Atrazine(ATZ) is a known herbicide used in agriculture and caused many concerns according to its ***,we have prepared NiCo2O4nanorods that can work as a photocatalyst under visible light exposure by Ag loading through a simple *** characterizations revealed the role of.Ag f.r improving the structural,optical and optoelectronic properties of.the produced *** Ag loading with 5 wt% conf.rms the minimization of.the bandgap f.om 3.6 down to 2.57 eV with enhanced visible light absorption and sustaining the magnetic *** Ag/NiCo2O4nanorods showed a superior photodegradation of.ATZ within 20 min at2.0 g L-1with excellent *** enhancement of.the photocatalytic activity is ref.rred to the local surf.ce plasmon resonance of.Ag-loaded *** reduces the electron-hole recombination and outperf.rms the unloaded *** work is highlighting the application of.magnetically separable spinel photocatalysts f.r the removal of.herbicides and water remediation.

Audio communications and computer networking play essential roles in our daily lives,including many domains with dif.erent *** in these technologies are *** consequence,there is a dire need to secure these technologies up to *** paper presents an ef.icient model f.r secure audio signal transmission over the wireless noisy uncorrelated Rayleigh f.ding ***,the perf.rmance of.the utilized multiple secret keys-based audio cryptosystem is analyzed in dif.erent transf.rmation *** discrete cosine transf.rm(DCT),the discrete sine transf.rm(DST),and the discrete wavelet transf.rm(DWT)are investigated in the utilizedmultiple secret key-based audio *** results show consistent results with the wireless noisy *** perf.rmance of.the proposed multiple secret keys-based audio cryptosystem can be ranked concerning the employed domain as DWT,DCT,and DST transf.rm *** simulation experiments proved that the presented multiple secret keysbased audio cryptosystemf.r audio signals transmitted over the wireless noisy uncorrelatedRayleigh f.ding channel achieves reliable and secure wireless link utilizing combined multi security layers.

Objective:To investigate the activity of.Egyptian propolis extracts(ethanol and water)on cryptosporidiosis in experimentally inf.cted dexamethasone-immunosuppressed ***:A total of.180 male rats(190-220)g BWt were randomly divided into 9 equal groups(G1-G9).Groups of.rats were kept as(G1):normal control,(G2-G9):immunosuppressed with dexamethasone and(G3-G9):inf.cted with Cryptosporidium *** f.om(G4to G9)were given orally ethanol and water extract of.propolis(at a dose of.50 mg/kg BWt)and nitazoxanide(standard anti-cryptosporidial drug at a dose of.100 mg/kg BWt)to inf.cted rats with dif.erent *** pellets were collected f.om all groups to monitor oocysts shedding f.om the 2nd to the 15th day post *** the end of.the experiment,blood was collected f.om all groups f.r determination of.leukogram and serum *** specimens were also examined ***:The highest reduction of.oocysts shedding in f.ecal samples was 88%in rats prophylactically treated with propolis ethanol extract at the 4th dpi,and in rats prophylactically treated with water extract of.propolis,was91%at the 6th *** was a marked increase in neutrophils count and α_2-andβ-globulins levels in inf.cted rats treated with both extracts,while a signif.cant decrease was detected in lymphocytes compared to the inf.cted non treated group.β-globulin level markedly increased in the rats administered *** changes were observed in the ileum of.rats inf.cted with ***:Egyptian propolis extracts have an activity on cryptosporidiosis in ***,propolis modulated the immunity in dexamethasone-immunosuppressed rats.

In the last f.w years,videos became the most common f.rm of.inf.rmation transmitted over the internet,and a lot of.the traf.ic is conf.dential and must be protected and delivered saf.ly to its intended *** introduces the challenges of.presenting encryption systems that can encode videos securely and ef.iciently at the same *** paper presents an ef.icient opto-video encryption system using Logistic Adjusted Sine map(LASm)in the f.actional f.urier Transf.rm(f.f.).In the presented opto-video LASm-based f.f. scheme,the encoded video is split into distinct f.ames and transf.rmed into optical signals utilizing an optical *** of.the developed optical video f.ames is ciphered by utilizing the LASm in optical f.f. system using two-phase modulation f.rms on the video f.ame,the f.rst in the time-domain and the second in the f.f. *** the end,the ciphervideo f.ame is spotted utilizing a CCD digital camera and transf.rmed into a digital structure that can be managed using a *** test the proposed opto-video LASm-based f.f. scheme using various security *** outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme can ef.ectively encrypt and decrypt video *** addition,it encrypts videos with a high level of.encryption qualitywithout sacrif.cing its resistance to noise ***,the test outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme is immune to known attacks.

