Monitoring various internal parameters plays a core role in ensuring the safety of lithium-ion batteries in power supply applications.It also influences the sustainability effect and online state of charge prediction.An improved multiple feature-electrochemical thermal coupling modeling method is proposed considering low-temperature performance degradation for the complete characteristic expression of multi-dimensional information.This is to obtain the parameter influence mechanism with a multi-variable coupling relationship.An optimized decoupled deviation strategy is constructed for accurate state of charge prediction with real-time correction of time-varying current and temperature effects.The innovative decoupling method is combined with the functional relationships of state of charge and open-circuit voltage to capture energy management ef-fectively.Then,an adaptive equivalent-prediction model is constructed using the state-space equation and iterative feedback correction,making the proposed model adaptive to fractional calculation.The maximum state of charge estimation errors of the proposed method are 4.57% and 0.223% under the Beijing bus dynamic stress test and dynamic stress test conditions,respectively.The improved multiple feature-electrochemical thermal coupling modeling realizes the effective correction of the current and temperature variations with noise influencing coefficient,and provides an efficient state of charge prediction method adaptive to complex conditions.

Effect of chlorine content of chlorophenols on their adsorption by mesoporous SBA-15

Studies on the effect of the chlorine content of chlorophenols （CPs） on their adsorption from aqueous solution by mesoporous SBA-15 are important in understanding the mechanisms of CP adsorption. In this study, three CPs with different degrees of chlorine content （i.e., 2-chlorophenol, 2,6-dichlorophenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol） were investigated. The effects of parameters such as temperature and solution pH were studied. The results showed that CP adsorption by SBA- 15 increased with increasing number of chlorine substituents and depended strongly on the temperature and solution pH. Thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy change （AGO）, enthalpy change （△H^0） and entropy change （△S^0） were also calculated. By comparison of the adsorption coefficient of CPs with varying physical-chemical properties （size, hydrophobicity and electron density）, we propose that hydrophobic interactions between CPs and the SBA-15 surface, as well as electron donor-acceptor （EDA） complexes between oxygen of the siloxane surface of SBA-15 （e--donor） and the n-system of the CPs （e--acceptor）, were dominant adsorption mechanisms.

Attribute-Based Encryption for Circuits on Lattices

In the previous construction of attributed-based encryption for circuits on lattices, the secret key size was exponential to the number of AND gates of the circuit. Therefore, it was suitable for the shallow circuits whose depth is bounded. For decreasing the key size of previous scheme, combining the techniques of Two-to-One Recoding （TOR）, and sampling on lattices, we propose a new Key-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption （KP-ABE） scheme for circuits of any arbitrary polynomial on lattices, and prove that the scheme is secure against chosen plaintext attack in the selective model under the Learning With Errors （LWE） assumptions. In our scheme, the key size is proportional to the number of gates or wires in the circuits.

AGO2a but not AGO2b mediates antiviral defense against infection of wild-type cucumber mosaic virus in tomato

Evolutionarily conserved antiviral RNA interference(RNAi)mediates a primary antiviral innate immunity preventing infection of broad-spectrum viruses in plants.However,the detailed mechanism in plants is still largely unknown,especially in important agricultural crops,including tomato.Varieties of pathogenic viruses evolve to possess viral suppressors of RNA silencing(VSRs)to suppress antiviral RNAi in the host.Due to the prevalence of VSRs,it is still unknown whether antiviral RNAi truly functions to prevent invasion by natural wild-type viruses in plants and animals.In this research,for the first time we applied CRISPR-Cas9 to generate ago2a,ago2b,or ago2ab mutants for two differentiated Solanum lycopersicum AGO2s,key effectors in antiviral RNAi.We found that AGO2a but not AGO2b was significantly induced to inhibit the propagation of not only VSR-deficient Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)but also wild-type CMV-Fny in tomato;however,neither AGO2a nor AGO2b regulated disease induction after infection with either virus.Our findings firstly reveal a prominent role of AGO2a in antiviral RNAi innate immunity in tomato and demonstrate that antiviral RNAi evolves to defend against infection of natural wild-type CMV-Fny in tomato.However,AGO2a-mediated antiviral RNAi does not play major roles in promoting tolerance of tomato plants to CMV infection for maintaining health.

