The paper discusses efforts of finding a simple and transparent method to analyze business processes and developing its management system architecture. By introducing ontology and its state, the approach tried to find a unified representation and a flexible choreography of business processes. The main idea of the paper is the transformation of ontology＇s states, which are the most important scenarios of enterprises. The business activity composition, that is, case composition based on an AI technique, Case Based Reason （CBR）, which is to solve new problems by retrieving solutions to previous problems, and then store the modified solution. The main interest in CBR relies on that it allows a system to avoid past failures and exploit past successes.

为提升主瓣干扰下阵列雷达探测性能,提出了一种分数域滤波处理的阵列雷达抗主瓣干扰抑制算法,可有效抑制主瓣干扰。通过分数阶傅里叶变换在分数域搜索主瓣干扰,根据峰值确定干扰在分数域的位置,从而在分数域进行滤波处理,然后对回波信号再进行阻塞矩阵处理,从而更好地滤除主瓣干扰。仿真实验验证了所提算法的有效性。

Residual pesticides such as phosmet and chlorpyrifos in fruit have become a public concern problem in recent *** this study,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was used to detect and characterize pesticides extracted from navel orange *** colloid was prepared for getting the SERS of phosmet and *** Raman signals of phosmet over a concentration range of 5 mg/L to 30 mg/L and chlorpyrifos over a concentration range of 5 mg/L to 20 mg/L were *** least squares(PLS)regression combined with different data preprocessing methods was used to develop quantitative *** the second derivative data preprocessing,the best prediction model of phosmet pesticide was achieved with a correlation coefficient(r)of 0.852 and the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of 5.177 mg/*** best prediction model of chlorpyrifos pesticide was achieved with r of 0.843 and the RMSEP of 2.992 mg/L using the multiplicative scatter correction(MSC)and first derivative data *** study indicated that SERS coupled with Ag nanostructures is a potential tool for analysis of phosmet and chlorpyrifos pesticide residues.

The Ediacaran Period(635–539 Ma)witnessed the largest negative excursion in inorganic carbon isotope(δ^(13)Ccarb)over the Earth’s geological history,also known as the Shuram Excursion(SE)*** occurrence of the SE has been widely attributed to an increase in atmospheric-oceanic oxygen levels and the subsequent oxidation of organic matters in Earth’s surface ***,the oxygen levels in the Ediacaran ocean during the SE remain poorly constrained,limiting our ability to better understand the cause and mechanisms behind the ***,the ratio of I/(Ca+Mg)in carbonate has emerged as an effective proxy for quantifying dissolved oxygen([O_(2)])in the local surface *** this study,we analyzed I/(Ca+Mg)ratios in the Shuiquan Formation at the Mochia-Khutuk(MK)section,which records the SE event in the Tarim *** I/(Ca+Mg)ratio shows synchronous variation withδ^(13)Ccarbin the MK section,with the average value decreasing from 2.2μmol/mol at the bottom of the section to 0.8μmol/mol in the middle and then increasing to 3.4μmol/mol at the very top along with the decline and recovery ofδ^(13)*** to the relationship between I/(Ca+Mg)and oxygen content in minimum oxygen zones of the modern ocean,we infer that[O_(2)]of surface water in the MK section decreased from>20–70μmol/L to<20–70μmol/L during the SE,which may reflect the upwelling of the deep seawater enriched dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and reduced substance(such as Fe^(2+))together with its subsequent consumption of[O2]in the surface *** I/(Ca+Mg)pattern in the MK section is significantly different from those of other contemporaneous SE records on other continents,indicating the surface[O_(2)]in the Ediacaran ocean could have been temporally and spatially *** factors,such as latitude,temperature,productivity,and input of anoxic water masses could play important roles in regulating the surface ocean redox *** observation further suggests that the atm

对投资者而言,标的资产的流动性变化对制定投资策略、防控风险具有重要意义。本文主要关注债券在未来一段时间的流动性,创新性地融合先验知识,使用债券的动静态特征信息,训练出可解释的概率分层决策链模型,实现对流动性的预测。此外,本文提出基于投资组合的未来流动性分数指标,实现在不同投资组合之间的流动性排序,并可以观测在连续时间窗口下的未来流动性的变化。资产管理人也可对不同流动性等级的债券设置变现比例,根据债券当日市值完成对资产组合的可变现金额测算,进一步提升流动性管理能力。

myo-lnositol-l-phosphate synthase （MIPS） catalyzes the limiting step of inositol biosynthesis and has crucial roles in plant growth and development. In response to stress, the transcription of MIPS1 is induced and the biosynthesis of inositol or inositol derivatives is promoted by unknown mechanisms. Here, we found that the light signaling protein FAR-RED ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL3 （FHY3） and its homolog FAR- RED IMPAIRED RESPONSE1 （FAR1） regulate light-induced inositol biosynthesis and oxidative stress re- sponses by activating the transcription of MIPS1. Disruption of FHY3 and FAR1 caused light-induced cell death after dark-light transition, precocious leaf senescence, and increased sensitivity to oxidative stress. Reduction of salicylic acid （SA） accumulation by overexpression of SALICYLIC ACID 3-HYDROXYLASE largely suppressed the cell death phenotype of fhy3 far1 mutant plants, suggesting that FHY3- and FARl-mediated cell death is dependent on SA. Furthermore, comparative analysis of chromatin immuno- precipitation sequencing and microarray results revealed that FHY3 and FAR1 directly target both MIPS1 and MIPS2. The fhy3 far1 mutant plants showed severely decreased MIPS1/2 transcript levels and reduced inositol levels. Conversely, constitutive expression of MIPSl partially rescued the inositol contents, caused reduced transcript levels of SA-biosynthesis genes, and prevented oxidative stress in fhy3 far1. Taken together, our results indicate that the light signaling proteins FHY3 and FAR1 directly bind the promoter of MIPS1 to activate its expression and thereby promote inositol biosynthesis to prevent light-induced oxidative stress and SA-dependent cell death.

为探索研究反康技术在γ能谱测量应用中的规律及有效性,在实验室利用CSS-D-60型反康普顿γ能谱仪系统进行了铀矿标物的反康测量研究,分别针对铀钍混合、铀镭平衡和单钍粉末样品进行了实测统计,获取了各类样品中186~1847keV能量段的康普顿散射光子在实测谱中的占比分布。实验结果表明,反康普顿修正数据占比随着能量的增加呈上升趋势,在1001keV能峰处的修正百分占比超60%。研究成果能够为γ能谱测铀技术装备的研发提供重要数据借鉴。

Two-dimensional(2D)semiconductor heterojunctions are considered as an effective strategy to achieve fast separation of photoinduced ***,a novel CoWO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(CWO/CN)p–n junction was synthesized using an electrostatic selfassembly *** constructed 2D/2D p–n heterostructure had a rich hetero-interface,increased charge density,and fast separation efficiency of photoinduced *** in-situ Kelvin probe force microscopy confirmed that the separation pathway of photoinduced carriers through the interface obeyed an II-scheme charge transfer *** results and density functional theory calculations indicated the differences of work function between CWO and CN induced the generation of built-in electric field,ensuring an efficient separation and transfer process of photoinduced *** the optimized conditions,the CWO/CN heterojunction displayed enhanced photocatalytic H_(2)generation activity under full spectrum and visible lights irradiation,*** study provides a novel approach to design 2D/2D hetero-structured photocatalysts based on p–n type semiconductor for photocatalytic H_(2)generation.
