Structural optimization design of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement using modulus matching criterion and multi-indicator range analysis

Damage to semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is related to improper matching of the pavement structure moduli.This study mainly focused on the modulus matching of structural layers and the development of a pavement structure optimization method.First,the modulus loss of existing pavement structures was analysed,and a three-dimensional finite element model was established based on the existing pavement.Second,the influence of the modulus of each structural layer on the mechanical response indicators and fatigue life was analysed.Based on the results,a pavement structure design method using the smoothness of the stress-strain curve as the modulus matching criterion of the structural layers was proposed.And it was found that a strain convex point was present and that the stress mutation between the structural layers was significant when the modulus matching of the pavement structure was reasonable.Further,the evaluation indicators were divided into two groups,namely,mechanical indicators and fatigue life indicators.And it was proposed an optimized pavement structure design method based on modulus matching and multi-indicator range analysis.Finally,the optimal modulus combination of pavement structure was determined by this method.The research systematically studied the influence of the modulus of each structural layer on the mechanical response and fatigue life of the pavement,and proposed the concept and specific executive criteria of modulus matching for the first time.Meanwhile,it also provided an effective optimization method for pavement structure design.

An investigation on stress distribution effect on multi- piezoelectric energy harvesters

With the fast development of piezoelectric materials and due to its green and renewable characteristics, the piezoelectric energy harvesting technology has been paid more and more attention by pavement engineers. The stress distribution will significantly affect the piezoelectric material performance. In this paper, the effects of multiple piezoelectric elements on the generation of electrical energy and output power are studied. In the case of constant external load, the number of the piezoelectric units does not necessarily produce more energy. When the same multi piezoelectric units work together, if the stress state of the piezoelectric units is different, the total output energy affected by the connection mode. For uneven stress distribution, the optimal output mode is that each of the piezoelectric units rectified before connected in parallel.

A preliminary research on wireless cantilever beam vibration sensor in bridge health monitoring

According to specific bridge environment, optimal design piezoelectric cantilever beam structure by using results of theoretical calculations and simulation, verify natural frequencies of piezoelectric cantilever beam and production ability of data by experiment, thus formed a complete set of design method of piezoelectric cantilever beam. Considering natural frequency of vibration and intensity of the beam body, design a new type of piezoelectric cantilever beam structure. Paper analyzes the principle of sensor data acquisition and transmission, design a hardware integration system include signal conversion module, microcontroller module and wireless transmission module, test local read and wireless transmission for the combination structure of cantilever beam and data collection card, experimental verification of the radio piezoelectric vibrating cantilever vibration response is intact, the beam produced signal by vibration, acquisition card converts and wireless transmit data, this proved a good and intuitive linear response in simulation of bridge vibration test. Finally, the paper designed a kind of new wireless sensor of vibration cantilever beam, suitable for small bridge health monitoring based on Internet of things.

人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)过表达与肿瘤的侵袭性和患者预后不良有关。HER2靶向药物的出现改善了HER2阳性转移性乳腺癌(MBC)的临床结局,甚至一些患者可能达到长期生存。目前,长期缓解的原因未明,曲妥珠单抗联合帕妥珠单抗停药后复发风险的证据有限。本文报告1例HER2扩增的MBC患者,经过6个周期帕妥珠单抗+曲妥珠单抗联合化疗后达到临床部分缓解(cPR)。后患者行右乳腺癌改良根治术,术后病理检测结果显示病理完全缓解(pCR)。术后先后使用化疗联合靶向治疗、内分泌治疗(ET)联合靶向治疗。截至目前,尚无疾病进展的临床证据。该例治疗模式为MBC患者的治疗提供了有益的帮助。

Manipulating Nb-doped SrFeO_(3−δ)with excellent performance for proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells

Nb-doped SrFeO_(3−δ)(SFO)is used as a cathode in proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells(H-SOFCs).First-principles calculations show that the SrFe0.9Nb0.1O_(3−δ)(SFNO)cathode has a lower energy barrier in the cathode reaction for H-SOFCs than the Nb-free SrFeO_(3−δ)cathode.Subsequent experimental studies show that Nb doping substantially enhances the performance of the SrFeO_(3−δ)cathode.Then,oxygen vacancies(VO)were introduced into SFNO using the microwave sintering method,further improving the performance of the SFNO cathode.The mechanism behind the performance improvement owing to VO was revealed using first-principles calculations,with further optimization of the SFNO cathode achieved by developing a suitable wet chemical synthesis route to prepare nanosized SFNO materials.This method significantly reduces the grain size of SFNO compared with the conventional solid-state reaction method,although the solid-state reaction method is generally used for preparing Nb-containing oxides.As a result of defect engineering and synthesis approaches,the SFNO cathode achieved an attractive fuel cell performance,attaining an output of 1764 mW·cm−2 at 700°C and operating for more than 200 h.The manipulation of Nb-doped SrFeO_(3−δ)can be seen as a“one stone,two birds”strategy,enhancing cathode performance while retaining good stability,thus providing an interesting approach for constructing high-performance cathodes for H-SOFCs.

内存取证研究中,现存的用户地址空间遍历方法只适用于Windows XP和Windows 7的32位系统,而Windows 1064位系统已经被个人用户广泛使用,是网络攻击者的主要目标。提出了一种基于虚拟地址描述符(virtual address descriptor,VAD)树的Windows 10用户地址空间遍历方法。方法对Windows 1064位系统内存内核和用户地址空间元数据进行定位,解析内存映射文件、共享内存、堆栈缓冲区和保留系统结构等相关元数据,与VAD树中的节点信息相匹配,最后描述每一段内存区域的分配起止地址、占用大小、分配保护、内存类型和详细信息。测试结果表明,方法能够兼容目前所有版本的Windows 1064位系统,在应对不同复杂程度的进程时能有效遍历常见的结构。

Since the discovery of enzyme-like activity of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in 2007,nanozymes are becoming the promising substitutes for natural enzymes due to their advantages of high catalytic activity,low cost,mild reaction conditions,good stability,and suitable for large-scale production.Recently,with the cross fusion of nanomedicine and nanocatalysis,nanozyme-based theranostic strategies attract great attention,since the enzymatic reactions can be triggered in the tumor microenvironment to achieve good curative effect with substrate specificity and low side effects.Thus,various nanozymes have been developed and used for tumor therapy.In this review,more than 270 research articles are discussed systematically to present progress in the past five years.First,the discovery and development of nanozymes are summarized.Second,classification and catalytic mechanism of nanozymes are discussed.Third,activity prediction and rational design of nanozymes are focused by highlighting the methods of density functional theory,machine learning,biomimetic and chemical design.Then,synergistic theranostic strategy of nanozymes are introduced.Finally,current challenges and future prospects of nanozymes used for tumor theranostic are outlined,including selectivity,biosafety,repeatability and stability,in-depth catalytic mechanism,predicting and evaluating activities.

基于文献调研和现场调查,系统探讨我国地表水体中多氯联苯(PCBs)的历史变化规律,分析典型湖泊(滇池和太湖)中PCBs的赋存特征及潜在来源,并剖析PCBs管控政策的有效性.结果表明,我国地表水环境PCBs污染水平呈现“M”形演变特征,分别在1930s和2000s达到峰值.全国地表水历史检出浓度最大值达到3110ng/L.目前环境浓度普遍较低但部分区域存在点源释放.潜在的PCBs污染来自于颜料/油漆行业、电子废物及医疗垃圾焚烧等.生态系统风险评价显示太湖水体中PCBs对水生生物健康存在负面效应,需要进一步强化PCBs的源头管控,从混合毒性当量角度制定水环境标准,提升水生生物多样性保护水平.

Fresh-Keeping Decision and Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Carbon Cap-and-Trade under Different Dominance

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers respectively.The results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
