A microgravity environment has been shown to cause ocular damage and affect visual acuity,but the underlying mechanisms remain ***,we established an animal model of weightlessness via tail suspension to examine the pathological changes and molecular mechanisms of retinal damage under *** 4 weeks of tail suspension,there were no notable alterations in retinal function and morphology,while after 8 weeks of tail suspension,significant reductions in retinal function were observed,and the outer nuclear layer was thinner,with abundant apoptotic *** investigate the mechanism underlying the degenerative changes that occurred in the outer nuclear layer of the retina,proteomics was used to analyze differentially expressed proteins in rat retinas after 8 weeks of tail *** results showed that the expression levels of fibroblast growth factor 2(also known as basic fibroblast growth factor)and glial fibrillary acidic protein,which are closely related to Müller cell activation,were significantly *** addition,Müller cell regeneration and Müller cell gliosis were observed after 4 and 8 weeks,respectively,of simulated *** findings indicate that Müller cells play an important regulatory role in retinal outer nuclear layer degeneration during weightlessness.

Turbulent agglomeration is viewed as a promising technology for enhancing fine particle removal *** better understand particle transport,agglomeration behaviors,and fluid-particle interactions,we numerically explored these phenomena under cylindrical vortex wake influence using a coupled large eddy simulation and discrete element method（LES-DEM） *** validity of the LES approach was verified by comparison with available direct numerical simulation（DNS） *** adopted the Johnson-Kendall-Roberts（JKR） contact model for particle-particle *** particle dispersion and agglomeration characteristics of particles with different diameters（dp=2-20 μm） in the laminar and transition of shear layer（TrSL） flow regimes were *** particles were concentrated at the vortex centers,while larger particles accumulated around the *** agglomeration efficiency exhibited an M-shaped profile spanwise（y-direction）.With increasing Reynolds number,the agglomeration efficiency and turbulence intensity *** particle agglomeration efficiency peaks at a certain Reynolds ***,at higher Reynolds numbers,reducing the residence time of particles in the flow field decreases the agglomeration efficiency.

A 3D simulation using Computational Particle Fluid Dynamics（CPFD） methods was used to calculate coal combustion in a 75 t/h industrial-scale circulating fluidized bed（CFB） *** characteristics,gas-solid flow characteristics,and gaseous pollutant emissions of CFB boilers from combustion ignition to stable operation were systematically evaluated in this *** show that the temperature distribution is relatively uniform throughout the *** the combustion process unfolds within the boiler,the gas composition curve strikingly portrays the inverse correlation between CO2and *** the combustion reaction progresses,it becomes evident that the concentration of CO2progressively increases,while the concentration of O2concurrently *** inverse relationship underscores the fundamental combustion reaction,where carbon-based fuels react with oxygen to produce carbon dioxide and release ***,a comprehensive analysis has revealed that,from ignition to stable combustion,both nitric oxide（NO） and sulfur dioxide（SO2） emissions exhibit a declining *** reduction in pollutant generation is attributed to the improvement in combustion *** complete combustion leads to lower levels of unburned hydrocarbons,which are prone to NO ***,the sulfur content in the fuel is more efficiently oxidized to sulfur trioxide（SO3） or bound in sulfates,reducing *** steady state in the simulation,the SO2mass flow rate varies significantly with the furnace height,gradually increasing from 0.07 kg·s-1at 4 m at the bottom of the furnace to a peak of 0.078 kg·s-1at 8 m in the center,and then decreasing to 0.06 kg·s-1at 20m at the top of the furnace.

目的分析肠道外嗜水气单胞菌的感染情况、相关因素及其耐药性,为临床防治嗜水气单胞菌感染提供依据。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2016年12月112例患者肠道外分离的嗜水气单胞菌112株,分析标本来源、来源季节分布及耐药性。结果嗜水气单胞菌肠道外感染好发于秋季,可在各种无菌部位引起感染,主要以伤口感染和血液感染为主,分别占40.18%及31.25%;临床患者主要伴有外科手术史、留置引流管等特点;肠道外嗜水气单胞菌对四代头孢菌素、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类等药物敏感性均较好,但已有多药耐药株出现,且耐碳青霉烯菌株检出呈增高趋势。结论肠道外嗜水气单胞菌感染以中老年男性和秋季多见,其耐药性不容乐观,已出现耐碳青霉烯菌株,应引起临床高度重视。

Helical strakes have been widely applied for suppressing the vibration of flexible cylinders undergoing vortexshedding in offshore ***,most research works have concerned on the application of helical strakes for the isolated flexible cylinder subjected to vortex-induced vibration(VIV).The effectiveness of helical strakes attached to side-by-side flexible cylinders in vibration reduction is still *** this paper,the response characteristics of two side-by-side flexible cylinders with and without helical strakes were experimentally investigated in a towing *** configuration of the helical strakes used in the experiment had a pitch of 17.5D and a height of 0.25D(where D is the cylinder diameter),which is usually considered the most effective for VIV suppression of isolated marine risers and *** center-to-center distance of the two cylinders was *** uniform flow with a velocity ranging from 0.05 m/s to 1.0 m/s was generated by towing the cylinder models along the *** results,including the displacement amplitude,the dominant frequency,the dominant mode,and the mean drag force coefficient,were summarized and *** the case where only one cylinder in the two-cylinder system had helical strakes,the experimental results indicated that helical strakes can remarkably reduce the flow-induced vibration(FIV)of the staked *** the case of two straked cylinders in a side-by-side arrangement,it was found that the performance of helical strakes in suppressing the FIV is as good as that for the isolated cylinder.

Herein,we demonstrated that poly（ethylene oxide）（PEO）,urea and thiourea can crystallize into novel ternary complex with the molar ratio of guest polymer and host small molecule as 3：2,and proved that the ternary complex behaves isomorphism phenomenon by varying the ratio between urea and thiourea for the first *** observation gives a boost to prepare co-crystals of different small molecules that cannot be obtained by direct mixing without the aid of polymer chains.
