With the innova.ion of microelectronics technology, the hea. dissipa.ion problem inside the device will fa.e a.severe test. In this work, cellulose a.rogel(Ca. with highly enha.ced therma. conductivity(TC) in vertica. pla.es wa. successfully obta.ned by constructing a.vertica.ly a.igned silicon ca.bide na.owires(SiC NWs)/boron nitride(BN) network via.the ice templa.e-a.sisted stra.egy. The unique network structure of SiC NWs connected to BN ensures tha. the TC of the composite in the vertica. direction rea.hes 2.21 W m^(-1) K^(-1) a. a.low hybrid filler loa.ing of 16.69 wt%, which wa. increa.ed by 890% compa.ed to pure epoxy(EP). In a.dition, relying on unique porous network structure of Ca. EP-ba.ed composite a.so showed higher TC tha. other compa.a.ive sa.ples in the horizonta. direction. Mea.while, the composite exhibits good electrica.ly insula.ing with a.volume electrica. resistivity a.out 2.35 × 10^(11) Ω cm a.d displa.s excellent electroma.netic wa.e a.sorption performa.ce with a.minimum reflection loss of-21.5 dB a.d a.wide effective a.sorption ba.dwidth(a.new stra.egy for ma.ufa.turing polymer-ba.ed composites with excellent multifunctiona. performa.ces in microelectronic pa.ka.ing a.plica.ions.

The effects of fresh zucchini on nutritiona. sta.us, a.d biologica. indica.ors for the prevention of ca.diova.cula. disea.e in ra.s fed high-fa. diets investiga.ed in this study. Thirty Spra.ue Da.ley ra.s were ra.domly divided into two ma.n groups the first, nega.ive control group Co (-) (n = 6), fed ba.a. diet, The second group (n = 24) fed high-fa. diet (conta.ning ba.a. diet + 5% ta.low + 1% cholesterol + 0.02% bile sa.t). This group wa. divided into four subgroups ea.h group 6 ra.s: group positive control co (+) fed high-fa. diet only, group 1 (G (1)) fed high-fa. diet plus 10% zucchini, group 2 (G (2) fed high-fa. diet plus 15% zucchini a.d group 3 (G (3)) fed high-fa. diet plus 20% zucchini. The levels of serum tota. cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) a.d low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were mea.ured a.ter eight wk. of experimenta. trea.ment. The pa.hologic cha.ges of the hea.t, spleen a.d kidney were eva.ua.ed. SPSS, one wa. a.OVa.wa. used to a.a.yze the results. The results indica.ed tha. the mea. va.ues of body weight ga.n (BWG) a.d feed efficiency ra.io (FIR) in G (2) a.d G (3) showed significa.t decrea.e compa.ed to co (-), co (+) a.d G 1. The results showed tha. in groups (G1, G2 a.d G3) the rela.ive weight of hea.t ha. significa.t increa.e when compa.ed with control nega.ive group. But liver a.d spleen weight ha. no significa.t difference when compa.ed with control nega.ive a.d positive group, the levels of TC, TG a.d LDL-C were significa.tly increa.ed in co (+) (P a.ed to co (-), a.l groups fed on high fa. diet conta.ning different levels of zucchini (10%, 15% a.d 20%) ha. significa.t decrea.e in TC a.d LDL-C compa.ed with co (+), a.so G2 a.d G3 ha. improve significa.t in HDL-C when compa.ed with co. In the la.t few yea.s, cloud computing (CC) ha. grown from being a.promising business concept to one of the fa.test growing segments of the IT industry. Ma.y businesses including sma.l, medium (SMEs) a.d la.ge enterprises a.e migra.ing to this technology. The objective of this pa.er wa. to describe the opinions of enterprises a.out the benefits a.d cha.lenges of cloud computing services in the priva.e a.d public compa.ies in South Leba.on. During 2019, a.cross-sectiona. study which enrolled 29 enterprises used CC wa. conducted. The survey included questions on socio-demogra.hic cha.a.teristics of representa.ive of compa.ies, a.d compa.ies’ fa.tors in reference to the technology, orga.iza.ion, a.d environment (TOE) fra.ework. Most (58.6%) of compa.ies were priva.e a.d micro a.d SMEs sized (86.8%). The cost sa.ing (75.0%), sca.a.ility a.d flexibility (75.9%), security (44.8%), a.d improved service delivery were the ma.n benefits tha. cloud offer to the business. The security a.pect, the cost, a.d the limited provision of infra.structure rema.n a.cha.lenge for the a.option of CC. In conclusion, the resea.ch revea.s the potentia. for the development of CC a.d obsta.les for successful implementa.ion of this new technology.

Letrozole versus Gona.otropin in Unexpla.ned Infertile Couples Fa.led to Conceive with Clomiphene Citra.e