短磁聚焦脉冲展宽分幅相机是一种具有长漂移区的二维超快诊断设备。通常采用轴上和离轴的点空间分辨率对其近轴空间分辨能力和工作面积进行评估,但由于像场弯曲会引起高斯像面的空间分辨不均匀,因此难以评价相机的整体空间分辨能力,所以研究一种能量化空间分辨能力的方法具有重要意义。为探讨新方法,采用COMSOL软件建立模型,基于场曲特性重建三维成像曲面,采用标准差分析成像曲面与高斯像面之间的偏离程度,通过融合点空间分辨率和整体调制度构建高斯像面空间分辨率,并运用相对误差量化高斯像面空间分辨均匀性。研究结果显示,在组合磁透镜的孔距为200 mm、漏磁缝隙为10 mm、轴向宽度为100 mm、漂移区长度为400 mm、成像半径为21 mm、阴极为-3.75 kV的情况下,随着成像磁场变化,成像曲面与高斯像面之间的偏离程度,以及高斯像面空间分辨率均呈开口向上的抛物线形状,并在成像磁场为41.97 Gs(1 Gs=10^(-4)T)时,两像面偏离程度标准差达到最小,为2.82 mm,高斯像面空间分辨率提升至最优,为292.80μm,表征空间均匀性的调制度差值降低至最小,为330%。本文研究为评估短磁聚焦脉冲展宽分幅相机的最优空间分辨性能提供了一种可量化的参考方法。

赣江流域水文情势时空差异性及变化分析

赣江流域作为鄱阳湖流域最大的子流域,是长江中下游的重要水源区,研究赣江流域的水文情势可以拓展对该区域水文演变机制的认识。基于赣江流域2000~2021年的日降雨量和径流监测数据,采用Mann-Kendall检验以及相关分析等方法,结合HYPE水文模拟和PEST自动率定技术对参数敏感性指数、径流量及降雨量等指标进行水文过程及其时空变异的研究。结果表明:①流域内的水文变量呈现一定的时空变化。在年尺度上,径流量和降雨量有一定的波动,总体上呈现小幅上升趋势,两者之间存在明显的正相关关系,同时流域内水库运行也可能对水文机制产生一定影响;在月尺度上,径流量和降雨量均在6月达到峰值,1月达到最低值;在空间分布上,年均径流和降雨量在流域东部和北部均较大。②在水文过程模拟中,描述发生大孔隙流和地表径流的土壤水含量阈值的参数mactrsm相对综合敏感性最大。③HYPE模型能够较好地模拟赣江流域及其代表性子流域宜丰河流域的径流动态变化(0.60≤E_(ns)≤0.86),宜丰河小流域出口(宜丰水文站)的流量模拟效果明显低于赣江流域出口(外洲水文站)。在年尺度上,宜丰站子流域的土壤湿度、蒸发量和地表径流整体上呈现上升趋势;在空间分布上,外洲站子流域相较于宜丰站子流域,土壤湿度更高、蒸发量较低、地表径流更大。④根据基流分割,宜丰站子流域和外洲站子流域的径流机制有所不同,表现在宜丰站子流域饱和地下水对总径流的贡献较大,而外洲站子流域地表径流对总径流的贡献较大。流域特征非均质性和水文过程变异是造成模型精度空间差异的主要原因。

[目的]揭示砒砂岩坡面侵蚀产沙规律并初步建立侵蚀产沙估测模型,为创新砒砂岩区水土流失综合治理新措施提供参考。[方法]利用室内人工模拟降雨试验,依据18个工况的试验数据,定量研究了不同降雨强度、植被覆盖度和坡度3个因素对砒砂岩坡面降雨侵蚀产沙量的影响规律,并通过多元非线性回归方程建立了坡面侵蚀产沙预测模型。[结果](1)砒砂岩坡面产沙规律曲线均属于平缓型,每分钟产沙量随降雨历时呈现逐渐增大并直至稳定。(2)坡面产沙量受降雨强度的影响最为强烈,植被其次,坡度最小,且降雨强度对植被的减沙效益具有一定的影响,随着降雨强度的增加,低覆盖度的植被减沙效益降低。(3)产沙量同降雨强度呈幂函数关系,而同坡度和植被覆盖度在一定范围内呈线性关系。[结论]通过多元非线性回归方程所建立的侵蚀产沙估算方程的拟合相关系数(R^(2))可达到0.980,可以有效反映坡面侵蚀产沙量与各个影响因素的相互关系,具有较高的适用性。

