Background:Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)brings health issues for both mothers and offspring,and GDM prevention is as important as GDM *** was shown that a history of GDM was significantly associated with a higher maternal risk for GDM *** incidence of GDM recurrence was unclear because of the incidence of second-child was low before 2016 in *** aim to investigate the prevalence of GDM recurrence and its associated high-risk factors which may be useful for the prediction of GDM recurrence in ***:A retrospective study was conducted which enrolled participants who underwent regular prenatal examination and delivered twice in the same hospital of 18 research *** participants were enrolled from January 2018 to October 2018,where they delivered the second baby during this period.A total of 6204 women were enrolled in this study,and 1002 women with a history of GDM were analyzed *** participants enrolled in the study had an oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)result at 24 to 28 weeks and were diagnosed as GDM in the first pregnancy according to the OGTT value(when any one of the following values is met or exceeded to the 75-g OGTT:0 h[fasting],≥5.10 mmol/L;1 h,≥10.00 mmol/L;and 2 h,≥8.50 mmol/L).The prevalence of GDM recurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus were calculated,and its related risk factors were ***:In 6204 participants,there are 1002 women(1002/6204,16.15%)with a history of GDM and 5202 women(5202/6204,83.85%)without a history of *** are significant differences in age(32.43±4.03 years vs.33.00±3.34 years vs.32.19±3.37 years,P<0.001),pregnancy interval(4.06±1.44 years vs.3.52±1.43 years vs.3.38±1.35 years,P=0.004),prepregnancy body mass index(BMI)(27.40±4.62 kg/m^(2)vs.23.50±3.52 kg/m^(2)vs.22.55±3.47 kg/m^(2),P<0.001),history of delivered macrosomia(22.7%vs.11.0%vs.6.2%,P<0.001)among the development of diabetes mellitus(DM),recurrence of GDM,and normal ***,it seems

目的了解目前怀柔区初中生的心理健康和自尊的现状及其关系,为进一步开展心理健康教育和心理干预提供科学依据。方法采用普查的方式,于2022年10月至12月对北京市怀柔区在校初中生进行儿童青少年心理健康早期筛查量表和自尊量表的线上调查,共获得有效问卷2825份。结果本次调查的初中学生目前至少存在一种心理健康问题症状的发生率为46.7%,存在网络成瘾倾向的学生占比较高(30.6%),孤独感倾向、抑郁倾向及焦虑倾向的发生率分别为25.2%、19.3%、15.5%。除网络成瘾倾向维度外,其他维度得分女生均高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);初三学生的抑郁倾向的得分高于初一和初二学生,孤独感倾向得分随年级递增(P<0.05)。本次调查人群的自尊水平较好,男生的自尊水平高于女生,自尊得分随着年级递减(P<0.05)。自尊与心理健康问题的Pearson相关及偏相关分析显示,自尊与抑郁倾向、焦虑倾向、孤独感倾向及网络成瘾倾向均呈负相关(P<0.01)。线性回归分析显示自尊均能负向预测焦虑倾向、抑郁倾向、孤独感倾向及网络成瘾倾向(P<0.01)。结论本地初中生心理健康问题较为严重,自尊对其心理健康有显著的影响,应积极关注初中生的自尊的发展,并制定相关的干预策略,促进初中生心理健康发展。

Lead-free perovskites-based photonic synaptic devices with zero electric energy consumption

The von Neumann bottleneck is a critical limitation in synaptic devices. Therefore, artificial synaptic devices resembling biological neuromorphic synapses have been developed to overcome the von Neumann bottleneck. However, synaptic devices require voltages, which results in considerable energy consumption. Here, photonic synaptic devices with the vertical structure of indium tin oxide（ITO）/SnO2/Al2O3/CsBi3I10/Au are fabricated, which can work in the self-powered mode owing to the photovoltaic effect endowed by a vertical multilayer structure. Several fundamental synaptic functions, such as excitatory postsynaptic current, paired-pulse facilitation, short-term plasticity（STP）, long-term plasticity（LTP）, pulse-frequency-dependent plasticity, transition of STP to LTP, and the learning experience are emulated. Moreover, Morse-coded external light information is decoded by self-powered photonic synaptic devices. The results indicate that self-powered photonic synaptic devices based on lead-free perovskites exhibit great potential for efficient neuromorphic computing and optical wireless communication.

