（S）-3-Hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoic acid is a potential progenitor of optically pure tomoxetine hydrochlo- ride and fluoxetine hydrochloride which are currently available antidepressant drugs. We report here the chemical synthesis of racemic substrate （R,S）-ethyl 3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoate and enzymatic preparation of S-isomer of the substrate by employing Porcine pancreas lipase（PPL） as a biocatalyst. Optimum enzyme-catalyzed reaction con- ditions, such as the effects of the temperature, pH and solvents on conversion degree and enantiomeric excess, were studied. An optimal temperature of 35 ℃ and pH=7.5 are the best for the resolution of （R,S）-ethyl 3-hydroxy-3- pheylpropanoate by PPL when 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution acts as a medium. This work provides a practi- cally chemo-enzvmatic oreoaration of chiral β-hvdroxv acid by PPL.

Large-scale multi-objective optimization problems(LSMOPs)pose challenges to existing optimizers since a set of well-converged and diverse solutions should be found in huge search *** evolutionary algorithms are good at solving small-scale multi-objective optimization problems,they are criticized for low efficiency in converging to the optimums of *** contrast,mathematical programming methods offer fast convergence speed on large-scale single-objective optimization problems,but they have difficulties in finding diverse solutions for ***,how to integrate evolutionary algorithms with mathematical programming methods to solve LSMOPs remains *** this paper,a hybrid algorithm is tailored for LSMOPs by coupling differential evolution and a conjugate gradient *** the one hand,conjugate gradients and differential evolution are used to update different decision variables of a set of solutions,where the former drives the solutions to quickly converge towards the Pareto front and the latter promotes the diversity of the solutions to cover the whole Pareto *** the other hand,objective decomposition strategy of evolutionary multi-objective optimization is used to differentiate the conjugate gradients of solutions,and the line search strategy of mathematical programming is used to ensure the higher quality of each offspring than its *** comparison with state-of-the-art evolutionary algorithms,mathematical programming methods,and hybrid algorithms,the proposed algorithm exhibits better convergence and diversity performance on a variety of benchmark and real-world LSMOPs.

Recently,many online Karaoke(KTV)platforms have been released,where music lovers sing songs on these *** the meantime,the system automatically evaluates user proficiency according to their singing *** approximate songs to users can initialize singers5 participation and improve users,loyalty to these ***,this is not an easy task due to the unique characteristics of these ***,since users may be not achieving high scores evaluated by the system on their favorite songs,how to balance user preferences with user proficiency on singing for song recommendation is still ***,the sparsity of the user-song interaction behavior may greatly impact the recommendation *** solve the above two challenges,in this paper,we propose an informationfused song recommendation model by considering the unique characteristics of the singing ***,we first devise a pseudo-rating matrix by combing users’singing behavior and the system evaluations,thus users'preferences and proficiency are *** we mitigate the data sparsity problem by fusing users*and songs'rich information in the matrix factorization process of the pseudo-rating ***,extensive experimental results on a real-world dataset show the effectiveness of our proposed model.

In order to study the characteristics of crustal deformation around the epicenter before the 2016 M_S6. 4 Menyuan earthquake,the GPS continuous stations of the period from 2010 to 2016 were selected according to the observation data of the tectonic environment monitoring network in Chinese mainland. The deformation characteristics of the crust before the earthquake were discussed through inter-station baseline time series analysis and the strain time series analysis in the epicentral region. The results show that a trend turn of the baseline movement state around the epicenter region occurred after 2014,and the movement after 2014 reflects an obvious decreasing trend of compressional *** this period,the stress field energy was in a certain accumulation state. Since the beginning of 2014,the EW-component linear strain and surface strain rate weakened gradually before the earthquake. It shows that there was an obvious deformation deficit at the epicentral area in the past two years,which indicates that the region accumulated a high degree of strain energy before the earthquake. Therefore,there was a significant background change in the area before the earthquake. The results of the study can provide basic research data for understanding the seismogenic process and mechanism of this earthquake.

To study the crustal movement in the vicinity of the epicenter before the Zhangye MS5.0 earthquake in 2019, the characteristics of crustal deformation before the earthquake are discussed through the GPS velocity field analysis based on the CMONOC data observed from GPS. The baseline time series between two continuous GPS stations and the strain time series of an area among several stations are analyzed in the epicenter area. The resulting time series of baseline azimuth around the epicenter reflects that the energy of the fault in the northern margin of Qilian Mountain is accumulated continuously before 2017. Besides,the movement trend of azimuth slows down after 2017,indicating the stress accumulation on both sides of the seismogenic fault zone has reached a certain degree. The first shear strain and EWdirection linear strain in the epicentral area of the Zhangye MS5.0 earthquake remain steady after 2017,and the surface strain rate decreases gradually after 2016. It is illustrated that there is an obvious deformation loss at the epicentral region three years before the earthquake,indicating that a certain degree of strain energy is accumulated in this area before the earthquake.

A new challenge has been brought by the rapid development of information technology to medical teaching, and the teaching reform of the medical education in China should be deepened for attaining a development. The core of deepening medical teaching reform is to break the traditional teaching model （i.e. giving a lecture）, and create a better classroom teaching situation by making full use of the modern teaching methods. In B-learning, the effective combination of the traditional teaching method＇ s advantages with the E-learning in a pure technical environment is advocated. In the task-driven teaching, a teaching design is made by students in a real or simulated real environment. In this paper, the effective combination of B-learning with the task-driven teaching model is introduced, so that the better teaching effect is achieved.

Clinical Observation on the Common Acne Treated with the Five,ioint Therapy of the Traditional Medicine

Objective： The curative effect of the common acne treated by the five-joint therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was observed. Methods： 360 cases with the common acne were treated using five methods （embedding acupuncture point into traditional Chinese medicine soaked catgut; traditional Chinese medicine facial mask; taking traditional Chinese medicine orally; auricular point stimulation; discerning and cupping therapy） for 4-8 weeks, and then the improvements of the patients in clinical skin lesion were observed and also compared using the historical control method and the treatment method in the literature history. Results： The total effective rate was I00%, the cure rate was 56.39%, and the efficiency was 30.56%. Conclusion： The curative effect of the common ache treated by the five-joint therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is significant and also obviously better than that of the control method in this paper. Therefore, it is worthy of popularization and application.

With the rapid development of modern information technology, in order to meet requirements of the new situation and new technologies, today＇ s teaching model has undergone a qualitative change. New teaching model are an entirely new challenge for health professional colleges, the college teachers and students. The Once chalk teaching is replaced by multimedia teaching, which is gradually popular in the country, including schools, tertiary institutions. But in recent years we have gradually discovered the shortcomings of multimedia teaching and thereby created a new hybrid teaching model B-Learning teaching. Multimedia technology effectively combining with the B-learning teaching model, will remove multimedia technology weaknesses, and better play their strengths in teaching.
