Introduction Biliary stricture is a less common complication after hepatic radiofrequency ablation(RFA)[1,2].Patients with biliary stricture often present with recurrent jaundice,fever or chills,and require endoscopic or percutaneous biliary drainage,and in some cases recanalization of the biliary tract[3].Establishing guide-wire passage through the stricture is essential for biliary recanalization.However,in some cases of complete biliary obstruction,a more aggressive technique is needed when ordinarymethods fail to establish.Herein,we report a novel technique of extraluminal recanalization for biliary strictures using a Chiba biopsy needle,which is similar to sharp endovascular recanalization.

In this paper, we propose a non-cooperative differential game theory based resource allocation approach for the network security risk assessment. For the risk assessment, the resource will be used for risk assess, including response cost and response negative cost. The whole assessment process is considered as a differential game for optimal resource control. The proposed scheme can be obtained through the Nash Equilibrium. It is proved that the game theory based algorithm is applicable and the optimal resource level can be achieved based on the proposed algorithm.

Fluorescence nanoscopy provides imaging techniques that overcome the diffraction-limited resolution barrier in light microscopy,thereby opening up a new area of research in biomedical imaging in fields such as neuroscience.Here,we review the foremost fluorescence nanoscopy techniques,including descriptions of their applications in elucidating protein architectures and mobility,the real-time determination of synaptic parameters involved in neural processes,three-dimensional imaging,and the tracking of nanoscale neural activity.We conclude by discussing the prospects of fluorescence nanoscopy,with a particular focus on its deployment in combination with related techniques(e.g.,machine learning)in neuroscience.

During the development of ultrathin two-dimensional(2D)materials,the appearance of ripples has been widely observed.However,the formation mechanisms and their influences are still rarely investigated,especially their contributions to the electronic structures and optical properties.To compensate for the knowledge gap,we have carried out comprehensive theoretical studies on the monolayer WSe_(2) with a series of ripple structures from 0 to 12Åin different lattice sizes.The sensitivity of the formation energy,band structures,electronic structures,and optical properties to the ripple structures have been performed systematically for the first time.The formation of ripples in Armchair and zigzag simultaneously are more energetically favorable,leading to more flexible optimizations of the optoelectronic properties.The improved charge-locking effect and extension of absorption ranges indicate the significant role of ripple structures.The spontaneous formation of ripples is associated with orbital rearrangements and structural distortions.This leads to the unique charge carrier correlate inversion between W-5d and Se-4p orbitals,resulting in the pinning of the Fermi level.This work has supplied significant references to understand ultrathin 2D structures and benefit their future developments and applications in high-performance optoelectronic devices.

Through analysis of the relationship between heaven and man and the development of the ideology in the developing process from the pre- Qin Confucianism, the cosmology Confucianism of the Han Dynasty to the formation of the Confucian School of idealist philosophy of the Song and Ming dynasties, this paper attempts to explore the Confucianism ideology from social structure, cultural integration and environmental change and so on, so as to points out that Confucianism does not collapse with the disintegration of the social structure; instead,it realizes self- reconstruction and renovation.

Near-microscopic grain boundary facilitates fatigue crack propagation in a polycrystalline Al–Zn–Mg–Cu alloy

In present study, grain characteristics with sizes within 10–30 μm were fabricated from a same Al–Zn–Mg–Cu alloy, FCP behaviors of the alloys with small grain(SG alloy), medium grain(MG alloy) and large grain(LG alloy)were investigated and related fatigue fracture morphology was analyzed. With the enhancement of stress intensity factor range(ΔK), the alloy with larger grains possessed faster FCP rate, which were successively arranged as SG alloy > MG alloy > LG alloy at initial stage while turned to LG alloy > MG alloy > SG alloy at final stage for the stable expanding region. Except for conventional characteristics of striations, tearing ridges, secondary cracks,second phases, voids and dimples, more prominent grain boundary features appeared on fracture surface, especially for MG and LG alloy. The calculation of cyclic plastic zone(CPZ) sizes proved that grain boundary participated and promoted FCP behavior when CPZ covered grain and grain boundary together.

The finite element method has been applied to simulate the dynamics of a water plugging string in a complex horizontal well of a low-permeability oilfield.The force associated with the pipe string and the packer has been determined under the sucking action of the oil well pump.Such analysis has been conducted for a real drilling well,taking into account the process of lifting,lowering,unblocking and water plugging.Comparison between field measured data and simulation data indicates that the model is reliable and accurate.The packer creep effect under different pressure differences has also been investigated in the framework of the same model.