Study on the effect and mechanism of Yanghe decoction Huacai(阳和汤化裁) on tissue repair of Yin syndrome after anal fistula surgery

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yanghe decoction Huacai(阳和汤化裁) for the repair of Yin syndrome wounds with slow-healing after anal fistula surgery. METHODS: A total of 120 patients with slow-healing negative wounds with after low-grade anal fistula surgery who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group based on a random number table method, with 60 patients in the treatment group and 60 patients in the control group. The treatment group was given Yanghe decoction Huacai in combination with routine treatment; the control group was only given routine treatment, in which the wound surface was disinfected with iodine, and then covered with sterile gauze. The course of treatment in both groups was 10 d. After treatment, the wound secretion score, wound granulation tissue score, the expression levels of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1), and epidermal growth factor(EGF) in the wound, wound healing time and clinical efficacy were compared. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in age or gender between the two groups(P > 0.05). On the 10th and 15th days after the surgery, the wound secretion scores were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.01). Comparing the two groups at the 10th and 15th day after surgery, the granulation tissue growth scores in the treatment group were better than the in control group(P < 0.01). On the 10th and 15th day after operation, the expression levels of bFGF, TGF-β1 and EGF factors in the treatment group were stronger than those in the control group. The healing time of the wounds in the treatment group was significantly shorter than in the control group(P < 0.01). The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared, and the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01). Perovskite quantum laser with enhanced population inversion driven by plasmon-induced hot electron transfer under potential shift polarization conditions

Research on Fatigue Damage Behavior of Main Beam Sub-Structure of Composite Wind Turbine Blade

Given the difficulty in accurately evaluating the fatigue performance of large composite wind turbine blades(referred to as blades),this paper takes the main beam structure of the blade with a rectangular cross-sectionas the simulation object and establishes a composite laminate rectangular beam structure that simultaneouslyincludes the flange,web,and adhesive layer,referred to as the blade main beam sub-structure specimen,throughthe definition of blade *** paper examines the progressive damage evolution law of the compositelaminate rectangular beam utilizing an improved 3D Hashin failure criterion,cohesive zone model,B-K failurecriterion,and computer simulation *** static loading,the layup angle of the anti-shear web hasa close relationship with the static load-carrying capacity of the composite laminate rectangular beam;under fatigueloading,the fatigue damage will first occur in the lower flange adhesive area of the whole composite laminaterectangular beam and ultimately result in the fracture failure of the entire *** results provide a theoreticalreference and foundation for evaluating and predicting the fatigue performance of the blade main beamstructure and even the full-size blade.

A vertical track nonlinear energy sink

Eliminating the effects of gravity and designing nonlinear energy sinks(NESs)that suppress vibration in the vertical direction is a challenging task with numerous damping *** this paper,the dynamic design of a vertical track nonlinear energy sink(VTNES)with zero linear stiffness in the vertical direction is proposed and realized for the first *** motion differential equations of the VTNES coupled with a linear oscillator(LO)are *** the strong nonlinearity considered of the VTNES,the steady-state response of the system is analyzed with the harmonic balance method(HBM),and the accuracy of the HBM is verified *** this basis,the VTNES prototype is manufactured,and its nonlinear stiffness is *** damping effect and dynamic characteristics of the VTNES are studied theoretically and *** results show that the VTNES has better damping effects when strong modulation responses(SMRs)***,even for small-amplitude vibration,the VTNES also has a good vibration suppression *** sum up,in order to suppress the vertical vibration,an NES is designed and developed,which can suppress the vertical vibration within certain ranges of the resonance frequency and the vibration intensity.

Nested Saturated Control of Uncertain Complex Cascade Systems Using Mixed Saturation Levels

This study addresses the problem of global asymptotic stability for uncertain complex cascade systems composed of multiple integrator systems and non-strict feedforward nonlinear systems. To tackle the complexity inherent in such structures, a novel nested saturated control design is proposed that incorporates both constant saturation levels and state-dependent saturation levels. Specifically, a modified differentiable saturation function is proposed to facilitate the saturation reduction analysis of the uncertain complex cascade systems under the presence of mixed saturation levels. In addition, the design of modified differentiable saturation function will help to construct a hierarchical global convergence strategy to improve the robustness of control design scheme. Through calculation of relevant inequalities, time derivative of boundary surface and simple Lyapunov function,saturation reduction analysis and convergence analysis are carried out, and then a set of explicit parameter conditions are provided to ensure global asymptotic stability in the closed-loop systems. Finally, a simplified system of the mechanical model is presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
