Association of psychological stress with wives’hypertension across over 10 million Chinese married female population aged 20-49 years

Background:Psychological stress has been reported to be a potential risk factor for hypertension among females,but it remains unclear whether spousal chronic stress levels alter the risk of hypertension among *** examined the associations between stress within the family and hypertension among married ***:Reproductive-aged women who were planning for pregnancy and their husbands were recruited from the National Free Pre-pregnancy Checkup Projects(NFPCP)across 31 provinces in China in 2016 and *** stress of wives or husbands was measured with a 5-point Likert-type scale,and assessed from three domains:work/life-related stress,economic stress,and overall ***-adjusted logistic regression models were used to assess the associations between stress status and the prevalence of ***:Of 10,027,644 couples,261,098(2.60%)women had *** results showed that higher stress levels among themselves or their husbands were associated with a higher prevalence of hypertension in women(P_(for trend)<0.001).Compared with non-stressed participants,female participants with the highest stress themselves were at a greater risk of hypertension,with adjusted odds ratio(OR)of 1.31(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.25-1.37);and compared with participants whose husbands had no stress,those whose husbands had the highest stress level were at a higher risk of hypertension with adjusted OR of 1.24(95%CI:1.20-1.29).Moreover,compared with non-stressed status for both couples,only-wife-stressed,only-husband-stressed,and both-stressed couples were found to be significantly associated with increased risks of wives’hypertension,with adjusted ORs of 1.28(95%CI:1.25-1.31),1.19(95%CI:1.17-1.21),and 1.28(95%CI:1.26-1.31),***:Moderate to severe stress in both spouses might be associated with female hypertension prevalence,which highlights the importance of paying attention to the psychological stresses of couples within the f

金柑Citrus japonica是福建省尤溪县的重要特色果树,多年来金柑黄化衰退问题在其产区较为严重。本研究意在明确金柑黄化衰退的病因,为有效防控提供依据。调查发现金柑黄化衰退病株根部生长不良,根上有线虫雌虫寄生,其体后部突出根表面,根际土壤中有大量的2龄线虫;相邻健树根部生长健壮,根部无或只有少量该线虫。为明确其病原线虫种类,对其雌虫、雄虫、2龄幼虫进行形态学观测,对线虫的rDNA-ITS、28S rDNA D2-D3区进行测序比对,采用最大似然法和贝叶斯法构建系统进化树分析。结果表明,线虫形态学特征与柑橘半穿刺线虫Tylenchulus semipenetrans一致,系统发育树分析进一步明确为柑橘半穿刺线虫。这是国内首次报道柑橘半穿刺线虫寄生金柑,是导致金柑黄化慢衰的病因。研究结果为制订有效防控策略提供了重要理论依据。

目的:观察针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取102例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组给予胃复春胶囊治疗,观察组给予针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗。比较2组临床总有效率,并比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平及miR-26a、miR-32相对定量表达水平。结果:观察组总有效率90.20%,高于对照组70.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃脘疼痛、胃脘痞胀、倦怠乏力、食少纳呆等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清GAS、MTL水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清miR-26a升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清miR-32降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较为理想的效果,不仅能改善胃肠激素,并且能降低炎症因子水平,调控miR-26a、miR-32表达。

Broadband electroluminescence based on environment-friendly emitters is promising for healthy lighting yet remains an unprecedented challenge to *** copper halide-based emitters are competitive candidates for broadband emission,but their high-performance electroluminescence shows inadequate broad emission bandwidth of less than 90 ***,we demonstrate efficient ultra-broadband electroluminescence from a copper halide(CuI)nanocluster single emitter prepared by a one-step solution synthesis-deposition process,through dedicated design of ligands and subtle selection of *** CuI nanocluster exhibits high rigidity in the excitation state as well as dual-emissive modes of phosphorescence and temperature-activated delayed fluorescence,enabling the uniform cluster-composed film to show excellent stability and high photoluminescent *** consequence,ultra-broadband light-emitting diodes(LEDs)present nearly identical performance in an inert or air atmosphere without encapsulation and outstanding high-temperature operation performance,reaching an emission full width at half maximum(FWHM)of~120 nm,a peak external quantum efficiency of 13%,a record maximum luminance of~50,000 cd m^(−2),and an operating half-lifetime of 137 h at 100 cd m^(−2).The results highlight the potential of copper halide nanoclusters for next-generation healthy lighting.

In order to utilize petroleum resources efficiently and greenly,and solve the problems of high coke yield,highsulfur coke utilization,and environmental protection concerns in China’s refineries,a resid contact cracking and coke gasification integrated technology is being developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP).Based on the three technical characteristics including thin films cracking,partial oxidation,and rapid cracking,this technology not only can reduce the production rate of coke and dry gas formed during the process,but also can increase the liquid ***,the in-situ low-temperature gasification technology is used to solve the clean utilization of high-sulfur petroleum coke,which can play the role of“Utility Island”and is a green and low-carbon technology for low-quality heavy oil upgrading.

Fluid coking on micro-spherical particles with acid sites on them could produce more light oils from Tahe *** conversion rate could increase by about 20% on the catalyst B compared to that obtained on the catalyst A and the light oil yield could increase by about 12%.The yield of gasoline and diesel was more than 50% from Tahe AR over the catalyst *** on acidity of the catalyst B by pyridine FT-IR spectrometry showed that the total acid content and the ratio of weak acid number to total acid number were higher than other catalysts.
