目的观察非洛地平缓释片联合阿托伐他汀钙片对老年冠心病伴心绞痛患者心电图指标及血管内皮功能的影响。方法将老年冠心病伴心绞痛患者按照队列法分为对照组(予以阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,每次20 mg)和试验组(在对照组治疗的基础上,予以非洛地平缓释片联合治疗,初始剂量为5 mg,后逐渐调整至每次10 mg)。2组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较2组患者的心电图指标、血管内皮功能、血脂水平、炎性因子水平,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果对照组和试验组均入组60例。治疗后,试验组和对照组的QT间期离散度(QTd)分别为(37.38±4.25)和(42.05±4.74)ms,校正QT间期离散度分别为(38.53±4.66)和(43.78±4.87)ms,QRS时限值分别为(92.13±6.29)和(98.79±6.31)ms,血清一氧化氮分别为(81.31±5.68)和(77.08±4.94)μmol·L^(-1),内皮素-1分别为(51.87±3.48)和(56.19±3.53)pg·mL^(-1),白细胞介素-6分别为(9.17±1.48)和(11.42±2.13)pg·mL^(-1),血管细胞黏附分子-1分别为(120.51±12.45)和(133.76±13.64)pg·mL^(-1),C反应蛋白分别为(0.95±0.11)和(1.08±0.14)pg·mL^(-1),在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。治疗期间,试验组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为10.00%(6例/60例)和6.67%(4例/60例),在统计学上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非洛地平缓释片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗能够有效改善老年冠心病伴心绞痛患者的心电图指标,降低炎性因子水平和血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能,具有较好的安全性。

碳酸钙是橡胶生产中重要的无机填充剂,具有增容、补强等功能。随着中国橡胶需求量的不断增长,碳酸钙用量不断扩大,其生产成本与能源消耗等问题日益突出。钢渣是炼钢过程中产生的副产品,存在着利用率低、堆积量大等问题。钢渣的主要成分为CaO、SiO_(2)、Fe_(x)O_(y)、Al_(2)O_(3)等物质,物化性能与传统填料相近,且钢渣的耐磨性与多孔性优异,因此利用钢渣替代部分碳酸钙作为橡胶填充材料不仅具有重要研究意义而且可以缓解能源消耗、环境污染等问题。基于此,利用自制功能复合剂和超细立磨的方法对钢渣进行联合处理得到粒径800目的样品盾粉,制备活性碳酸钙与盾粉用量比不同的盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料。利用智能型硫化仪、电子拉力机、橡胶硬度计、微型量热仪(MCC)对制备的盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料进行性能测试,热重分析-傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(TG-FTIR)、拉曼光谱仪(Ram)对盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料进行表征分析。结果表明:盾粉替代部分活性碳酸钙对橡胶体系硫化性能有一定的促进作用,可以提高盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料的硫化速度;盾粉的加入可以提高复合橡胶体系的力学性能与阻燃性能;通过微型量热仪(MCC)和拉曼光谱仪(Ram)对盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料分析发现,盾粉替代部分活性碳酸钙后的橡胶体系热释放能力和总热释放量降低、炭渣石墨化程度提升,进一步说明了盾粉替代部分活性碳酸钙在保证盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料物理学性能的前提下也具有一定的阻燃性能。热重-红外分析表明盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料在裂解过程中产生的气体主要为碳氢化合物;自制功能复合剂的加入可以缓解钢渣界面与橡胶界面不相容的问题,优化橡胶复合材料。以上研究为制备性能更优的盾粉/橡胶增容复合材料提供数据理论支持。

