The design of high-performance electrocatalysts for alkaline water splitting is of significant importance for the development of a sustainable hydrogen economy.Herein,heterostructured Co_(3)Mo nanoparti-cles/porous CoMoO_(3)nanosheets(Co_(3)Mo/CoMoO_(3)NPSs)were constructed for alkaline water splitting by annealing CoMoO x nanosheets under controlled atmospheres.Thanks to its interfacial electronic structure and increased electrochemical active area,Co_(3)Mo/CoMoO_(3)NPSs exhibit impressive hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activity with an overpotential of 334 mV at 1000 ma cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 46.4 mV per decade in 1.0 M KOH,which outperforms Pt/C catalyst(621 mV and 74.7 mV per decade).Density functional theory calculations illustrate the electron transfer from Co_(3)Mo to CoMoO_(3)at the interfaces,where electron accumulation on CoMoO_(3)favors the dissociation of H_(2)O molecule,and electron-deficient Co atoms in Co_(3)Mo have optimized H∗absorption energy for HER.The Co_(3)Mo/CoMoO_(3)NPSs also exhibit higher oxygen evolution reaction activity than the RuO_(2)catalyst.Moreover,the water electrolyzer us-ing Co_(3)Mo/CoMoO_(3)NPSs as both cathode and anode only requires 1.59 V to deliver a current density of 100 ma cm^(-2)in 1.0 M KOH,which outperforms benchmark Pt/C||RuO_(2)electrodes couple with 1.69 V to reach the same current density,providing great potential for large-scale applications.

The problem of stabilizing switched linear systems under asynchronous switching is addressed.The admissible edge-dependent average dwell time method is applied to design a switching signal that comprises slow admissible edge-dependent average dwell time and fast admissible edge-dependent average dwell time.Under this switching signal,the restriction that the maximum delay of asynchronous switching is known in advance is removed.The constructed Lyapunov function is associated with both the system mode and controller mode.The stabilization criteria and the corresponding algorithm are presented to obtain the controller gains and to design the switching signal.Finally,two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

The long-term corrosion behaviors of four variants of oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)iron-based alloys in the stagnant oxygen-saturated lead–bismuth eutectic(LBE)at 550℃ were studied herein.The effects of silicon and aluminum content on the thickness,morphology and composition of the oxide scale were explored with the aid of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron probe micro-analyzer(EPma)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The addition of 1.5 wt%silicon is not able to contribute to forming a protective external silicon oxide film on the surface of aluminum-free ODS iron-based alloy,while the addition of aluminum promotes the formation of a thin and continuous alumina oxide scale.In the meantime,an appropriate amount of silicon becomes the heterogeneous nucleation site for alumina during the initial stage of oxidation,giving rise to the rapid formation of a protective alumina scale.However,excessive silicon has a negative impact on the formation of continuous alumina scale,because it may compete with aluminum to absorb more oxygen.The result of oxidation kinetics in ODS iron-based alloy shows that the parabolic rate constant of the alumina oxide scale is 3–4 orders of magnitude lower than that of the scale mainly composed of iron and chromium oxide.

In this paper,we tackle the challenging problem of point cloud completion from the perspective of feature learning.Our key observation is that to recover the underlying structures as well as surface details,given partial input,a fundamental component is a good feature representation that can capture both global structure and local geometric details.We accordingly first propose FSNet,a feature structuring module that can adaptively aggregate point-wise features into a 2D structured feature map by learning multiple latent patterns from local regions.We then integrate FSNet into a coarse-to-fine pipeline for point cloud completion.Specifically,a 2D convolutional neural network is adopted to decode feature maps from FSNet into a coarse and complete point cloud.Next,a point cloud upsampling network is used to generate a dense point cloud from the partial input and the coarse intermediate output.To efficiently exploit local structures and enhance point distribution uniformity,we propose IFNet,a point upsampling module with a self-correction mechanism that can progressively refine details of the generated dense point cloud.We have conducted qualitative and quantitative experiments on ShapeNet,MVP,and KITTI datasets,which demonstrate that our method outperforms stateof-the-art point cloud completion approaches.

An Improved Robust Sparse Convex Clustering

Convex clustering,turning clustering into a convex optimization problem,has drawn wide attention.It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional clustering methods such as K-means,Density-Based Spatial Clustring of Applications with Noise(DBSCAN)and hierarchical clustering that can easily fall into the local optimal solution.However,convex clustering is vulnerable to the occurrence of outlier features,as it uses the Frobenius norm to measure the distance between data points and their corresponding cluster centers and evaluate clusters.To accurately identify outlier features,this paper decomposes data into a clustering structure component and a normalized component that captures outlier features.Different from existing convex clustering evaluating features with the exact measurement,the proposed model can overcome the vast difference in the magnitude of different features and the outlier features can be efficiently identified and removed.To solve the proposed model,we design an efficient algorithm and prove the global convergence of the algorithm.Experiments on both synthetic datasets and UCI datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the compared approaches in convex clustering.

