Glucosinolates are important phytochemicals in *** investigated the effect of CaCl_(2)-HCl electrolyzed water(CHEW)on glucosinolates biosynthesis in broccoli *** results showed that CHEW treatment significantly decreased reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdeh yde(MDA)contents in broccoli *** the the 8^(th)day,compared to tap water treatment,the the total glucosinolate content of broccoli sprouts with CHEW treatment increased by 10.6%and calcium content was dramatically enhanced from 14.4 mg/g DW to 22.7 mg/g *** transcriptome and metabolome analyses revealed that CHEW treatment activated ROS and calcium signaling transduction pathways in broccoli sprouts and they interacted through MAPK ***,CHEW treatment not only promoted the biosynthesis of amino acids,but also enhanced the expression of structural genes in glucosinolate synthesis through transcription factors(MYBs,bHLHs,WRKYs,etc.).The results of this study provided new insights into the regulatory network of glucosinolates biosynthesis in broccoli sprouts under CHEW treatment.

目的分析山东省各级碘缺乏病(IDD)实验室盐碘、尿碘、水碘外质控考核结果,为IDD的监测和防治提供可靠的质量保障。方法2017-2021年对山东省省、市、县级IDD实验室进行盐碘、尿碘、水碘外质控考核,计算反馈率和合格率。结果2017-2021年,山东省省、市级IDD实验室盐碘、尿碘、水碘外质控考核的反馈率和合格率均为100.0%。参加盐碘外质控考核的县级实验室反馈率均为100.0%,除2021年合格率为99.3%(135/136)外,其余4年均为100.0%;参加尿碘外质控考核的县级实验室反馈率均为100.0%,2017、2021年合格率分别为98.4%(122/124)、97.1%(132/136),其余3年均为100.0%。2021年山东省县级实验室第1年参加水碘外质控考核,全省69个实验室的反馈率和合格率均为100.0%。结论2017-2021年山东省省、市级IDD实验室检测能力保持在较高水平,部分县级实验室盐碘、尿碘检测能力仍需进一步提高。

Innate immunity,particularly macrophages,is critical for intestinal ***,a dietary isothiocyanate from cruciferous vegetables,has been reported to protect against intestinal ***,the role of macrophages in sulforaphane mediated intestinal inflammation and the underlying molecular mechanisms have not been studied *** this study,sulforaphane effectively attenuated dextran sodium sulphate(DSS)induced intestinal inflammation in murine *** note,sulforaphane skewed the switching from classically(M1)to alternatively(M2)activated phenotype both in intestinal and bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs).The expression levels of M1 associated maker genes induced by DSS or lipopolysaccharide(LPS)plus interferon gamma-γ(IFN-γ)were suppressed by sulforaphane while M2 marker gene expression levels were *** resulted in alteration of inflammatory mediators,particularly interleukin-10(IL-10),both in colon tissues and culture medium of ***,IL-10 was found to mediate the sulforaphane induced M2 phenotype switching of BMDMs through the activation of STAT3 *** was confirmed by immunofluorescence analysis with increased number of p-STAT3-positive cells in the colon ***,anti-IL-10 neutralizing antibody significantly interfered M2 phenotyping of BMDMs induced by sulforaphane with reduced STAT3 *** here introduced a potential utilization of sulforaphane for intestinal inflammation treatment with macrophages as the therapeutic targets.

目的掌握山东省水源性高碘地区居民未加碘食盐普及情况和重点人群碘营养状况。方法 2021年, 按照《水源性高碘地区和高碘病区的划定》(GB/T 19380-2016)新划定的高碘地区及历史高碘地区, 在山东省9个市的47个县(市、区, 以下简称县)以县为单位开展监测;在每个监测县将水碘中位数> 100 μg/L的行政村按水碘值排序, 采用系统抽样方法, 各抽取5个行政村作为监测点, 调查改水情况及居民生活饮用水水碘情况;在每个村所在地抽取1所小学的40名8 ～ 10岁非寄宿学生及20名孕妇, 采集家中食用盐盐样和随机1次尿样检测盐碘、尿碘含量, 并采用B超法进行儿童甲状腺检查。结果共监测364个高碘行政村, 均已完成改水, 改水率为100.0%;居民生活饮用水水碘中位数为20.3 μg/L, 范围为0.1 ～ 869.1 μg/L。共采集居民家中食用盐11 464份, 未加碘食盐率为82.7%(9 481/11 464)。共检测儿童尿样9 197份、孕妇尿样2 335份, 尿碘中位数分别为219.0、139.0 μg/L。共检查儿童甲状腺9 197例, 检出甲状腺肿大262例, 甲状腺肿大率为2.8%。结论山东省高碘地区未加碘食盐率仍有待提高;儿童碘营养处于超适宜水平, 孕妇处于碘缺乏水平。

