The mitigation of commutation failure(CF)depends on the accuracy of CF *** terms of the large error of the existing extinction angle(EA)calculation during the fault transient period,a method for CF prediction and mitigation is *** in both DC current and overlap angle(OA)are considered in the proposed method to predict the EA *** addition,variations in critical EA and the effect of firing angle(FA)on both DC current and OA are considered in the proposed method to obtain the accurate FA order for the control *** proposed method can achieve good performance in terms of CF mitigation and reduce reactive consumption at the inverter side when a fault *** results based on the PSCAD/EMTDC show that the proposed method predicts CF rapidly and exhibits good performance in terms of CF mitigation.

The commutation failure(CF) mitigation effectiveness is normally restricted by the delay of extinction angle(EA)measurement or the errors of existing prediction methods for EA or firing angle(FA). For this purpose, this paper proposes a CF mitigation method based on the imaginary commutation process. For each sample point, an imaginary commutation process is constructed to simulate the actual commutation ***, the imaginary EA is calculated by comparing the imaginary supply voltage-time area and the imaginary demand voltage-time area, which can update the imaginary EA earlier than the measured EA. In addition, the proposed method considers the impacts of commutation voltage variation, DC current variation, and phase angle shift of commutation voltage on the commutation process, which can ensure a more accurate EA calculation. Moreover, the DC current prediction is proposed to improve the CF mitigation performance under the single-phase AC faults. Finally, the simulation results based on CIGRE model prove that the proposed method has a good performance in CF mitigation.

目的探讨护药医一体化用药教育模式对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在杨浦区精神卫生中心住院的96例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各48例。两组患者均接受精神科常规治疗、护理和传统用药教育,研究组在此基础上进行护药医一体化模式用药教育。干预12周后比较两组患者的精神科药物知识掌握、用药态度、药物依从性和患者满意度。结果研究组精神科药物知识掌握、用药态度、患者满意度、药物依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护药医一体化模式用药教育有利于提高精神分裂症患者对精神科药物知识掌握,提升患者用药态度、满意度及药物依从性。

目的探讨高频经颅磁刺激(TMS)联合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者表面肌电图(sEMG)的影响。方法选取南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院神经内科2022年1月~2023年1月收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者100例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规吞咽康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合高频TMS治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效;评估两组患者洼田饮水试验等级以及标准吞咽功能评定量表(SSA)和吞咽障碍严重度评估量表(DOSS)评分;检测两组患者舌骨上、下肌群最大波幅值及吞咽时程;评估两组患者吞咽生存质量问卷(SWAL-QOL)评分。结果观察组总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.005,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者洼水试验评估等级改善显著优于治疗前,且观察组改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.157,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SSA评分低于治疗前,DOSS评分高于治疗前,且观察组SSA评分低于对照组,DOSS评分高于对照组[(23.15±3.51)分vs.(28.21±4.59)分、(6.11±0.78)分vs.(5.16±0.89)分],差异有统计学意义(t=6.192、5.676,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者舌骨上、下肌群最大波幅值均显著高于治疗前,吞咽时程短于治疗前,且观察组治疗后舌骨上、下肌群最大波幅值均显著高于对照组,吞咽时程短于对照组[(752.46±94.56)μg vs.(605.45±65.48)μg、(732.12±82.15)μg vs.(594.56±55.89)μg、(1.83±0.42)s vs.(2.15±0.62)s、(1.87±0.41)s vs.(2.32±0.54)s],差异有统计学意义(t=9.038、9.790、3.022、4.693,P<0.05);两组治疗后SWAL-QOL评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组[(185.45±14.41)分vs.(164.45±15.21)分],差异有统计学意义(t=26.258,P<0.05)。结论高频振幅值增加可促进脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者大脑神经元兴奋性增加,致使其引起更多神经元发放行动电位,促进神经元之间的连接和信息传递,不仅可有效改善患者临床症状以及吞咽功能,还能改善其舌骨上、下肌群最大波幅值、吞咽时程以及生活质量。

