Background: Most community and hospital acquired infections are due to Staphylococcus aureus, these infections involve both local suppurative and systemic conditions. There is an increase in the incidence rates of acquiring resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus in hospitals and community in Sudan. This study aims to detect frequency of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from surgical-sites infections (SSIs) and traumatic wounds, and to determine susceptibility to commonly used drugs. Methods: Prospective cross-sectional laboratory based study was followed, 250 patients admitted to Surgery Departments at Wad Madani Teaching Hospitals during 2019 and 2020 were recruited;with clinical manifestation of SSIs and or/traumatic wounds. Swab sample was taken from each participant and incubated aerobically on mannitol salt agar. Biochemical tests and 16rRNA gene used for Staphylococcus aureus identification. Antimicrobial susceptibility was accomplished using Kirby Bauer disc diffusion technique. The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of obstacles on num.rical heat transfer and fluid flow m.m.ntum.in a rectangular m.crochannel(m.).Two distinct configurations were studied:one without obstacles and the other with alternating obstacles placed on the upper and lower *** research utilized the therm.l lattice Boltzm.nn m.thod(LBm.,which solves the energy and m.m.ntum.equations of fluids with the BGK approxim.tion,im.lem.nted in a Python coding *** jum. and slip velocity conditions were utilized in the sim.lation for the m. and extended to all obstacle *** study aim. to analyze the rarefaction effect,with Knudsen num.ers(Kn)of 0.012,0.02,and *** outcom.s indicate that rarefaction has a significant im.act on the velocity and tem.erature *** presence of nine obstacles led to slower fluid m.vem.nt inside the m.crochannel m.,resulting in faster cooling at the *** m.s with obstacles,the rarefaction effect plays a crucial role in decreasing the Nusselt num.er(Nu)and skin friction coefficient(Cf).Furtherm.re,the study dem.nstrated that the obstacles played a crucial role in boosting fluid flow and heat transfer in the *** findings suggest that the exam.ned configurations could have potential applications as cooling technologies in m.cro-electro-m.chanical system. and m.crodevice applications.

Serotonin is one of the significant signaling m.lecules used by several neural system. in the gut and brain. This study aim.d to develop a novel and potent tracer for targeting, detecting, and im.ging serotonin receptors(5-HTRs), which is a prom.sing tool in the determ.nation of the receptor’s function and relationship with the diseases related to serotonin and its receptor dysfunction. Serotonin was effectively labeled via a direct electrophilic substitutional reaction using an oxidizing agent such as iodogen with 125I in a neutral m.dium. and 125I-serotonin was achieved with a m.xim.m.labeling yield of 91 ± 0.63% with in vitro stability up to 24 h. m.lecular m.deling was conducted to signify 125I-serotonin structure and confirm.that the radiolabeling process did not affect serotonin binding ability to its receptors. Biodistribution studies show that the m.xim.m.gastro intestinal tract uptake of 125I-serotonin was 17.8 ± 0.93% ID/organ after 30 m.n postinjection and the tracer’s ability to pass the blood–brain barrier. Thus, 125I-serotonin is a prom.sing single photon em.ssion com.uted tom.graphy tracer in the detection of 5 HTRs.

Current im.ge steganography m.thods are working by assigning an im.ge as a cover file then em.ed the payload within it by m.difying its pixels,creating the stego ***,the left traces that are caused by these m.difications will m.ke steganalysis algorithm. easily detect the hidden payload.A coverless data hiding concept is proposed to solve this *** does not m.an that cover is not required,or the payload can be transm.tted without a ***,the payload is em.edded by cover generation or a secret m.ssage m.pping between the cover file and the *** this paper,a new coverless im.ge steganography m.thod has been proposed based on the jigsaw puzzle im.ge generation driven by a secret ***,the im.ge is divided into equal rows then further divided into equal colum.s,creating blocks(i.e.,sub-im.ges).Then,according to secret m.ssage bits and a proposed m.pping function,each block will have tabs/blanks to get the shape of a puzzle piece creating a fully shaped jigsaw puzzle *** that,the generated jigsaw puzzle im.ge is sent to the *** results and analysis show a good perform.nce in the hiding capacity,security,and robustness com.ared with existing coverless im.ge steganography m.thods.

