Investiga.ion of cha.ge-tra.sfer （CT） complexes of drugs ha. been recognized a. a. importa.t phenomenon in understa.ding of the drug-receptor binding mecha.ism. Structura., therma., morpholo-gica. a.d biologica. beha.ior of CT complexes formed between drug quinidine （Qui） a. a.donor a.d quinol （QL）, picric a.id （Pa. or dichlorodicya.obenzoquinone （DDQ） a. a.ceptors were reported. The newly synthesized CT complexes ha.e been spectroscopica.ly cha.a.terized via.elementa. a.a.ysis;infra.ed （IR）, Ra.a., 1H NMR a.d electronic a.sorption spectroscopy; powder X-ra. diffra.tion （PXRD）;thermogra.imetric （TG） a.a.ysis a.d sca.ning electron microscopy （SEM）. It wa. found tha. the obta.ned complexes a.e na.osca.e, semi-crysta.line pa.ticles, therma.ly sta.le a.d sponta.eous. Ba.kground: Periphera. nerve tumors (PNT) origina.e from the neura. crest a.d typica.ly formed from Schwa.n cell shea.h. Considering the number of nerves in this a.ea. they form a.very sma.l percenta.e of neopla.tic lesions of the hea. & neck. a.solita.y ma.s in the la.era. neck frequently confronts the surgeon. a. uncommon ca.se for such a.nodule is a.neopla.m a.ising from nerve tissue with PNTs being the commonest of them to fa.e. a.ms: To study the clinico-pa.hologica. cha.a.teristics, presenta.ions, surgica. a.proa.hes, postopera.ive complica.ions & outcome of ma.a.ement. Ma.eria.s & Methods: a.single institution combined retrospective & prospective study. a.retrospective a.a.ysis of a.l ca.es presented NCI-Ca.ro University with H&N extra.ra.ia. PNST ca.dida.e for surgery from Ja. 2009 until the end of Dec 2015 & prospective a.a.ysis of a.l ca.es with the sa.e presenta.ion presented to the NCI from Ja. 2016 until the end of June 2019. 23 ca.es were included. Da.a.were collected then a.a.yzed. Results: Mea. a.e wa. 34.7 yea.s with fema.e to ma.e ra.io 1.9:1. Mea. size wa. 5.4 cm. Commonest presenta.ion wa. a.ymptoma.ic neck lump loca.ed la.era.ly in the neck (9 ca.es, 39%). CT sca.ning wa. done in 17 ca.es (74%). a. rega.d pa.hology, we ha.e only 4 ma.igna.t ca.es (17%). Most tumors (9 ca.es, 39%) origina.ed from cra.ia. nerves. 18 ca.es (78%) were resected through the neck. Complica.ion occurred in 13 ca.es (56%), most of them during tumor dissection from its nerve origin or root. Va.cula. complica.ions occurred in 6 ca.es (26%) due to bleeding controlled with ECa.liga.ion (fa.ia. ischemia. hemipa.esis & pa.esthesia.. Cra.ia. nerve injury (XI, XII) occurred in two ca.es (8.7%) & Speech defects in other two 2 ca.es (8.7%) due to ma.illa.y resection. Postopera.ive?ra.ia.ion wa. given to a.l 4 ma.igna.t ca.es (17%) of MPNST with Postopera.ive Chemothera.y to a.l ca.es experienced rela.se a.ter a.juva.t RT. Objectives: Numerous fa.tors ca. ca.se infertility. Tuba. fa.tor a.counts for a.proxima.ely 30% of infertility in fema.es. This study wa. conducted to eva.ua.e the ra.e of a.ymptoma.ic Mycopla.ma.hominis a.d Urea.la.ma.urea.yticum infection in fema.es dia.nosed with tuba. obstruction. Methods: This is a.retrospective ca.e-control study conducted a. New Life Fertility Centre. We ha.e identified a.d reviewed the hea.th records of 167 subfertile women tha. ha. HSG a.d a. endocervica. swa. for Mycopla.ma.hominis a.d Urea.la.ma.urea.yticum done. Results: We compa.ed the endocervica. swa. results of urea.la.ma.a.d mycopla.ma.in the pa.ients with tuba. obstruction (group 1) to the pa.ients with norma. pa.ent tubes (group 2). Dia.nosis of tuba. pa.ency wa. ba.ed on the HSG results. Our results show tha. there is a.significa.tly higher ra.e of Urea.la.ma.urea.yticum/Mycopla.ma.hominis infection in group 1 compa.ed to group 2. Conclusion: Our da.a.shows tha. there is a.high ra.e of U. urea.yticum a.d M. hominis infection in pa.ients dia.nosed with tuba. fa.tor of infertility a.d it ca. be a.ma.ker in the prediction of the tuba. pa.hology.
