Improvement of (Eruca sativa Mill) yield, oil, chemical constituents and antioxidant activity utilizing a by-product of yeast production (CMs) with zinc and boron under salinity stress conditions

The impact of low-quality irrigation water on plant development has garnered significant attention from researchers. In light of this, two field experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance, yield, oil production and composition, as well as active constituents of Rocket(Eruca sativa Mill) cultivated in calcareous soil under saline water irrigation. Foliar sprays containing condensed molasses soluble(CMs), zinc(Zn), and boron(B) alone or in combination were used for irrigation. The data obtained from measuring various parameters of Rocket following foliar spraying with CMs, Zn, B or their combinations demonstrated that most treatments resulted in a significant increase in these parameters. The highest values for most measurements were observed when foliar application included all three components(CMs + Zn + B), resulting in a seed yield of 184.6 g/m2and an oil content of 675.3 kg/ha. Compared to the control group, the macronutrient content of N, P, K, Mg, and Ca increased by 34.4%, 56%, 42%, 45%, and 39% respectively in the seeds treated with these ***, carbohydrates, proteins, phenolics flavonoids, and antioxidants showed increases of 24%, 34%,21%, 43%, and 28% respectively compared to the control group. Gas-liquid chromatography analysis identified ten components present in the seed oil characterized by higher unsaturated fatty acids ranging from 81.28% to92.28% and lower saturated fatty acids ranging from 6.72% to 8.21%. Therefore, foliar spray application including CMs, zinc, and boron can help alleviate salinity effects on Rocket plants grown under saline water irrigation conditions while improving growth, yield, oil production, and nutritional content such as total carbohydrates, proteins, and macronutrients levels.

This paper introduces an Improved RC6(IRC6)cipher for data encryption based on data-dependent *** proposed scheme is designed with the potential of meeting the needs of the Advanced Encryption standard(AEs).Four parameters are used to characterize the proposed *** parameters are the size of the word(w)in bits,the number of rounds(r),the length of the secret key(b)in bytes,and the size of the block(L)in *** main feature of IRC6 is the variable number of working registers instead of just four registers as in RC6,resulting in a variable block size for plaintext and *** IRC6 cipher is designed to improve the robustness against attacks by increasing the diffusion for each round and providing greater security with fewer *** effectiveness of the proposed IRC6 scheme is verified against theoretical *** proposed IRC6 scheme depends on full diffusion and confusion mechanisms regardless of the utilized block *** proposed IRC6 scheme saves 70%of the encryption time and 64%of the decryption time of *** simulation results prove that the IRC6 achieves a better encryption/decryption time compared to the ***,the proposed IRC6 is anticipated to fulfill the market needs and system security requirements.

A comparative study of liquid and solid inner contact roxatidine acetate ion-selective electrode membranes

A comparative study was conducted using two designs of a roxatidine acetate （ROX）-selective electrode; a conventional liquid inner contact called electrode A and a graphite-coated solid contact called electrode 13. The fabrication of electrodes was based on roxatidine-tetraphenylborate （ROX-TPB） as an ion-association complex in a PVC matrix using different plasticizers. Electrode A has a linear dynamic range of 2.2 ×10^-5 mol/L to 1.0 ×10^-2 mol/L, with a Nernstian slope of 54.7 mV/decade and a detection limit of 1.4 ×10^-6 mol/L. Electrode B shows linearity over the concentration range of 1.0×10^-6 mol/L to 1.0×10^-2 tool/L, with a Nernstian slope of 51.2 mV/decade and a limit of detection of 1.1×10^7 mol/L which is remarkably improved as a result of diminishing ion fluxes in this solid contact, ion-selective electrode. The proposed sensors display useful analytical characteristics for the determination of ROX in bulk powder and its pharmaceutical formulation. The present electrodes show clear discrimination of ROX from several inorganic, organic ions, sugars, some common drug excipients and the degradation product （3-[3-（1-piperidinyl methyl） phenoxy] propyl amine） of ROX. Furthermore, the proposed electrodes were utilized for the determination of ROX in human plasma, where electrode B covers drug Cmax which indicated its applicability to pharmacokinetic, bioavailability and bioequivalent studies. The results obtained by the proposed electrodes were statistically analyzed and compared with those obtained by a reported HPLC method. No significant difference for either accuracy or precision was observed.