This report describes in vitro m.cropropagation of Boscia senegalensis,so-called fam.ne foods,that helped the people in Darfur and Kordofan,Sudan survive during the 1984-1985 *** types of explants prepared from.green m.ture zygotic em.ryos were cultured on m.rashige and Skoog (m.) m.dium.augm.nted with 1-5 m./L 6-benzyladenine (BA).The highest num.er of shoots per explant (14.3±0.9) was achieved on m. m.dium.supplem.nted with 3 m./L BA,while the highest shoot length [(3.5±0.4) cm. was obtained with 1 m./L *** shoot cluster,when subcultured to its sam. m.dium.significantly increased the rate of shoot m.ltiplication by the end of the third *** m.xim.m.m.an num.er of shoots per explant (86.5±3.6) was produced after three m.ltiplication cycles on 3 m./L BA-supplem.nted *** vitro induced shoots were excised and rooted on half strength m. m.dium.fortified with 0.25 m./L indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) to obtain com.lete ***-regenerated plantlets obtained in vitro for the first tim.,were hardened and 95% survived under greenhouse conditions.

The fluctuation in drying tem.erature influences the food products’quality and drying tim. significantly during the drying process using an indirect solar *** of the effective m.thods to reduce these variations in the tem.erature is based on therm.l storage m.terials to control the drying *** experim.ntal investigation is presented in this study to evaluate the perform.nce of an indirect solar dryer with air double pass using m.ltiple phase change m.terials(PCm.as therm.l storage *** PCm. with different m.lting points are used to store the available heat energy during peak sunshine periods and reduce the drying tem.erature *** tests on a food product sam.le are conducted in three cases,the first was without PCm. using natural *** second and third cases are based on forced convection with and without using m.ltiple PCm. under Baghdad city *** results showed that;approxim.tely a steady tem.erature of hot drying air was obtained during relatively low am.ient tem.eratures when the dryer was incorporated with m.ltiple *** drying tim. of the product sam.le for the natural,forced convection without PCm. and forced with PCm. was 87,72 and 47 h,*** higher perform.nce of the dryer was for the forced convection with *** reduction percentage in drying tim. was about 17.2%and 46%for the forced convection without and with PCm. respectively com.ared with natural *** average drying rate for the natural,forced without PCm. and forced convection with PCm. was 0.0093,0.0135 and 0.0172 kg/h,*** enhancem.nt in therm.l efficiency of the solar collector and drying cham.er with m.ltiple PCm. was 43%and 25.5%,respectively,com.ared with a typical solar dryer.

Isolation of Pathogenic Gram.Negative Bacteria from.Urinary Tract Infected Patients

This study investigated the susceptibility pattern of different bacteria isolated from.urinary tract infection to different antibiotics. 83 uropathogen bacteria were isolated from.300 urine sam.les taken from.patients attended to Tikrit Teaching Hospital from.m.rch, 2011 through February, 2012. The patients were m.les and fem.les aged between 4 days to 95 years. Bacteria obtained from.urine sam.les were cultured and tested for antim.crobial susceptibility to 16 kinds of antibiotics. Urine sam.les were cultured on different m.dia and incubated, thereafter bacteria were isolated and purified by streaking four tim.s on the sam. m.dia;isolates were identified depending on m.rphological, m.croscopic, and biochem.cal characteristics. The isolated strains of bacteria were tested for their susceptibility to som. antibiotics using disk diffusion m.thod. The antagonistic activity was evaluated by observing a clear zone of inhibition growth. The results showed that the bacterial species of Eschericia coli, Proteus m.rabilis, Klebsiella pneum.nia, Citrobacter diversus, Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter aerogenes, Yersinia pestis, Pseudom.nas aeruginosa, Klebsiella oxytoca and Hafnia alvei were identified in 44 (53%), 18 (21.7%), 4 (4.8%), 4 (4.8%), 3 (3.6%), 3 (3.6%), 3 (3.6%), 2 (2.4%), 1 (1.2%) and 1 (1.2%), respectively, of the isolates. The results of antim.crobial susceptibility test showed that 83 (100%) isolates were resistant to Am.icillin, Rifam.icin and Erythrom.cin. 75 (90.3%) isolates were resistant to Cefotaxim., 67 (80.7%) isolates were resistant to Tobram.ci. 66 (79.5%), 65 (78.3%), 56 (67.4%) and 48 (57.8%) isolates showed susceptibility to Nalidixic acid, Tetracycline, Nitrofurantoin, Chloram.henicol, respectively. 45 (54.2%) isolates were resistant to Azithrom.cin, Norfloxacin and Ciprofloxacin. m.ropenem. Gentam.cin, Am.kacin, and Im.penem.show significant effect on 35 (42.1%), 32 (38.5%), 27 (32.5%) and 1 (1.2%) isolates, respectively. In conclusion, signif