Aging Mechanism and Life Estimation of Photovoltaic Inverter DC-link Capacitors in Alternating Humid and Thermal Environment

DC-link capacitors play a vital role in managing ripple voltage and current in converters and various devices.This study focuses on exploring the aging characteristics of DC-link capacitors in alternating humid and thermal environments aligned with the operational conditions in photovoltaic and wind power applications.Adhering to relevant power equipment standards,we designed a 24-h alternating humid and thermal aging environment tailored to the requirements of DC-link capacitors.An aging test platform is established,and 20 widely used metallized polypropylene film capacitors are selected for evaluation.Parameters such as the capacitance,equivalent series resistance(ESR),and phase angle are assessed during aging,as well as the onset time and extent of aging at various intervals.This study focuses on the aging mechanisms,analyzing electrode corrosion,the self-healing process,and dielectric aging.Fitting the aging characteristics enabled us to calculate the lifespan of the capacitor and predict it under different degrees of capacitance decay.The results show that under alternating humid and thermal conditions,capacitance attenuation and ESR increase exhibit exponential nonlinearity,influenced by factors such as the oxidation and self-healing of capacitive metal electrodes,dielectric main-chain fracture,and crystal transformation.This study underscores the pivotal role of encapsulation in determining the aging decay time.

为严格控制研制成本,低成本卫星和商业卫星无法选择传统宇航级元器件,而是选择普军级、工业级,甚至是商用货架(Commercial Off-The-Shelf, COTS)元器件。同时为了保证卫星满足高可靠、长寿命的基本要求,有效手段之一是根据应用等级的要求选择元器件以及合适的可靠性冗余设计。但是,研制成本、布局包络和可靠性冗余设计之间存在互相制约的关系,为此在确定元器件可靠性冗余设计与应用等级关系的基础上,结合层次分析法,确定了一种元器件选型流程,该流程可为后续低成本卫星和商业卫星的元器件选型及可靠性冗余设计提供支撑。

烟碱对肠缺血再灌注损伤大鼠凝血功能的影响

目的观察胆碱能激动剂烟碱对大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤后凝血功能的影响。方法选取32只体质量250~300g雄性健康SD大鼠,采用随机数字表法将它们分为四组(n=8):假手术(sham operation,S)组、肠缺血再灌注(ischemia-reperfusion,IR)组、烟碱(nicotine,NIC)组、α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor,α7nAchR)拮抗剂α-银环蛇毒素(α-bungarotoxin,α-BGT)组。大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤模型采取肠系膜上动脉夹闭45min后恢复再灌注120min的方法建立。α-BGT组在肠系膜上动脉夹闭前45min和30min分别腹腔注射α-BGT 1μg/kg,烟碱400μg/kg;NIC组用等容量生理盐水替代α-BGT,S组和IR组用等容量生理盐水替代α-BGT和烟碱,其余均同α-BGT组。在大鼠恢复再灌注120min后经腹主动脉取血样,检测血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(plasma tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、组织因子(tissue factor,TF)、抗凝血酶(antithrombin,AT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tissue plasminogen activator,tPA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(fiber plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)、D-二聚体水平和血小板计数(platelet count,PLT)。取远端回肠采用Chiu评分法评估小肠组织受损程度。结果与S组和NIC组比较,IR组和α-BGT组血浆TNF-α、TF、tPA、PAI-1和D-二聚体水平均出现显剧升高,血浆AT水平下降,血小板计数下降(P<0.05),小肠组织Chiu评分增加(P<0.05)。结论烟碱能够抑制大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤导致的凝血功能过度激活;其作用机制可能为外周α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体结合,引起胆碱能抗炎通路的激活,进而导致促炎性细胞因子的释放减少,从而减轻内皮细胞的损伤。