随着分布式电源的日益普及,低压与中压配电系统中电能质量面临的挑战已成为亟需解决的问题之一。大多数可再生能源系统需要通过逆变器等电力电子器件连接到电网,容易产生电能质量问题;而电能质量的降低会导致电网供电性能下降,影响电气设备的使用寿命和效率。另外,电感和电容器的存在使得部分谐波产生串联或并联共振,更进一步导致了电压波动。通过对上述问题的讨论,为电能质量问题的研究提供参考。

A series of V-type chromophores with electron-rich heterocyclevinylene bridges have been synthesized via Wittig-Horner-Emmons and Vilsmeier *** the target chromophores showed strong one-photon and two-photon excited emission,and their electron properties could be tuned by using different heterocycles such as furan,thiophene and pyrrole moieties in *** maximum two-photon absorption (TPA) cross sections occurred at 760 nm and were measured to be in the range of 400-800 GM.

泰拉霉素是一种动物专用的大环内酯类半合成抗生素,国内已批准用于猪呼吸系统疾病的防治。而泰拉霉素酮化、环氧化合成工艺普遍存在收率低、副反应多、杂质高、纯化困难、不利于工业化生产等缺点,以去甲基阿奇霉素为原料,经三氟乙酸酐保护2’-位的羟基及6-位的氨基进行保护得到双保护去甲基阿奇霉素,Swern氧化将4″-位羟基氧化为羰基,再经硫叶立德环氧化得到泰拉霉素中间体环氧化物。双保护后不提纯,直接进行Swern氧化,工艺连续,简单可靠,收率高,所用原料廉价易得、绿色安全环保、工艺条件易于实现、副反应少,收率高,适于工业化生产。

Superwetting materials have drawn unprecedented attention in the treatment of oily wastewater due to their preferable anti-fouling property and selective oil/water ***,it is still a challenge to fabricate multifunctional and environmentally friendly materials,which can be stably applied to purify the actual complicated ***,a Ag/Ag/α-Fe_(2)O_(3) heterostructure anchored copper mesh was intentionally synthesized using a facile two-step hydrothermal *** resultant mesh with superhydrophilicity and underwater superoleophobicity was capable of separating various oil/water mixtures with superior separation efﬁciency and high permeationﬂux driven by ***ﬁting from the joint effects of the smaller band gap of Ag/α-Fe_(2)O_(3) heterojunction,inherent antibacterial capacity of Ag/α-Fe_(2)O_(3) and Ag nanoparticles,favorable conductive substrate,as well as the hierarchical structure with superwettability,such mesh presented remarkably enhanced degradation capability toward organic dyes under visible light irradiation and antibacterial activity against both Escherichia coli(***)and Staphylococcus aureus(***)compared with the pure Ag/α-Fe_(2)O_(3) coated ***,the mesh exhibited bifunctional water puriﬁcation performance,in which organic dyes were eliminated simultaneously from water during oil/water separation in oneﬁltration *** importantly,this mesh behaved exceptional chemical resistance,mechanical stability and long-term ***,this material with multifunctional integration may hold promising potential for steady water puriﬁcation in practice.

Dynamic changes in gut dysbiosis and metabolomic dysregulation are associated with immune-complex glomerulonephritis(ICGN).However,an in-depth study on this topic is currently ***,we report an ICGN model to address this *** was induced via the intravenous injection of cationized bovine serum albumin(c-BSA)into Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats for two weeks,after which mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)and losartan were administered *** and six weeks after ICGN establishment,fecal samples were collected and 16S ribosomal DNA(rDNA)sequencing and untargeted metabolomic were *** microbiota transplantation(FMT)was conducted to determine whether gut normali-zation caused by MMF and losartan contributed to their renal protective effects.A gradual decline in microbial diversity and richness was accompanied by a loss of renal *** 18 genera were found to have significantly different relative abundances between the early and later stages,and Marvinbryantia and Allobaculum were markedly upregulated in both *** metabolomics indicated that the tryptophan metabolism was enhanced in ICGN,characterized by the overproduction of indole and kynurenic acid,while the serotonin pathway was *** of losartan and MMF ameliorated microbial dysbiosis and reduced the accumulation of indoxyl conjugates in *** using feces from animals administered MMF and losartan improved gut dysbiosis by decreasing the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes(F/B)ratio but did not improve renal *** findings indicate that ICGN induces serous gut dysbiosis,wherein an altered tryptophan metabolism may contribute to its *** and losartan significantly reversed the gut microbial and metabolomic dysbiosis,which partially contributed to their renoprotective effects.
