To accelerate the practicality of electromagnetic railguns,it is necessary to use a combination of threedimensional numerical simulation and experiments to study the mechanism of bore *** this paper,a three-dimensional numerical model of the augmented railgun with four parallel unconventional rails is introduced to simulate the internal ballistic process and realize the multi-physics field coupling calculation of the rail gun,and a test experiment of a medium-caliber electromagnetic launcher powered by pulse formation network(PFN)is carried *** test methods such as spectrometer,fiber grating and high-speed camera are used to test several parameters such as muzzle initial velocity,transient magnetic field strength and stress-strain of *** the simulation results and experimental data,the damage condition of the contact surface is analyzed.

Phosphorus(P)is essential for living plants,and P deficiency is one of the key factors limiting the yield in rapeseed production *** the most important organ for plants,root morphology traits(RMTs)play a key role in P *** investigate the genetic variability of RMT under low P availability,we dissected the genetic structure of RMTs by genome-wide association studies(GWAS),linkage mapping and candidate gene association studies(CGAS).A total of 52 suggestive loci were associated with RMTs under P stress conditions in 405 oilseed rape *** purple acid phosphatase gene BnPAP17 was found to control the lateral root number(LRN)and root dry weight(RDW)under low P *** expression of BnPAP17 was increased in shoot tissue in P-efficient cultivars compared to root tissue and P-inefficient cultivars in response to low P ***,the haplotype of BnPAP17^(Hap3)was detected for the selective breeding of P efficiency in oilseed ***-expression of the BnPAP17^(Hap3)could promote the shoot and root growth with enhanced tolerance to low P stress and organic phosphorus(Po)utilization in oilseed ***,these findings increase our understanding of the mechanisms underlying BnPAP17-mediated low P stress tolerance in oilseed rape.

为研究微生态制剂(MicroecologicalPreparation,MP)对草鱼生产性能、肠道菌群及养殖水质的影响。试验将600尾初始体重相近,健康无病的草鱼随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾。其中,对照组(CON组)草鱼饲喂基础饵料,其余3组草鱼则在基础饵料中分别添加2g/kg(MP2组)、4g/kg(MP4组)、6g/kg(MP6组)的微生态制剂,试验为期60d。结果显示,(1)与CON组相比,MP2组、MP4组草鱼的终末体重、增重率、胴体重均显著提高(P <0.05)。(2)与CON组相比,MP6组肠道乳酸菌数量显著提高(P <0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P <0.05)。(3)与CON组相比,MP6组水体中40、60d氨氮浓度均显著降低(P <0.05),MP2组、MP4组、MP6组水体中20、40、60d亚硝酸盐浓度均显著降低(P <0.05),MP6组水体中20、40、60d硫化氢浓度显著降低(P <0.05)。结论:基础饵料中添加中低水平(2、4g/kg)的微生态制剂能促进草鱼生长;基础饵料中添加高水平(6g/kg)的微生态制剂能改善肠道菌群,优化养殖水质,降低水质中的有害物质。

碱催化溶胶-凝胶多孔SiO_(2)减反膜具有优异的光学性能及抗激光损伤性能,是高功率激光装置中的重要组成部分,但其与光学元件之间的结合强度低,使得膜层易发生接触破坏。本研究以“神光II”高功率激光装置溶胶-凝胶多孔SiO_(2)减反膜为基础,通过提拉法在其表层涂覆致密的SiO_(2)薄层后得到机械强度提升的双层SiO_(2)减反膜(SiO_(2)-MTES),并与常用的单层氨固化SiO_(2)减反膜(SiO_(2)-HMDS)进行相关应用性能的综合比较。结果表明,涂覆SiO_(2)-MTES的熔石英在约800 nm处的峰值透过率大于99.6%,运用1-on-1激光损伤阈值测试方法测得该双层SiO_(2)减反膜的零几率激光损伤阈值为51.9 J/cm^(2)(1064 nm,9.1 ns),与涂覆SiO_(2)-HMDS的性能相当。同时,SiO_(2)-MTES膜层与水的接触角达到117.3°,且在相对湿度大于90%的高湿环境中膜层的透过率较稳定。多次擦拭实验结果表明SiO_(2)-MTES的耐摩擦机械强度明显优于SiO_(2)-HMDS,有效提升了膜层与光学元件之间的结合强度。

This paper presents a self-assembly control strategy for the swarm modular robots. Simulated and physical experiments are conducted based on the Sambot platform, which is a novel self-assembly modular robot having the characteristics of both the chain-type and the mobile self-reconfigurable robots. Multiple Sambots can autonomously move and connect with one another through self-assembly to form robotic organisms. The configuration connection state table is used to describe the configuration of the robotic structure. A directional self-assembly control model is proposed to perform the self-assembly experiments. The self-assembly process begins with one Sambot as the seed, and then the Docking Sambots use a behavior-based controller to achieve connection with the seed Sambot. The controller is independent of the target configuration. The seed and connected Sambots execute a configuration comparison algorithm to control the growth of the robotic structure. Furthermore, the simul- taneous self-assembly of multiple Sambots is discussed. For multiple configurations, self-assembly experiments are conducted in simulation platform and physical platform of Sambot. The experimental results verify the effectiveness and scalability of the self-assembly algorithms.

To balance the accuracy and efficiency in multiple-view triangulation with sequential images, a high-efficiency propagationbased incremental triangulation(INT) method, carving three-dimensional(3 D) scene points by updating the incoming feature track one by one without iterations, is proposed. Based on the INT method, a more accurate iteration-limited INT method is also established with few iterations to bound the propagated errors, ensuring the accuracy of subsequent3 D reconstruction. Finally, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed methods can balance the efficiency and accuracy in different multiple-view INT situations.

A type of λ/4–λ/4 ultra-broadband antireflective coating has been developed using modified low refractive silica and high refractive silica layers by a sol–gel dip coating method for amplifier blast shields of the Shen Guang Ⅱ high power laser facility(SG-Ⅱ facility). Deposition of the first layer(high refractive index silica) involves baking at 200℃ in the post-treatment step. The second layer(low refractive index, n = 1.20) uses low refractive index silica sol modified by acid catalysis. Thermal baking at temperatures no less than 500℃ for 60 min offers chemical stability, ethanol scratch resistance, and resistance to washing with water. The average residual reflection of dual-side-coated fused silica glass was less than 1% in the spectral range from 450 to 950 nm. Transmission gain has been evaluated by taking into account angular light, and the results show that the transmission gain increases with increasing light incidence. Even at 60°, the transmission spectrum of the broadband antireflective coating effectively covered the main absorption peak of Nd:glass.

Different post-treatment processes involving the use of ammonia and hexamethyldisilazane(HMDS) were explored for application to 351 nm third harmonic generation SiO_(2)antireflective(3ω SiO_(2)AR) coatings for high power laser systems prepared by the sol-gel *** to experimental analysis,the 3ω SiO_(2)AR coatings that were successively post-treated with ammonia and HMDS at 150℃ for 48 h and again heat-treated at 180℃ for 2 h(N/H 150+180 AR) were relatively *** were relatively fewer changes in the optical properties of the N/H 150+180 AR coating under a humid and polluted environment,and the increase in defect density was slow in high humidity *** laser-induced damage threshold of the N/H 150+180 AR coating reached 15.83 J/cm;(355 nm,6.8 ns),a value that meets the basic requirements of high power laser systems.
