Introduction:la qualitéde vie des patients suivis pour une hémopathie maligne dépend non seulement du type de la maladie,de ses caractéristiques cliniques,biologiques et thérapeutiques,mais aussi de la santémentale du patient.L’objectif de notreétude est d’évaluer l’état psychologique des patients au diagnostic,de rechercher les facteurs associésàson altération et de préciser son impact sur la qualitéde vie des patients.Méthode:nous avons menéuneétude monocentrique transversale quiévalue la dépression,l’anxiétéet la qualitéde vie d’une population de patients atteints de syndromes lymphoprolifératifs sur une période de *** questionnaires ontétéutilisés au moment du diagnostic:le HADS pour rechercher la dépression et l’anxiétéet le SF12échelle pourévaluer la qualitéde vie liéeàla santé.Résultat:Les cent patients ont acceptéde répondre aux *** patients sont suivis pour un lymphome malin non hodgkinien,une maladie de Hodgkin,et une leucémie lymphoïde *** sex-ratio(H/F)est de 1,*** prévalence des symptômes anxieux est de 70%avec 95%CI(61,01%;78,99%)et des symptômes dépressifs de 76%avec 95%CI(49,4%;82,6%)des *** analyse univariée,le caractère féminin est associéaux symptômes anxieux(p=0,008),etàl’altération de qualitéde vie mentale(p=0,02).Alors qu’en analyse multivariée,Les symptômes anxio-dépressifs sont significativement associésàun score de qualitéde vie faible aussi bien mentale que *** plus les symptômes anxieux sont corrélés au sexe féminin(ORA=20,50;95%CI[1,58–264,48]);et la douleur(ORA=12,33;95%CI[1,07–141,77]).Conclusion:la recherche de comorbidités psychologiques doit faire partie du diagnostic initial de cette population vulnérable pour une meilleure qualitéde vie.

Calculation of the structural properties of a strange quark star in the presence of a strong magnetic field using a density dependent bag constant

We have calculated the structural properties of a strange quark star with a static model in the presence of a strong magnetic field. To this end, we use the MIT bag model with a density dependent bag constant. To parameterize the density dependence of the bag constant, we have used our results for the lowest order constrained variational calculation of the asymmetric nuclear matter. By calculating the equation of state of strange quark matter, we have shown that the pressure of this system increases by increasing both density and magnetic field. Finally, we have investigated the effect of density dependence of the bag constant on the structural properties of a strange quark star.

In practical purposes for some geometrical problems, specially the fields in common with computer science, we deal with information of some finite number of points. The problem often arises here is： “How are we able to define a plausible distance function on a finite three dimensional space？” In this paper, we define such a distance function in order to apply it to further purposes, e.g. in the field settings of transportation theory and geometry. More precisely, we present a new model for traveling salesman problem and vehicle routing problem for two dimensional manifolds in three dimensional Euclidean space, the second problem on which we focus on this line is, three dimensional triangulation.

In the present work, the response surface method software was used with five measurement levels with three *** were applied for the optimization of operating parameters that affected gas separation performance of polyurethane–zeolite 3A, ZSM-5 mixed matrix *** basis of the experiments was a rotatable central composite design(CCD).The three independent variables studied were: zeolite content(0–24 wt%), operating temperature(25–45 ℃) and operating pressure(0.2–0.1 MPa).The effects of these three variables on the selectivity and permeability membranes were studied by the analysis of variance(ANOVA).Optimal conditions for the enhancement of gas separation performances of polyurethane–3A zeolite were found to be 18 wt%, 30 ℃ and 0.8 MPa *** these conditions, the permeabilities of carbon dioxide, methane, oxygen and nitrogen gases were measured at 138.4, 22.9, 15.7 and 6.4 Barrer respectively while the CO_2/CH_4, CO_2/N_2 and O_2/N_2 selectivities were 5.8, 22.5 and 2.5, ***, the optimal conditions for improvement of the gas separation performance of polyurethane–ZSM 5 were found to be 15.64 wt%, 30 ℃ and 4 *** permeabilities of these four gases(*** dioxide, methane, oxygen and nitrogen) were 164.7, 21.2, 21.5 and 8.1 Barrer while the CO_2/CH_4, CO_2/N_2 and O_2/N_2 selectivities were 7.8, 20.6 and 2.7 respectively.

