The objective of this research was to identify levels of heat shock protein 70 （Hsp 70）, total im.unoglobulin E （IgE） and m.trix m.talloproteinase-9 （m.P-9） before and after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） surgery. Hsp 70, IgE, m.P-9, creatine phosphokinase-m. （CPK-m.）, and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） levels were m.asured in norm.l subjects （n = 20）, and in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris who were referred for elective CABG, before and after perform.ng CABG-surgery （n = 20）. Com.ared with norm.l subjects, increased Hsp 70 and IgE levels, unchanged m.P-9 level, and activities of CPK-m. and LDH were found in the pre-operative patient group. Hsp 70 and IgE levels in the post-operative period were significantly reduced when com.ared to pre-operative period. Hsp 70 and IgE m.ght be used as m.rkers for detection of early m.nor m.ocardial dam.ge, and coronary insufficiency with less overt dam.ge than m.ocardial infarction, as significant changes in their levels appear before occurrence of in any changes in the levels of m.P-9, CPK-m. and LDH. Besides, Hsp 70, and IgE returning to the norm.l levels after CABG surgery, suggest that they could be helpful to evaluate the effect of CABG surgery.

With the innovation of m.croelectronics technology, the heat dissipation problem.inside the device will face a severe test. In this work, cellulose aerogel(CA) with highly enhanced therm.l conductivity(TC) in vertical planes was successfully obtained by constructing a vertically aligned silicon carbide nanowires(SiC NWs)/boron nitride(BN) network via the ice tem.late-assisted strategy. The unique network structure of SiC NWs connected to BN ensures that the TC of the com.osite in the vertical direction reaches 2.21 W m.(-1) K^(-1) at a low hybrid filler loading of 16.69 wt%, which was increased by 890% com.ared to pure epoxy(EP). In addition, relying on unique porous network structure of CA, EP-based com.osite also showed higher TC than other com.arative sam.les in the horizontal direction. m.anwhile, the com.osite exhibits good electrically insulating with a volum. electrical resistivity about 2.35 × 10^(11) Ω cm.and displays excellent electrom.gnetic wave absorption perform.nce with a m.nim.m.reflection loss of-21.5 dB and a wide effective absorption bandwidth(m.8.8 to 11.6 GHz. Therefore, this work provides a new strategy for m.nufacturing polym.r-based com.osites with excellent m.ltifunctional perform.nces in m.croelectronic packaging applications.

Spatial m.pping of potential zones for wind energy is crucial for sustainable regional planning. The Suez Canal Region, Egypt, is currently a focus for national governm.nt and international investm.nts for developing the logistic area. The Suez Governorate region is known of its high wind speed along the Gulf of Suez coast. This paper aim. at estim.ting and m.pping the potential zones for harnessing wind energy in such region. The m.thod utilizes satellite data and spatial m.lti-criteria evaluation. Landsat 8 OLI satellite im.ge was used to derive the land-use/land-cover m.p. Shuttle Radar Topography m.ssion (SRTm. digital elevation m.del (DEm. was used in m.deling the wind power density m.p using the region’s annual average wind speed data. Decision criteria including the clim.tic conditions, topography, infrastructure and land-cover m.ps were standardized, weighted and aggregated using weighted linear com.ination to identify the potential wind energy zones. The results reveal that the highest potential zones for wind energy reach a m.xim.m.value of 650 Watt/m. and a m.an of 310 watt/m. and are located in the south-eastern part of the Suez Governorate Region along the Gulf of Suez. Findings indicate a high potential for harnessing wind energy in the region. The resultant m.ps can be used as guidelines for regional planning and zoning of renewable energy resources.

The efficient, facile and green synthesis of 4-brom. pyrazolone by using N-brom. saccharine as valuable green reagent encouraged us to prepare som. new fused heterocycles as furopyrazole, pyranopyrazole, im.dazopyrazole, pyrazolothiazole, pyrazol thiazolopyrim.dine, pyrazolothiazine, oxathinopyrazole, pyrazolobenzooxazine, and pyrazoloquinoxaline. The synthesis was carried out by a basic condensation of brom. pyrazolone 2 and a suitable reagent in a one-pot reaction using chitosan as a green basic catalyst. The reactions were carried out by m.crowave irradiation technique as a green source of energy as well as the conventional heating. The antioxidant activity of the prepared com.ounds was studied using 1,1-phenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay and their antibacterial activity against Gram.positive, Gram.negative bacteria and antifungal activity was evaluated.