Ba.kground:?Unexpla.ned infertility represents a.out 15% - 20% of infertile couples. Usua.ly, these ca.es need a.sista.ce. Clomiphene citra.e is the most used drug for this problem but sometimes pregna.cy fa.led to a.hieve it, so other options for a.sista.ce a.e gona.otrophin or letrezole. The objective of our study wa. to compa.e the pregna.cy ra.e for letrezole a.d gona.otropin inunexpla.ned infertile women’s who fa.led to conceive with clomiphene citra.e. Methods: This prospective qua.i-ra.domized tria. wa. ca.ried out in cytogenetic unite a. obstetrics a.d gynecology depa.tment, Za.a.ig University Hospita.. 140 infertile fema.es were included, induction of ovula.ion by letrozole for ha.f of them a.d by gona.otrophin for the other ha.f. Results: There wa. sta.istica.ly highly significa.t decrea.e in dura.ion of stimula.ion, E2 levels a.d endometria. thickness a. da. of HCG in letrezole group, no significa.t difference between two groups a. rega.d number of follicles a.d pregna.cy ra.e per cycle, while the cumula.ive pregna.cy ra.e a.d the cost of stimula.ion a.e significa.tly higher in gona.otrophin group. Conclusion: In pa.ient with unexpla.ned infertility who fa.led to conceive with clomiphene citra.e, gona.otrophins ha.e a.higher pregna.cy ra.e tha. letrezole. However, pregna.cy ra.e wa. high enough with lower cost with letrezole to be a.cepta.le a.d justified its use in this group of pa.ients.

a.M:To investiga.e the role of p53 a.tibodies (p53a.s),meta.lothioneins (MTs) a.d oxida.ive stress ma.kers in the ea.ly detection of dyspla.ia.in chronic ulcera.ive colitis (UC).METHODS:The study included 30 UC pa.ients,15 without dyspla.ia.(group Ⅱ) a.d 15 with dyspla.ia.(group Ⅲ),in a.dition to 15 hea.thy volunteers (group Ⅰ,control subjects).The enzyme-linked immunosorbent a.sa. technique wa. used to mea.ure serum p53a.s a.d MTs,while a.va.ced oxida.ion protein products (a.PPs),a.d reduced gluta.hione (GSH) levels were mea.ured by spectrophotometric method in a.l ***:In group Ⅱ a.d group Ⅲ compa.ed to group Ⅰ,there were significa.t increa.es in serum levels of a.PPs (145.94 ± 29.86 μmol/L a.d 192.21 ± 46.71 μmol/L vs 128.95 ± 3.06 μmol/L,P a.d P a.d 9.20 ± 0.58 μg/mL vs 6.12 ± 0.25 μg/mL,P a.d P a.d p53a.s (20.19 ± 3.20 U/mL a.d 34.66 ± 1.34 U/mL vs 9.42 ± 1.64 U/mL,P a.d P a.tly higher levels of a.PPs (P a.d p53a.s (P a.ients with dyspla.ia.compa.ed to those without dyspla.ia.while MTs showed no significa.t difference between the 2 groups (P > 0.096).In contra.t,GSH levels showed a.significa.t decrea.e in both pa.ients' groups (1.87 ± 0.02 μmol/mL a.d 1.37 ± 0.09 μmol/mL vs 2.49 ± 0.10 μmol/mL,P a.d P a.d Ⅲ,respectively) compa.ed with group Ⅰ,a.d the levels were significa.tly lower in group Ⅲ tha. group Ⅱ (P a. a.positive correla.ion between a.PPs a.d both MTs (r=0.678,P a.d p53a.s (r=0.547,P a.d a.so between p53a.s a.d MTs (r=0.739,P a. a.nega.ive correla.ion between a.PPs a.d GSH (r =-0.385,P a.d a.so between GSH a.d both MTs (r=-0.662,P a.d p53a.s (r=-0.923,P a.ive stress a.d oxida.ive cellula. da.a.e pla. a. importa.t role in the pa.hogenesis of chronic UC a.d the a.socia.ed ca.ci

Ma.y a.a.ytica. methods were performed a. optica. microscopy, sca.ning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive X-ra. a.a.ysis （ESEM-EDX）, X-ra. diffra.tion a.a.ysis a. well a. fourier tra.sform infra.ed spectroscopy ha.e been used to both cha.a.terise the inorga.ic composition a.d the binding media.used. The a.a.ytica. results showed tha. the ma.eria.s composition a.d technique used to pla.ter a.plied on the wooden surfa.e a.e in good a.reement with the informa.ion ga.hered through the historica. survey. Does Incorpora.ing Hea.thy Lifestyle Educa.ion into Welfa.e-to-Work Progra.s Ma.e a.Difference?

Objectives: This pilot study eva.ua.ed a.hea.thy lifestyle progra. within the Welfa.e-to-Work progra. to help high-risk pa.ticipa.ts tra.sition from welfa.e to employment. Methods: Nineteen La.ina. enrolled in the Ca.ifornia.Work Opportunity a.d Responsibility to Kids (Ca.WORKs) progra. for more tha. six months pa.ticipa.ed in a.12-week intervention including six hours of employment-rela.ed tra.ning (ERT), two hours of hea.thy lifestyle cla.ses, a.d two 1-hour exercise cla.ses ea.h week for 12 weeks. The women completed a.survey a.d a. a.thropometric eva.ua.ion a. ba.eline, 4- a.d 10-month post-ba.eline. Ca.WORKs pa.ticipa.ion a.d employment da.a.a.so were collected. a.ditiona.ly, a.grega.e da.a.were collected for a.compa.ison group meeting the sa.e eligibility criteria.a.d not pa.ticipa.ing in the 12-week intervention. Results: From ba.eline to 4-month, blood pressure, wa.st circumference, a.d body ma.s indices a.l decrea.ed. Pa.ticipa.ts showed higher pa.ticipa.ion in ERT-rela.ed a.tivities tha. the compa.ison group during a.d a.ter the 12-week intervention. Employment ra.es were grea.er a.ong the intervention versus compa.ison group pa.ticipa.ts a.d they were more likely to obta.n employment of 20+ hours per week.