This paper answers three essential questions for audio speech cryptosystems in time and discrete transform *** first question is,what are the best values of sub-keys that must be used to get the best quality and security for the audio cryptosystem in time and discrete transform *** second question is the relation between the number of sub-keys,the number of secret keys used,and the audio speech signal block’s ***,how many possible secret keys can be used to get the best quality and security results for the audio speech cryptosystem in time and discrete transform *** audio cryptosystem discussed before in recent research is applied to answer the three previous *** simulation results and analysis answer all three questions;first,there is no specific,well-defined format or rule for sub-key values that must be used to get a better *** the second question,yes,there is a direct relationship between the number of applicable keys,number of available sub-keys,and block size of speech audio signal and formulated into a first-order *** the third question,each discrete transform domain has a specific acceptable range of sub-keys that imply a particular number of keys that can be used to get a better cryptosystem.

Intelligent Multiclass skin Cancer Detection Using Convolution Neural Networks

The worldwide mortality rate due to cancer is second only to cardiovascular *** discovery of image processing,latest artificial intelligence techniques,and upcoming algorithms can be used to effectively diagnose and prognose cancer faster and reduce the mortality *** applying these latest techniques has increased the survival chances during recent *** research community is making significant continuous progress in developing automated tools to assist dermatologists in decision *** datasets used for the experimentation and analysis are IsBI 2016,IsBI 2017,and HAM *** this work pertained models are used to extract the efficient *** pertained models applied are ResNet,InceptionV3,and classical feature extraction *** that,efficient preprocessing is conducted on dermoscopic images by applying various data augmentation ***,for classification,convolution neural networks were *** classify dermoscopic images on HAM 1000 Dataset,the maximum attained accuracy is 89.30%for the proposed *** other parameters for measuring the performance attained 87.34%(sen),86.33%(Pre),88.44%(F1-s),and 11.30%false-negative rate(FNR).The class with the highest TP rate is 97.6%for Melanoma;whereas,the lowest TP rate was for the Dermatofibroma *** dataset IsBI2016,the accuracy achieved is 97.0%with the proposed classifier,whereas the other parameters for validation are 96.12%(sen),97.01%(Pre),96.3%(F1-s),and further 3.7%(FNR).For the experiment with the IsBI2017 dataset,sen,Pre,F1-s,and FNR were 93.9%,94.9%,93.9%,and 5.2%,respectively.

Enhancing Cancer Classification through a Hybrid Bio-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm for Biomarker Gene selection

Bitter gourd extract improves glucose homeostasis and lipid profile via enhancing insulin signaling in the liver and skeletal muscles of diabetic rats

Objective:To investigate the modulatory effects of bitter gourd extract on the insulin signaling pathway in the liver and skeletal muscle tissues of diabetic ***:The ethanolic extract of bitter gourd was prepared and its contents of total polyphenols and flavonoids were assayed.A neonatal streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model was established and the diabetic rats were assigned into different groups and were treated with different doses of bitter gourd extract(100,200,400,or 600 mg/kg)or with glibenclamide(0.1 mg/kg)for 30 *** blood glucose,insulin,and lipid profile were evaluated and the insulin signaling pathway in the liver and skeletal muscle of rats was *** correlations between homeostasis model assessment(HOMA)and the components of insulin signaling pathway were also ***:Different doses of bitter gourd extract significantly ameliorated fasting blood glucose level and HOMA index for insulin ***,bitter gourd extract increased serum insulin and improved disrupted serum lipid *** levels of insulin receptor substrate-1(IRs-1),p-insulin receptorβ(p-IR-β),protein kinase C(PKC),GLUT2,and GLUT4 were improved by treatment with bitter gourd *** best results were obtained with 400 mg/kg dose of the extract,the effect of which was equivalent to that of *** in the bitter gourd treated rats was negatively correlated with p-IR-β,IRs-1 and PKC in hepatic and skeletal *** was also negatively correlated with skeletal muscle ***:Bitter gourd extract improves glucose homeostasis and lipid profile in diabetic rats via enhancement of insulin secretion and ***,bitter gourd can be used as a potential pharmacological agent for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Diverse features of magnetization curves of uniaxial crystals：A simulation study

We present a simulation of the magnetization curves, energy, probability, and torque landscapes of uniaxial systems with up to five anisotropy constants. The total energy used in the simulation is the sum of the anisotropy and Zeeman energies. The exchange interaction is not considered in the present work in which we treat single-domain-particle systems within a classical mechanics-based model. Diverse features of the calculated magnetization curves are highlighted for the studied systems. These diverse features are strongly dependent on the sign and magnitude of the simulation *** model is versatile enough to handle both hypothetical and real material systems, e.g. HoFe（11）Ti and Y2Co（17）.