黑木耳超微颗粒混悬液制备工艺研究

采用高压均质法制备黑木耳超微颗粒混悬液,并对制备工艺进行优化。结果表明,采用高压均质法可制备黑木耳超微颗粒混悬液,优化后的工艺参数为均质压力10 Mpa,均质固液比1∶5,均质次数4次,制备后的混悬液平均粒度为5.31μm。

Novel Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x)(x=0-0.8)ceramics,designed by replacing Ce^(4+)with Yb^(3+)ions were prepared by conventional oxide reaction,and the structural stability of the cubic fluorite structure was assessed using lattice energy and ionic properties of Ce/Yb-O *** oxygen vacancy caused by unequal substitution,which played a decisive role in bond ionicity and lattice energy,was analyzed experimentally by XPS and also theoretically by first *** Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x) ceramics maintain a stable cubic fluorite structure when x≤0.47,corresponding to the minimum lattice energy of 4142 kJ/mol with the lowest ionicity as ƒ_(i)=87.57%.For microwave dielectric properties,when the Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x)(x=0-0.4)ceramics are pure phase,the porosity-corrected permittivity is dependent on the bond *** Q×ƒ values are related to the lattice energy and grain *** temperature coefficient of resonance frequency has been analyzed using bond *** the Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x)(x=0.5-0.8)ceramics are multiple phases,the microwave dielectric properties are associated with the phase composition and grain growth.

Distributed dual-function radar systems are an emerging trend in next-generation wireless systems, offering the possibility of improved parameter estimation for target localization as well as improved communication performance. With sufficient resource allocation, the achievable minimum estimated mean square error(MSE) and maximum total communication rate of localization may exceed the intended performance metrics of the system,which may consume an excessive number of antennas as well as antenna costs. In order to avoid resource wastage,this paper proposes a distributed dual-function radar communication(DFRC) multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) system capable of performing radar and communication tasks simultaneously. The distributed system achieves the desired MSE performance metrics and communication performance metrics by efficiently selecting a subset of antennas, and minimizing the number of transmitting antennas and receiving antennas used in the system as well as the cost. In this paper, the problem is modeled as a knapsack problem(KP) where the objective is to obtain the maximal MSE performance and the maximal total communication rate performance at the lowest cost, for which we design a heuristic antenna selection algorithm. The designed algorithm is effective in reducing the time complexity as well as reducing the cost of antenna, and minimizing the number of antennas required.

Serving as targeting ligands,aptamers have shown promise in precision ***,the lack of knowledge of the biosafety and metabolism patterns in the human body largely impeded aptamers’clinical *** bridge this gap,here we report the first-in-human pharmacokinetics study of protein tyrosine kinase 7 targeted SGC8 aptamer via in vivo PET tracking of gallium-68(^(68)Ga)radiolabeled *** specificity and binding affinity of a radiolabeled aptamer,named ^(68)Ga[Ga]-NOTA-SGC8,were maintained as proven in *** preclinical biosafety and biodistribution evaluation confirmed that aptamers have no biotoxicity,potential mutation risks,or genotoxicity at high dosage(40 mg/kg).Based on this result,a first-in-human clinical trial was approved and carried out to evaluate the circulation and metabolism profiles,as well as biosafety,of the radiolabeled SGC8 aptamer in the human *** advantage of the cutting-edge total-body PET,the aptamers’distribution pattern in the human body was acquired in a dynamic fashion.

The use of broadband laser technology is a novel approach for inhibiting processes related to laser plasma interactions(LPIs).In this study,several preliminary experiments into broadband-laser-driven LPIs are carried out using a newly established hundreds-of-joules broadband second-harmonic-generation laser *** direct comparison with LPI results for a traditional narrowband laser,the actual LPI-suppression effect of the broadband laser is *** broadband laser had a clear suppressive effect on both back-stimulated Raman scattering and back-stimulated Brillouin scattering at laser intensities below 1×10^(15) W cm^(−2).An abnormal hot-electron phenomenon is also investigated,using targets of different thicknesses.