Person image generation aims to generate images that maintain the original human appearance in different target poses.Recent works have revealed that the critical element in achieving this task is the alignment of appearance domain and pose domain.Previous alignment methods,such as appearance flow warping,correspondence learning and cross attention,often encounter challenges when it comes to producing fine texture details.These approaches suffer from limitations in accurately estimating appearance flows due to the lack of global receptive field.Alternatively,they can only perform cross-domain alignment on high-level feature maps with small spatial dimensions since the computational complexity increases quadratically with larger feature sizes.In this article,the significance of multi-scale alignment,in both low-level and high-level domains,for ensuring reliable cross-domain alignment of appearance and pose is demonstrated.To this end,a novel and effective method,named Multi-scale Crossdomain Alignment(MCA)is proposed.Firstly,MCA adopts global context aggregation transformer to model multi-scale interaction between pose and appearance inputs,which employs pair-wise window-based cross attention.Furthermore,leveraging the integrated global source information for each target position,MCA applies flexible flow prediction head and point correlation to effectively conduct warping and fusing for final transformed person image generation.Our proposed MCA achieves superior performance on two popular datasets than other methods,which verifies the effectiveness of our approach.

A Japanese candlestick chart consists of not only the closing price but also the high,low and opening price information.Using the Japanese candlestick,this paper investigates the forecasting power of the shadow in Japanese candlestick chart.Empirical studies performed with the US stock market show that 1)there is a significant Halloween effect in the shadow;2)shadow is valuable for predicting the stock market returns in both statistical and economic sense;3)the predictability reported by the shadow can not be explained by either the CAPM model or the Fama-French three-factor model.This paper confirms that predictability of the stock market can be improved if more price information is used.

Objective:Through integrated bioinformatics analysis,the goal of this work was to find new,characterised N7-methylguanosine modification-related long non-coding RNAs(m7G-lncRNAs)that might be used to predict the prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Methods:The clinical data and LSCC gene expression data for the current investigation were initially retrieved from the TCGA database&sanitised.Then,using co-expression analysis of m7G-associated mRNAs&lncRNAs&differential expression analysis(DEA)among LSCC&normal sample categories,we discovered lncRNAs that were connected to m7G.The prognosis prediction model was built for the training category using univariate&multivariate COX regression&LASSO regression analyses,&the model’s efficacy was checked against the test category data.In addition,we conducted DEA of prognostic m7G-lncRNAs among LSCC&normal sample categories&compiled a list of co-expression networks&the structure of prognosis m7G-lncRNAs.To compare the prognoses for individuals with LSCC in the high-&low-risk categories in the prognosis prediction model,survival and risk assessments were also carried out.Finally,we created a nomogram to accurately forecast the outcomes of LSCC patients&created receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves to assess the prognosis prediction model’s predictive capability.Results:Using co-expression network analysis&differential expression analysis,we discovered 774 m7G-lncRNAs and 551 DEm7G-lncRNAs,respectively.We then constructed a prognosis prediction model for six m7G-lncRNAs(FLG−AS1,RHOA−IT1,AC020913.3,AC027307.2,AC010973.2 and AC010789.1),identified 32 DEPm7G-lncRNAs,analyzed the correlation between 32 DEPm7G-lncRNAs and 13 DEPm7G-mRNAs,and performed survival analyses and risk analyses of the prognosis prediction model to assess the prognostic performance of LSCC patients.By displaying ROC curves and a nomogram,we finally checked the prognosis prediction model's accuracy.Conclusion:By creating novel predictive lncRNA signatures for clinical diagnosis&therapy

A novel subspace projection anti-jamming algorithm based on spatial blind search is proposed,which uses multiple single-constrained subspace projection parallel filters.If the direction of arrival(DOA)of a satellite signal is unknown,the traditional subspace projection anti-jamming algorithm cannot form the correct beam pointing.To overcome the problem of the traditional subspace projection algorithm,multiple single-constrained subspace projection parallel filters are used.Every single-constrained anti-jamming subspace projection algorithm obtains the optimal weight vector by searching the DOA of the satellite signal and uses the output of cross correlation as a decision criterion.Test results show that the algorithm can suppress the jamming effectively,and generate high gain toward the desired signal.The research provides a new idea for the engineering implementation of a multi-beam anti-jamming algorithm based on subspace projection.

Objective:To construct a novel polygenic risk scoring model,in order to predict the benefits of radiosensitivity in patients with non-metastatic breast cancer(NMBC).Methods:A total of 450 NMBC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)were enrolled and randomly assigned 6:4(training vs.validation).The empirical Bayes differential analysis was used to perform differential expression analysis,univariate Cox regression and Kaplan-Meier analysis were used to screen for prognosisrelated genes.Finally,LASSO regression and stepwise regression were used to select key prognostic-related genes.We constructed a multivariate Cox proportional risk regression model using key genes.The pRRophetic function was used to predict drug sensitivity of radiosensitivity(RS)and radioresistance(RR)groups for adjuvant therapy.Results:Eight genes(AMH,H2BU1,HOXB13,TMEM132A,TMEM270,ODF3L1,RIIAD1 and RIMBP2)were screened to build a polygenic risk scoring model.The region of characteristic(ROC)curves were drawn based on the 3-,5-and 10-year overall survival(OS),with area under curves(AUCs)of 0.816,0.822 and 0.806,respectively.RS and RR can be effectively distinguished according to the risk score of 2.004.Gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)showed that necroptosis was significantly enriched in RS,while complement and coagulation cascade,JAK-STAT and PPAR signaling pathways were significantly enriched in RR.Alternatively,for those radioresistant patients,the chemotherapy drugs that might be more helpful are Cisplatin,Docetaxel,Methotrexate and Vinblastine with higher drug sensitivity.Conclusion:The polygenic risk scoring model showed prediction for the benefit of radiotherapy in NMBC patients,which might be used to guide clinical practice.