The reaction of dimedone with various aromatic aldehydes produces 2,2＇-arylmethylene bis （3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2- cyclohexene-l-one） in excellent yields. The reactions occur in water as solvent at room temperature and avoiding the addition of any catalyst. The workup procedure is very simple and the products do not required further purification.

Investigating the dynamic characteristics of nonlinear models that appear in ocean science plays an important role in our *** this research,we study some features of the paired Boussinesq equation that appears for two-layered fluid flow in the shallow water *** extend the modified expansion function method(MEFM)to obtain abundant solutions,as well as to find new *** using this newly modified method one can obtain novel and more analytic solutions comparing to ***,numerical solutions via the Adomian decomposition scheme are discussed and favorable comparisons with analytical solutions have been done with an outstanding ***,the instability modulation of the governing equations are explored through the linear stability analysis *** new solutions satisfy the main coupled equation after they have been put into the governing equations.

Cancer continues to be a major health problem in the world. During 2018, there were 9.6 million deaths and 18.1 million new cases registered across the globe. It is estimated that one in 5 men and one in 6 women will develop cancer during their lifetime. This disease kills one in 8 men and one in 11 women. Developing countries have seen an increase in cancer occurrence and change in type of cancers due to change in social and economic conditions. The objective of this research was to further evaluate 1659 specimens for anatomical pathology testing. The data was collected from the records of the pathological anatomy laboratory at the Mohamed V Hospital in Meknes, Morocco. It is one-year study period (January-December 2013). Results of the anatomy pathology exam showed cancer positive for 9.6% of specimens;inconclusive for 1%;and negative for 66.2%. For all specimens, the most analyzed organs are breast with 29.7%;skin with 21.3%;cervical with 2.6%. For cancer patients, the most affected organs are skin (21.3%) and breast (29.7%). For cancer patients, Neoplasm is present in 9.3% of patients. Patients with metastatic cancer represent 0.3%. Patients with non-neoplastic lesions represent 66.2%. 1% of patients represent uncertain results. Additional immunohistochemistry research is needed before conclusive recommendations are made.

The Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)is a swarm intelligence metaheuristic inspired by the bubble-net hunting tactic of humpback *** spite of its popularity due to simplicity,ease of implementation,and a limited number of parameters,WOA’s search strategy can adversely affect the convergence and equilibrium between exploration and exploitation in complex *** address this limitation,we propose a new algorithm called Multi-trial Vector-based Whale Optimization Algorithm(MTV-WOA)that incorporates a Balancing Strategy-based Trial-vector Producer(BS_TVP),a Local Strategy-based Trial-vector Producer(LS_TVP),and a Global Strategy-based Trial-vector Producer(GS_TVP)to address real-world optimization problems of varied degrees of ***-WOA has the potential to enhance exploitation and exploration,reduce the probability of being stranded in local optima,and preserve the equilibrium between exploration and *** the purpose of evaluating the proposed algorithm's performance,it is compared to eight metaheuristic algorithms utilizing CEC 2018 test ***,MTV-WOA is compared with well-stablished,recent,and WOA variant *** experimental results demonstrate that MTV-WOA surpasses comparative algorithms in terms of the accuracy of the solutions and convergence ***,we conducted the Friedman test to assess the gained results statistically and observed that MTV-WOA significantly outperforms comparative ***,we solved five engineering design problems to demonstrate the practicality of *** results indicate that the proposed MTV-WOA can efficiently address the complexities of engineering challenges and provide superior solutions that are superior to those of other algorithms.
