颈内动脉夹层3例随访报告并文献复习

目的分析颈内动脉夹层的资料,探讨其病因、临床表现及治疗方法。方法采用回顾性分析方法对3例颈内动脉夹层患者的流行病学、病因、临床表现及治疗方法进行总结。结果 3例患者发病年龄较小,平均年龄54.3岁,急性或亚急性起病,临床发病表现为缺血性脑卒中发作,发病机制为栓塞和血流动力学改变,予以抗凝治疗。结论颈内动脉夹层患者发病年龄年轻化,主要临床表现为缺血性脑卒中,抗凝治疗效果良好。

We report a novel cyano migration-mediated radical-polar crossover process, whereby both the sulfonylcyanation of aliphatic alkenes and the formation of cyclopropanes are concurrently achieved. This transformation yields a diverse array of multisubstituted cyclopropanes under mild photocatalytic conditions. Mechanistic studies elucidate that the reaction proceeds via intramolecular nucleophilic substitution, leading to the formation of the cyclopropane derivatives.

The centrosome is the microtubule-organizing center and a crucial part of cell division. Centrosomal RNAs(cnRNAs) have been reported to enable precise spatiotemporal control of gene expression during cell division in many species. Whether and how cnRNAs exist in C. elegans are unclear. Here, using the nuclear RNAi Argonaute protein NRDE-3 as a reporter, we observed potential peri-centrosome localized small interfering(si)RNAs in C. elegans. NRDE-3 was previously shown to associate with pre-mRNAs and pre-rRNAs via a process involving the presence of complementary siRNAs. We generated a GFP-NRDE-3 knock-in transgene through CRISPR/Cas9 technology and observed that NRDE-3 formed peri-centrosomal foci neighboring the tubulin protein TBB-2, other centriole proteins and pericentriolar material(PCM)components in C. elegans embryos. The peri-centrosomal accumulation of NRDE-3 depends on RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRP)-synthesized 22G siRNAs and the PAZ domain of NRDE-3, which is essential for siRNA binding. Mutation of eri-1, ergo-1, or drh-3 significantly increased the percentage of pericentrosome-enriched NRDE-3. At the metaphase of the cell cycle, NRDE-3 was enriched in both the peri-centrosomal region and the spindle. Moreover, the integrity of centriole proteins and pericentriolar material(PCM) components is also required for the peri-centrosomal accumulation of NRDE-3. Therefore, we concluded that siRNAs could accumulate in the pericentrosomal region in C. elegans and suggested that the peri-centrosomal region may also be a platform for RNAi-mediated gene regulation.

In the field of intelligent education,the integration of artificial intelligence,especially deep learning technologies,has garnered significant *** tracing(KT)plays a pivotal role in this field by predicting students’future performance through the analysis of historical interaction data,thereby assisting educators in evaluating knowledgemastery and tailoring instructional *** knowledge tracingmethods,largely based on Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs)and Transformer models,primarily focus on capturing long-term interaction patterns in sequential ***,these models may neglect crucial short-term dynamics and other relevant *** paper introduces a novel approach to knowledge tracing by leveraging a pure Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)*** proposeMixerKT,a knowledge tracing model based on theHyperMixer framework,which uniquely integrates global and localMixer feature *** architecture enables more effective extraction of both long-terminteraction trends and recent learning behaviors,addressing limitations in currentmodels thatmay overlook these key *** evaluations on twowidely-used datasets,ASSIS Tments2009 and Algebra2005,demonstrate that MixerKT consistently outperforms several state-of-the-art models,including DKT,SAKT,and Separated Self-Attentive Neural Knowledge Tracing(SAINT).Specifically,MixerKT achieves higher prediction accuracy,highlighting its effectiveness in capturing the nuances of learners’knowledge *** results indicate that our model provides a more comprehensive representation of student learning patterns,enhancing the ability to predict future performance with greater precision.

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder in which antibodies have been shown to form against the nicotinic acetylcholine nicotinic postsynaptic receptors located at the neuromuscular junction.＂Warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture treatment has been shown to reduce serum inflammatory cytokine expression and increase transforming growth factor beta expression in rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia ***,few studies have addressed the effects of this type of acupuncture on the acetylcholine receptors at the neuromuscular ***,we used confocal laser scanning microscopy to examine the area and density of immunoreactivity for an antibody to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction in the phrenic nerve of rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis following ＂warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture *** were inserted at acupressure points Shousanli（LI10）,Zusanli（ST36）,Pishu（BL20）,and Shenshu（BL23） once daily for 7 consecutive *** treatment was repeated after 1 day of *** found that area and the integrated optical density of the immunoreactivity for the acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction of the phrenic nerve was significantly increased following acupuncture *** outcome of the acupuncture therapy was similar to that of the cholinesterase inhibitor pyridostigmine *** findings suggest that ＂warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture treatment increases acetylcholine receptor expression at the neuromuscular junction in a rat model of autoimmune myasthenia gravis.

Thin-walled copper tubes are usually produced by multi-pass float-plug drawing *** general,the annealing treatment subsequently is necessary to release the stored energy and adjusts the *** this study,an investigation on the evolution of annealing twins as well as textures in the thin-walled(Φ6 mm×0.3 mm)copper tube underwent holding time-free heat treatment was *** backscattered diffraction analysis reveals that a large number ofΣ3 boundaries(600twin relationship)are produced at the early stage of heat treatment,which is due to the lower boundary *** the recrystallization proceeding,the migration rate of grain boundaries decreases on account of the grain growth;meanwhile,the uniqueΣ9 boundaries(38.9°relationship)are formed due to the interaction of theΣ3 *** a result,the number fractions ofΣ3 boundaries and high-angle grain boundaries decrease *** the grain growth stage,a strong recrystallization texture was formed due to the fact that the grains of Goss orientation have a growth advantage over the *** a result,the initial copper texture was transferred into the Goss texture in domination.

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter （TRIPM） is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-Yun 3E （FY-3E）,which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:（1） 135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight （nighttime channel）;（2） 135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present （daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel）;and （3） Airglow in the N2LBH of the TRIPM （daytime/dusk-dawn N2LBH channel）.FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N2derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N2LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content （TEC） *** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N2is obtained.
