diabetic patients with CAD and Group IV (n = 47 patients): Diabetic patients with CAD. Serum level of TSP-1 was measured in all groups and coronary artery scoring analysis was done. Results: Serum TSP-1 levels were higher in patients with CAD and DM than in other groups (P 0.01) while the levels of serum TSP-1 in diabetic patients without CAD and non-diabetic patients with CAD didn’t show significant difference. Diabetes Ketoacidosis in Pregnancy: A Retrospective study from the Teaching Hospital of Pikine

Introduction: Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) in pregnancy is rare but associated with maternal and foetal morbidity and mortality. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the epidemiological, diagnostic, and prognostic characteristics of DKA in pregnant women in Dakar hospitals and to study the predictive factors of its occurrence. Methods: This retrospective study was conducted from January 2013 to January 2021 in the Internal Medicine/ Endocrinology-Diabetology-Nutrition and Gynaecology-Obstetrics departments of the National University Hospital Centre in Pikine, senegal. Medical files of all pregnant women hospitalised for DKA during this period were collected. Results: A total of 10 patients were included in the study. Average age was 30.9 years. Two patients with unplanned pregnancies had pre-gestational diabetes mellitus (pre-GDM) and did not have regular diabetic follow-up. Among the 8 patients with GDM, risk factors for GDM were found in 7 women, and three had a history of GDM. Blood glucose levels were >1.02 and >11 g/L for these two groups, respectively. None of the women had been systematically screened for GDM between 24 and 28 gestational weeks. signs of ketosis were present: 6 patients had Kussmaul dyspnea and one patient had a Glasgow Coma score of 10/15. The precipitating factor was infection in three patients. Two patients had pre-eclampsia. The evolution of DKA was favourable in all patients. For pregnancy outcomes: 4 cases of intrauterine foetal death were recorded, 2 women carried their pregnancy to term, a woman gives birth prematurely and 3 patients were lost to follow-up. Conclusion: DKA during pregnancy is rare in Dakar hospitals but health risk increases with the lack of screening for GDM in pregnant women, follow-up in a specialised environment, and pregnancy planning in diabetic patients. The obstetrical prognosis is poor for GDM patients, with a high rate of foetal death in utero.
