A distributed fiber sensor was fabricated by splicing two single-mode fibers(SMFs)using the few-mode fiber(FMF)technique.A Brillouin optical time domain analysis(BOTDA)system was developed to measure the sensor’s temperature and bending ***-mode and four-mode step FMFs were combined to splice the few-mode *** results indicate that the temperature response coefficients of the few-mode segment are only slightly higher than those of the connected single-mode segment,measuring at 1.13 MHz/℃and 1.12.MHz/℃,*** minimum bending radius for the sensor is 0.9 cm,and the four-mode bending response curve is superior to that of the two-mode one,proving that 4-SI-FMF offers better bending sensitivity.

Background A deterioration in the meat quality of broilers has attracted much more attention in recent years.L-malic acid(MA)is evidenced to decrease meat drip loss in broilers,but the underlying molecular mechanisms are still ***’s also not sure whether the outputs obtained under experimental conditions can be obtained in a com-mercial ***,we investigated the effects and mechanisms of dietary MA supplementation on chicken meat drip loss at large-scale *** Results showed that the growth performance and drip loss were improved by MA *** metabolome revealed that L-2.aminoadipic acid,β-aminoisobutyric acid,eicosapentaenoic acid,and nicotinamide,as well as amino acid metabolism pathways connected to the improvements of meat quality by MA *** transcriptome analysis further indicated that the effect of MA on drip loss was also related to the proper immune response,evidenced by the enhanced B cell receptor signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,and IL-17 signaling *** We provided evidence that MA decreased chicken meat drip loss under commercial *** and transcriptome revealed a comprehensive understanding of the underlying ***,MA could be used as a promising dietary supplement for enhancing the water-holding capacity of chicken meat.

Co-seismic landslide detection is essential for post-disaster rescue and risk assessment after an earthquake ***,a variety of ground objects,including roads and bare land,have spectral characteristics similar to those of co-seismic landslides,making it difficult to gather information and assess their impact rapidly and ***,an automatic detection method based on a deep learning model,named ENVINet5,with multiple features(ENVINet5_MF)was proposed to solve this problem and improve the detection accuracy of co-seismic *** ENVINet5_MF method is advantageous for co-seismic landslide detection because it features a landslide gain index(LGI)that effectively eliminates the spectral interference of bare land and *** conducted two experiments using multi-temporal PlanetScope images acquired in Hokkaido,Japan,and Mainling,*** accuracy evaluation and rationality analysis show that ENVINet5_MF performed better than comparative methods and that the co-seismic landslide areas detected by ENVINet5_MF were the most consistent with ground reference *** findings of this study suggest that ENVINet5_MF can provide an efficient and accurate method for coseismic landslide detection to ensure a rapid response to co-seismic landslide disasters.

The amino acids and the volatile substances in grapes and wines play important roles in their quality,and the concentrations of these substances can be changed by how a vineyard is managed,e.g.,irrigation and fertigation *** study aimed to evaluate the effect of fertilizer and water management on the distribution of amino acids,the volatile component profiles,and the sensory characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and *** results showed that the amino acid concentration in grape berries was the highest under the 100%local fertilizer rate(HF)and 100%water irrigation quota(HW)treatment,and the volatile component concentration in wine was the highest under HF and 80%water irrigation quota(MW)*** effect of irrigation on the amino acid content in grapes was greater than that of *** synergistic effect of fertilizer and water on arginine,serine,and glutamine in grape berries was *** interactive effect of fertigation and irrigation on the volatile substance in grapes was greater than that of fertigation and irrigation *** influence of irrigation on volatile substances in wines was greater than that of *** addition,there was also a correlation between the concentrations of multiple amino acids in grapes and volatile components in *** component analysis showed that the wine from the HFMW treatment had the best quality among all treatments.

Carbon dioxide fixation presents a potential solution for mitigating the greenhouse gas *** carbon dioxide fixation,C1 compound reduction requires a high energy *** calculations suggest that the energy source for cofactor regeneration plays a vital role in the effective enzymatic C1 *** utilizes renewable hydrogen to achieve the regeneration and supply cofactor nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH),providing a driving force for the reduction reaction to reduce the thermodynamic barrier of the reaction cascade,and making the forward reduction pathway thermodynamically *** on the regeneration of cofactor NADH by hydrogenase,and coupled with formaldehyde dehydrogenase and formolase,a favorable thermodynamic mode of the C1 reduction pathway for reducing formate to dihydroxyacetone(DHA)was designed and *** resulted in accumulation of 373.19μmol·L^(-1) DHA after 2.h,and conversion reaching 7.47%.These results indicate that enzymatic utilization of hydrogen as the electron donor to regenerate NADH is of great significance to the sustainable and green development of bio-manufacturing because of its high economic efficiency,no by-products,and environment-friendly ***,formolase efficiently and selectively fixed the intermediate formaldehyde(FALD)to DHA,thermodynamically pulled formate to efficiently reduce to DHA,and finally stored the low-grade renewable energy into chemical energy with high energy density.

The mapping phase is a key stage of the Tianwen-1 orbiter. It has the longest exploration time and gathers abundant radio tracking data via the Chinese deep space network. Thus, it also provides opportunities for radio science research topics such as the Mars gravity field model, ephemeris, and radio occultation experiments. At this stage, the need for imaging takes the highest priority, leading to frequent attitude adjustments for the spacecraft, which presents challenges for Precise Orbit Determination (POD). To improve the accuracy of the spacecraft’s orbit, this study analyzes the effects of arc length, the empirical acceleration, and the solar radiation pressure parameters on POD, considering the limited number of radio tracking observations. For one-day arcs, the POD is not able to adequately account for wheel off-loading and a few unknown forces with limited observations, but reasonable fitting is performed for the wheel off-loading occurring during tracking periods or the gap between two tracking periods. When extending the POD arc to three days, the estimated empirical acceleration can be well-fitted and reflects the aggregation feature, but the solar radiation pressure parameter has little impact on POD results. The root mean square of two-way range-rate residuals after POD is about 0.18-0.35 mm/s;the orbital position accuracy of 60% of the arcs is better than 100 m.