AIm: To assess vitamin D in hepatitis C patients and its relationship to interleukin (IL)-23, IL-17, and macrophage chemoattractant protein-1 (mCP-1). mETHODS: The study was conducted on 50 Egyptian hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype number IV-inf.cted patients and 25 age- and gender-matched healthy subjects. Venous blood samples were obtained. Samples were allowed to clot and sera were separated by centrif.gation and stored at -20?°C. A 25 hydroxy vitamin D assay was carried out using solid phase RIA. A 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D assay was carried out using a commercial kit purchased f.om Incstar Corporation. IL-17 and -23 and mCP-1 were assayed by an enzyme immunoassay. Quantitative and qualitative polymerase chain reaction f.r HCV virus were done by Taqman technology. Only HCV genotype IV-inf.cted subjects were included in the study. The mean ± SD were determined, a t-test f.r comparison of.means of.dif.erent parameters was used. Correlation analysis was done using Pearson’s correlation. Dif.erences among dif.erent groups were determined using the Kruskal-Wallis test. RESULTS: The mean vitamin D level in HCV patients (group?I) was 15 ± 5.2 ng/mL while in control (group II) was 39.7 ± 10.8. f.r active vitamin D in group?I?as 16.6 ± 4.8 ng/mL while in group II was 41.9 ± 7.9. IL-23 was 154 ± 97.8 in group?I?and 6.7 ± 2.17 in group II. IL-17 was 70.7 ± 72.5 in cases and 1.2 ± 0.4 in control. mCP-1 was 1582 ± 794.4 in group?I?and 216.1 ± 5.38 in group II. Vitamin D def.ciency af.ected 72% of.HCV-inf.cted patients and 0% of.the control group. Vitamin D insuf.iciency existed in 28% of.HCV-inf.cted patients and 12% of.the control group. One hundred percent of.the cirrhotic patients and 40% of.non cirrhotic HCV-inf.cted patients had vitamin D def.ciency. IL-23, IL-17, and mCP-1 were markedly increased in HCV-inf.cted patients in comparison to controls.A signif.cant negative correlation between vitamin D and IL-17 and -23 and mCP-1 was detected. This study investigates an innovative hybrid system that combines hydroponics and microalgae in a compact portable shipping *** container is divided into two parts;one contains the microalgae system and the other contains the hydroponic *** combined system works by dividing the 24 hours into 12 hours of.light and 12 hours of.dark f.r each *** parts are connected using light-impermeable pipes that pass carbon dioxide f.om the dark side to the lit side and oxygen f.om the lit side to the dark *** this paper,the authors developed a validated mathematical model f.r hydroponic and microalgae to evaluate the system’s *** f.und by the model show the optimum parameters f.r the split photobioreactor and hydroponic *** f.rst investigated parameter is the sparger diameter f.r split the photobioreactor and the second is the number of.plants that give the better and optimum *** optimum modelling design f.r the combined hydroponic and microalgae system was using 100 plants f.r lettuce and three photobioreactors with a 0.009-m diameter f.r sparger to a photobioreactor system with an area of.15.6 m^(2).

The ef.icient, f.cile and green synthesis of.4-bromo pyrazolone by using N-bromo saccharine as valuable green reagent encouraged us to prepare some new f.sed heterocycles as f.ropyrazole, pyranopyrazole, imidazopyrazole, pyrazolothiazole, pyrazol thiazolopyrimidine, pyrazolothiazine, oxathinopyrazole, pyrazolobenzooxazine, and pyrazoloquinoxaline. The synthesis was carried out by a basic condensation of.bromo pyrazolone 2 and a suitable reagent in a one-pot reaction using chitosan as a green basic catalyst. The reactions were carried out by microwave irradiation technique as a green source of.energy as well as the conventional heating. The antioxidant activity of.the prepared compounds was studied using 1,1-phenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay and their antibacterial activity against Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria and antif.ngal activity was evaluated.

Ethanol extract of.mixed algae--spirogyra and ulothrix was investigated to assess the ef.ect on some biochemical parameters in UVB irradiated mice. The dorsal-thoracic region of.mice were shaved and exposed to UVB radiation f.r 24 h f.r two consecutive weeks. f.ve groups of.ten mice each were conducted： non-irradiated control and irradiated control. mice treated with commercial cream （S.m.） at a dose of.0.1 mg/cm2 and mice treated with ethanol extract of.mixed spirogyra and ulothrix at a dose of.0.1 mg/cm2 or 0.2 mg/cm2. Topical application was perf.rmed to all treated mice groups once a day f.r f.ur consecutive weeks. Results showed signif.cant dif.erences between treated and control groups during the whole period of.experiment. The clear potentiality of.the ethanol extract was detected through body and skin weight, level of.total protein, Superoxide Dismutase （SOD） and Catalase （CAT） activities in skin. However, UVB irradiated mice treated with 0.2 mg/cm2 exhibited the most signif.cant ef.ect when compared to control groups. That may be attributed to anti-inf.ammatory and anti-oxidant ef.ects of.algal extract.

The f.asibility of.Plus Energy Building f.r a sample relevant case is *** a literature review aimed to identif. key aspects of.this type of.buildings,a preliminary evaluation of.the thermal perf.rmance of.a building constructed using conventional material is presented together with a parametric analysis of.the impact of.typical inf.uential *** domestic hot water(SDHW)and photovoltaic systems(PV)are considered in the *** simulations indicate that f.r the examined sample case(Beirut in Lebanon)the total annual energy need of.conventional building is 87.1 kWh/y.m^(2).About 49%of.energy savings can be achieved by improving the building envelope and installing energy ef.icient ***,about 90%of.energy savings in domestic hot water production can be achieved by installing a SDHW system composed of.two solar collectors connected in ***,the addition of.a grid connected PV array system can signif.cantly mitigate the energy needs of.the building leading to an annual excess of.energy.
