目的为了进行人群胃癌的预防,自1995年起,我们与美国国立癌症研究所合作在胃癌高发区山东省临朐县开展预防胃癌及癌前病变的化学干预研究。方法选择随机、双盲和安慰剂对照的方法进行这一人群研究,有3365位年龄在35～64岁的当地居民应邀参加了这项研究。使用三种化学干预药物：一个两周的抗幽门螺杆菌(hp)治疗(洛赛克20mg+阿莫西林1g,Bid),服多种营养素胶囊(VC250mg +VE100Iu+Se37．5μg,Bid)和大蒜素胶囊(大蒜素200mg+大蒜挥发油1mg)7．3年。在试验开始前 (1994年)、1999年和结束时(2003年)分别给受试者做了三次胃镜检查,根据胃黏膜细胞病理学改变

In the present work, z-scan technique was used to study the nonlinear properties, represented by nonlinear refractive index and nonlinear absorption coefficient for Coumarin 450 (C450) doped PMMA as a function of concentration for two different solvents. 高浓度臭氧熏蒸对鲜食葡萄采后灰霉病及杀菌剂残留的作用

为了控制鲜食葡萄采后灰霉病的发生,通常对其采用二氧化硫进行处理。本文通过以不同浓度(0～10 000μL·L-1)的臭氧熏蒸不同时间(0～2h)来评价臭氧对鲜食葡萄采后灰霉病的抑制效果。研究发现,浓度为2500或5000μL·L-1的臭氧熏蒸1 h对鲜食葡萄采后灰霉病均具有同样的作用效果,两种浓度臭氧处理使接种灰霉菌的汤姆森无核(Thompson Seedless)葡萄在15℃贮藏7 d后的发病率降低了50%。另外,将红提葡萄以浓度为2 500或5 000μL·L-1的臭氧熏蒸1h后于0.5℃下贮藏28d,结果表明,两种浓度的臭氧处理均具有很好的抑菌效果,但不如10 000μL·L-1浓度臭氧处理效果好。臭氧对于熏蒸前刚刚接种和接种后15℃下放置24 h的葡萄灰霉菌同样具有抑制活性,尽管果穗穗轴发生轻微伤害,但果粒并未表现伤害症状。设计三种浓度和时间的处理组合对接种灰霉菌的鲜食葡萄进行臭氧熏蒸处理,即分别以10 000μL·L-1熏蒸0.5 h,5 000μL·L-1熏蒸1 h及2 500μL·L-1熏蒸2 h,每个组合的处理浓度×处理时间的乘积(c×t)均是一个定值,即5 000μL·L-1×h,结果表明三种处理组合具有相同的抑菌效果。在一个商业用的臭氧舱内,以浓度为5 000μL·L-1的臭氧对接种灰霉菌的鲜食葡萄熏蒸1 h,然后于0.5℃下贮藏6周,结果表明,与对照相比,臭氧处理使秋无核(Autumn Seedless)和黑色无核(Black Seedless)两种鲜食葡萄灰霉病发病率降低了50%,使红提葡萄灰霉病发病率降低了65%。对采后鲜食葡萄单独以浓度为10 000μL.L-1的臭氧处理1 h,结果表明,臭氧处理使环酰菌胺、嘧菌环胺、乙胺嘧啶及吡唑醚菌酯类杀菌剂残留量分别降低了68.5%、75.4%、83.7%和100.0%,但异菌脲和啶酰菌胺类杀菌剂残留量却没有显著降低。尽管臭氧处理还不太可能代替二氧化硫在传统葡萄贮藏生产中的地位,除非它的作用效果有进一步提高,但它在葡萄有机生产和销售中却是一种可为人们所接受的采后处理技术,而二氧化硫保鲜剂在这时却是被禁止使用的。