The li-Mg-B-H composite(2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2))has a high capacity of 11.4 wt%as a hydrogen storage ***,the slow kinetics and poor cycling stability severely restrict its practical *** this work,a layered Nb_(2)C MXene was first synthesized and then introduced to tailor the kinetics and cycling stability of the li-Mg-B-H *** milled 2liH+MgB_(2)composites were initially hydrogenated to obtain the 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)*** 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5wt%Nb_(2)C can release 9.0 wt%H_(2)in 30 min at 400℃,while it is only 2.7 wt%for the undoped 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2).The dehydrogenation activation energies of MgH_(2)and liBH_(4)are 123 and 154 kJ·mol^(-1)respectively for the 5 wt%Nb_(2)C-doped composite,lower than the undoped composite(164 and 165 kJ·mol^(-1)).The 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5 wt%Nb_(2)C possesses excellent cycling stability,with the reversible capacity only slightly reduced from 9.4 wt%for the 1st cycle to 9.3 wt%for the 20th ***_(2)C keeps stable in the composite and acts as an efficient catalyst for the li-Mg-B-H *** is believed that both the layered structure and the active Nb element contribu te to the enhanced hydrogen storage performances of the li-Mg-B-H *** work confirms that the Nb_(2)C MXene with layered stru cture has a significant enhancing impact on the li-Mg-B-H hydrogen storage materials,which is different from the bulk NbC.

Design optimization of a hexapod vibration isolation system for electro-optical payload

The electro-optical payloads on mobile platforms generally suffer undesirable vibrations generated by maneuvers and *** vibrations are in six degrees of freedom and cause line-of-sight jitters,resulting in image blurring and loss of tracking *** this paper,a Hexapod Vibration Isolation System(HVIS)is proposed and optimized to solve this *** optimization aims to centralize and minimize the natural frequencies of HVIS,for expanding the vibration isolation bandwidth and improving the vibration isolation in the higher frequency *** that the design space for HVIS is limited and interfered with the frames of the mobile platform,a non-collision algorithm is proposed and applied in the optimization to obtain the feasible optimal *** optimization result shows that the natural frequency bandwidth has been reduced by 42.9%,and the maximum natural frequency is reduced by 30.2%.The prototypes of initial and optimal designs are manufactured and *** simulated and experimental results demonstrate the validity of the optimization,and the optimal design provides a maximum of 15 dB more isolation in rotation direction than the initial design.

Hydrogels have been extensively studied for applications in various fields, such as tissue engineering and soft robotics, as determined by their mechanical properties. The mechanical design of hydrogels typically focuses on the modulus, toughness, and deformability. These characteristics play important roles and make great achievements for hydrogel use. In recent years, a growing body of research has concentrated on the fatigue property of hydrogels, which determines their resistance to crack propagation in the networks during cyclic mechanical loads for applications. However, knowledge of hydrogel fatigue behavior remains notably deficient. Here, we present a brief overview of the fatigue behavior of hydrogels, encompassing the general experimental methods to measure the fatigue property and fundamental theoretical calculation models. Then, we highlight multiple strategies to enhance the fatigue resistance of hydrogels. Finally, we present our perspectives on fatigue-resistant hydrogels, outstanding challenges and potential directions for future research.

Precise immobilization of metal single atoms into a porphyrinic metal-organic framework for an efficient alkene hydrosilylation

Alkene hydrosilylation is one of the most concise and atom-economical methods to synthesize organosilicon ***,we reported the precise immobilization of metal single atoms(M-SAs;M=Ru,Rh,Ir,Pd,Pt,and Au)into a porphyrinic metalorganic framework(MOF)of PCN-222(PCN=porous coordination network),and then applied the resultant MOF composites of M-SAs@PCN-222 to alkene *** solvent-free conditions,Pt-SAs@PCN-222 displayed an especially high catalytic efficiency with the turnover frequency up to 119 s−1 and the maximum turnover number of 906,250 at room *** and theoretical studies revealed that there existed strong interactions between Pt-SAs@PCN-222 and the substrates,which helped to condense the substrates in the cavities of the porous *** density functional theory calculations and molecular dynamics simulations disclosed that PCN-222 could transfer electrons to Pt-SAs to enhance the silane oxidative addition and drive the reaction to proceed smoothly via Chalk–Harrod pathway.
