Objective This study aims to investigate the protection of procyanidins and lycopene from the renal damage induced by mercuric *** Rats were treated with either procyanidins or lycopene 2h before HgCl 2 subcutaneously injection,once daily treatment for 2 successive *** In comparison with HgCl 2 group,markers of renal function such as blood urea nitrogen in serum and urinary protein were decreased to （18.45±11.63） mmol/L and （15.93±9.36） mmol/L,（4.54±0.78） g/（g Cr） and （4.40±1.12） g/（g Cr）.N‐acetyl‐beta‐D‐glucosaminidase,lactate dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase in urine were depressed to （125.49±11.68） U/（g Cr）,（103.73±21.79） U/（g Cr）,（101.99±12.28） U/（g Cr）,and （113.19±23.74） U/（g Cr）,（71.14±21.80） U/（g Cr）,（73.64±21.51） U/（g Cr） in procyanidins and lycopene *** of oxidative stress,for example,Glutathion was reduced to （45.58±9.89） μmol/（g pro） and （45.33±5.90） μmol/（g pro）,and antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase,glutathione‐peroxidase were enhanced to （43.07±10.97） U/（mg pro） and （39.94±6.04） U/（mg pro）,（83.85±18.48） U/（mg pro）,and （85.62±12.68） U/（mg pro）.Malondialdehyde was lowered to （0.95±0.12）（μmol/g pro） and （1.03±0.12） μmol/（g pro） in procyanidins and lycopene *** generation was decreased by 27.63% and 16.40% and apoptosis was also decreased in procyanidins and lycopene groups *** changes were much better as *** Procyanidins and Lycopene play some protective role against mercury kidney damage.

The exploration and utilization of lunar resources have become the major objectives of future lunar exploration *** classified collection and processing of lunar minerals is the basic prerequisite for the in-situ exploration and utilization of lunar *** this study,we propose a scheme for in-situ separation of magnetic minerals from lunar soils using the dry magnetic separation *** scheme can realize the purpose of separating magnetic minerals from lunar regolith by altering the motion trajectory of lunar regolith particles with different magnetic *** modeling of the dry magnetic separation device is conducted,and the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic parameters is calculated and *** on the characterization and analysis of the Chang E-5's samples,the morphologies and physical parameters of lunar regolith particles are modeled and simulated.A discrete element simulation of the motion process of lunar regolith particles under multi-physical field conditions is performed,and the influences of key parameters on the beneficiation performance of lunar magnetic minerals are *** results indicate that optimal separation and beneficiation of lunar regolith particles can be achieved under specific conditions of magnetic field strength and drum ***,we analyze the effects of lunar weak gravity conditions and the charged nature of lunar particles on the beneficiation process,showing that these factors can obviously enhance the beneficiation process of lunar *** study demonstrates the feasibility of using the dry magnetic separation method for the beneficiation of magnetic minerals from lunar regolith,providing a theoretical basis for the scientific tasks of collecting,processing,and utilizing lunar mineral resources.

The microstructures and Vickers hardness at room temperature of arc-meltingprocessed intermetallics of Mo_5Si_3-MoSi_2 hypoeutectic alloy and hypereutectic alloy annealed at1200℃ for different time were investigated. Lamellar structure consisted of Mo_5Si_3 (D8m) phaseand MoSi_2 (C11_b) phase was observed in all the alloys. For Mo_5Si_3-MoSi_2 hypoeutectic alloy, thelamellar structure was found only after annealing and developed well with fine spacing on the orderof hundred nanometers after annealing at 1200℃ for 48 h. But when the annealing time was up to 96h, the well-developed lamellar structure was destroyed. For Mo_5Si_3-MoSi_2 hypereutectic alloy, thelamellar structure was found both before and after annealing. However the volume fraction andspacing of the lamellar structure did not change significantly before and after annealing. Theeffects of the formation, development and destruction of lamellar structure on Vickers hardness ofalloys were also investigated. When Mo_5Si_3-MoSi_2 hypoeutectic alloy annealed at 1200℃ for 48 h,the Vickers hardness was improved about 19% compared with that without annealing and formation oflamellar structure. The highest Vickers hardness of Mo5Si3-MoSi_2 hypereutectic was increasing about18% when annealing at 1200℃ for 48 h.

Dynamic structuralcolors can change in response todifferent environmental *** ability remains effectiveeven when the size of the speciesresponsible for the structural coloris reduced to a few micrometers,providing a promising sensingmechanism for solving microenvironmentalsensing problems inmicro-robotics and ***, the lack of dynamicstructural colors that can encoderapidly, easily integrate, and accuratelyreflect changes in physical quantities hinders their use in microscale sensing applications. Herein, we present a 2.5-dimensionaldynamic structural color based on nanogratings of heterogeneous materials, which were obtained by interweaving a pH-responsive hydrogelwith an IP-L photoresist. Transverse gratings printed with pH-responsive hydrogels elongated the period of longitudinal grating in the swollenstate, resulting in pH-tuned structural colors at a 45° incidence. Moreover, the patterned encoding and array printing of dynamic structuralcolors were achieved using grayscale stripe images to accurately encode the periods and heights of the nanogrid structures. Overall, dynamicstructural color networks exhibit promising potential for applications in information encryption and in situ sensing for microfluidic chips.

Y faulted depression is located in the southeast of Songliao basin, which is another important area explored for natural gas in deep Formation after Xujiaweizi. But it is lowly explored and is not likely to make a major breakthrough in nature gas exploration for shallow and medium layers. The data on the geochemistry and geology indicate that the deep source rocks, especially the Jurassic mudstone has great potentials of natural gas generation. Based on this, the paper examines the conditions of natural gas generation and further points out the favorable prospective gas - bearing area. The results show that the amount of natural gas generated from the Jurassic mudstone in the Y faulted depression is 8. 42x1012m3 and the favorable gas - generating area is the body of the faulted depression.

The introduction of multi-methods of Geo-logging at wellsite has become the major measurement of oil & gas exploration. From the early stage of manually geo-logging to the modern mudlogging with new techonlogies of MWD, LWD and QFT etc. The new technologies have played very important roles in the exploring of oil & gas. Being one of the newest technology of mudlogging, QFT has been widely used in oilfield for about 3 years. When it is put in operation in some oilfields of China in 1997, its advantages in oil & gas detection at wellsite have been continuously recognized,especially in the detection of shows of light oil and condensed oil. A set of powerful classification standard of resource rock oil bearing grades and the interpretation standards have been summarized by the application of the quantitative fluorescencelogging techniques (QFT) in Basins of China, together with gas-logging data, and other information got from the Geo-logging procedures at wellsite.

Accurate sample logging is very essential part of mud logging at wellsite. During the logging work of the foreign cooperation mudlogging projects, the description of drillling cuttings (sample) required by the foreign companies is quite different from what we did at home. This paper is intended to give some ideas of description of sample at wellsite with the reference of the guidance of standards of several foreign companies and the working experiences of the author, also some problems that the geologists should pay attention to during the description of sample at wellsite.

1 Introduction Jimsar sag covers about 1278 km2 in the south of the eastern uplift of Junggar basin. It is a half graben depression area in which the west, south and north is controlled by faults （Fig. 1）, and is tilting uplift to the east. It deposited Permian, Triassic, Jurassic, the Cretaceous and Cenozoic strata chronologically. The thickness of Lucaogou Formation is about 200 m to 350 m, it is the source rocks in the area, and is also a typical self- generating and self-preserving tight oil reservoir trapped strata.
